    Indonesia is one of the countries infected with the covid-19 virus. One of the government's efforts is the covid-19 vaccination. However, the covid-19 vaccination caused controversy for some people because many people refused to be vaccinated.  Public perception of the covid-19 vaccine can be categorized into two, namely positive and negative, based on survey from Indonesia ministry of health about acceptance of covid-19 vaccine state that this can be influenced by many factors. These factors are important to know as an effort to increase acceptance of covid-19. Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS). The purpose of this study is to determine the classification model of public perception of the covid-19 vaccine and the factors that influence it. The method used in this study is Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS). This method is appropriate classification method to be applied to categorical response variable data,  The outcomes demonstrate that the optimum mars model is produced by combining BF= 24, MI =3, MO= 1, and GCV=0.07340546. The resulting classification level is 91.5% with influencing factors yaitu gender (x_1), age (x_2), last education (x_4), willingness to vaccinate (x_6), education (x_8).  Based on the results obtained, the government can consider these factors for socializatio

    Desa Sucolor berada di Kecamatan Maesan yang terletak di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Mayoritas masyarakatnya bekerja sebagai petani kopi pada perkebunan yang ada di area tersebut. Jenis kopi yang diproduksi di desa ini adalah kopi robusta dan arabika. Hanya saja olahan kopi yang dibuat masih bersifat tradisional seperti bubuk kopi yang dijual di pasar terdekat atau lokal. Sehingga berdasarkan survey yang telah dilakukan, pendapatan mereka kurang maksimal. Oleh karena itu  untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, diperlukan suatu metode berupa inovasi produk kopi yang berbasis ekonomi kreatif demi mendukung terwujudnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sucolor. Langkah awal yang dilakukan Tim PHP2D BEM FKIP Universitas Jember adalah sosialisasi tentang bagaimana tindakan yang tepat untuk berinovasi pada produk kopi. Lalu dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pada Kelompok Tani Sumbulatin dan masyarakat lainnya. Hasil yang didapat adalah masyarakat antusias terhadap program ini dan dapat memahami seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, termasuk membuat inovasi produk kopinya secara mandiri

The purpose of writing this article is to examine the scope of education policy which consists of understanding the concept of education policy, characteristics of education policy, objectives of education policy, and functions of education policy. This writing methodology uses the literature study method. The writing of this article is done by reviewing several journals and books related to the concept of policy and education policy. The results of the study found that education policy is closely related to the field of education because the policy guides the development of the vision and mission of education to achieve academic goals through strategic implementation in the field of education. The characteristics of education policy are that it has educational objectives, fulfills legal-formal aspects, has operations, is made by the authorities, can be evaluated, and has a systematic approach.     Mendeley is a reference management software that helps organize scientific articles by creating references and bibliographies, and software users can also collaborate on social networks. This training aims to train students in citing articles, citations, and making a bibliography correctly. The methods in this activity are the registration stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The Mendeley training activities went well, the participants enthusiastically participated in the training activities. Participants can create accounts, install, search references, make citations and create bibliography automatically. In addition, based on the pre-test and post-test data, the knowledge and skills of the participants increased, it was proven that the participants could use the Mendeley application well and could utilize the application to manage their scientific work references

    Artikel ini menganalisis kebijakan dan pengelolaan pendidikan mengenai standar isi di sekolah dasar berdasarkan Permen No 21 Tahun 2016 mengenai standar isi di SD. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka. Standar isi ialah suatu ruang lingkup materi yang menyediakan pengalaman bagi pesertadidik untuk belajar guna memberikan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan lingkungan Tujuan dijabarkan secara universal sebagai sasaran agar tujuan pendidikan yang ditetapkan distandar isi sesuai dengan kenyataan yang terjadi dilapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan (library Research). Standar pendidikan di Indonesia telah beberapa kali mengalami perubahan baik dalam jangka waktu dekat maupun waktu dekat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan dan penentuan standar pendidikan di Indonesia belum benar-benar matang dikeluarkan, dilihat banyaknya standar pendidikan yang tidak terlaksanakan dikarena perubahan yang sering kali terjadi. standar pendidikan di Indonesia dinyatakan efektik apabila pendidikan dapat menghasilkan generasi bangsa yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan zaman sekarang
