Hubungan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dengan Kontrol Diri pada Mantan Wanita Tuna Susilo

Kontrol diri individu dapat dilihat dari kecakapan individu dalam kepekaan membaca situasi diri dan lingkungan serta kemampuan untuk mengontrol dan mengelola faktor-faktor perilaku sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi untuk menampilkan diri dalam melakukan sosialisasi individu yang mempunyai kontrol diri dengan baik akan mempunyai kemampuan dalam penyesuaian diri dan lingkungan sosial dengan baik. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila. Hubungan yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mantan Wanita Tuna Susila yang tinggal di dalam Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Wanita Utama Surakarta-1 yang berjumlah 80 orang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua mantan Wanita Tuna Susila yang tinggal di dalam Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Wanita Utama Surakarta-1 yang berjumlah 80 orang yang semuanya dijadikan subjek penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan product moment diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar = 0,194; P = 0,082 (P > 0,05), artinya tidak ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila. Sumbangan efektif antara variabel kecerdasan emosi dengan kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila sebesar 3,7%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui variabel kecerdasan emosional mempunyai rerata empirik (RE) sebesar 72,988 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 60 yang berarti kecerdasan emosional tergolong tinggi. Variabel kontrol diri mempunyai rerata empirik (RE) sebesar 96,438 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 82,5, yang tergolong kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila tinggi. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kontrol diri pada mantan Wanita Tuna Susila yang tinggal di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Wanita Utama Surakarta-1

A balancing act: Agency and constraints in university students’ understanding of and responses to sexual violence in the night-time economy

Based on semi-structured interviews with 26 students in a city in England, we examine students’ constructions of their experiences of sexual violence within the NTE, exploring their negotiations with, and resistance to, this violence. Building upon theories of postfeminism, we interrogate the possibilities for resistance within the gendered spaces of the NTE and propose a disaggregated conceptualisation of agency to understand responses to sexual violence, thereby offering useful insights for challenging sexual violence in the NTE and in universities

PENGARUH KADER TERHADAP PRAKTIK KESEHATAN IBU HAMIL PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID 19

Covid 19 is caused by SARS-COVID 19 virus. The virus is spread primarilfrom the nose or mouth from infected person to other person in close induce disorders on pregnancy, because of the change on physiology change on pregnancy, although its need more research to prove it. Cworkers or we called cadre is person who work in community and help information and motivation to pregnant women to be able practice hepregnancy during pandemic. This research is quantitative quasy experimenpre post design. The sample is 38 pregnant women on September to OPenanggulan and Pucangrejo, Pegandon, Kendal districts. The resulcommunity health worker is important and have significantly effect to practicing health protocol in pregnancy during pandemic (p value: 0,014). cadres have significantly effect to change behaviour of pregnant women practto prevent transmission of covid 19 virus

The Effectiveness of Feet Soak with Warm Water and Murottal Al-Qur'an to Reduce Blood Pressure In Hypertensive Patients

Background: hypertension is a public health problem that is often found in developed and developing countries. There have been many managements of hypertension using non-pharmacological therapy because of their few side effects. Moreover, using more than one therapy in several studies has proven effective.Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of feet soak with warm water and murottal Al-Qur'an to reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients.Methods: this study used Quasy Experiments with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. These samples were 36 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the tests used Paired Sample T-Test and Independent Sample T-Test.Results: the results showed that blood pressure before being given combination therapy with feet soak and murottal Al-Qur'an, showed average value 152.33 (systolic) and 94.17 (diastolic), while after being given combination therapy, the average value becomes 135.17 (systolic) and 81.11 (diastolic) means it has decreased with p value = 0.0000.05. In control group, there was no decreased change in diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.100).Conclusion: the combination of feet soak therapy and murrotal Al-Qur'an is effective in reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients. This combination therapy can be applied easily using standard operating procedures that have been made in this study

HUBUNGAN ANTARA SIKAP DENGAN PRAKTIK PENYULUHAN TENTANG ASI EKSKLUSIF KADER KESEHATAN DESA SIAGA AKTIF

Death in newborn can be prevented by breast feeding. Infants who are breastfed early will begin their lives in the healthiest way. The prelimenary survey was conducted on 10 active health cadres in Peron Village and Kedungboto Village, 6 of whom had less supportive attitudes towards exclusive breeastfeeding.The purpose of this study was determine the relationship between attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding practice in active village health cadres.This type of research is observational analytic, which is descriptive quantitative by using a cross sectional approach. The data source is primary data and secondary data. The Sample of this study is the total population, a total of 50 respondents.The results showed that attitudes abouit exclusive breastfeeding was classified as a good with a score of 6-8 by 68% (34 people).There is asignificant relationship between attitudes with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding counseling for active villages health cadres, advice for policy makers to develop programs for seminars or training on exclusive breastfeeding for health cadres of in active alert villages

This study aims to knowing the influence of marketing mix in Bali convection business on cunsomer satisfaction and loyalty in PT. Bangsawan Indonesia Tekstil. This study is explanatory research. Population is all all employees CSR of PT. Petro Kimia Gresik who ordered work uniforms in outlet PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. The sampling method for this study was doing with accidental sampling technique and it got 125 respondents. Data analysis method is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results of research are marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have affected significantly towards customer's satisfaction. It indicated that selling product same as customer's needs and wants, the giving price is reached by consumers, location of buying product is strategic, and promotion same as consumer's hope. Marketing mix which included product, price, place, and promotion have not affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that the selling product, the giving price, strategic location, and completed promotion could not change consumer to become loyalty at PT. Bangsawan Tekstil Indonesia. Customer's satisfaction have affected significantly towards customer's loyalty. It indicated that loyal customer is always feels satisfy with anything they received
