In a market intensively competitive, such as the European one, innovation becomes the main reason of economic competition. The latest developments in the economical research and practice “clearly demonstrate that the management of innovative activities must be regarded as a part of the process of organization management. In order to encourage and efficiently control creativity, managers must understand the creative process, choose the right persons to work in the creation field, stimulate creative behavior and organize a propitious (favorable) climate for creation. THE INFLUENCE OF USING EVERYONE IS A TEACHER HERE STRATEGY TOWARD STUDENTS SPEAKINGSKILL OF SECOND YEAR STUDENTS AT SMAN 12 PEKANBARU

This research was experimental research. It was investigated to know the students’ speaking skill by using everyone is a teacher here and to know significant influence of teacher here strategy. Method in increasing students’ speaking skill. The subject of this research was second year students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. They consist of two classes (80 students). The researcher took two classes (40 students) as the sample of the research. In addition, the students were divided into groups. They were experimental class consisting of 40 students and control class consisting of 40 students. The instrument of this research were observation. The observation was used to know the researcher’s activities in teaching speaking skill by using everyone is a teacher here. The observation result was clearly seen that the researcher had done the activities perfectly. It can be seen from the observation sheet from all of observation. Whereas, to analyze the data, the researcher used “t-test statistic”. Finally, based on the researcher’s findings, the result of calculated was higher than t distribution in alpha decision level (@) 0,05 and with the degree of freedom (df78) (3.298>1.671). regarding to the result, ha was accepted and ho was rejected. It mean that there was significant influence of everyone is a teacher here to increase students’ speaking skill at the second year students of SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. Seed Borne Fungi; Food Spoilage, Negative Impact and Their Management: A Review

Seed is among the most key input for improving crop production and productivity. Increasing the quality of seeds can increase the yield potential of the crop by significant folds. In recent years seed has become an international commodity used to exchange germplasm around the world. Seed is, however, also an efficient means of introducing plant pathogens into a new area as well as providing a means of their survival from one cropping season to another.  Seed borne mycroflora are significant destroyers of food stuffs and grains during storage rendering them unfit for human consumption by retarding their nutritive value and often by producing mycotoxins. Seed-borne pathogens have been involved in seed rots during germination and seedling mortality leading to poor crop stand reduction in plant growth and productivity of crops. The seed-borne pathogens associated with seeds externally or internally may cause seed abortion, seed rot, seed necrosis, reduction or elimination of germination capacity, as well as seedling damage resulting in development of disease at later stages of plant growth by systemic or local infection. Infected seeds play considerable role in the establishment of economically important plant diseases in the field resulting in heavy reduction of crop yields. This paper presents the negative impact of seed borne fungi and their implication in food safety. It also discusses the detection mechanism and implies some management strategies that are implemented to reduce the loss due to seed borne fungi. MEKANISME PEMOTONGAN PPH PASAL 23 ATAS PENDAPATAN JASA NON AERONAUTIKA PADA PT. ANGKASA PURA II CABANG BANDARA SULTAN ISKANDAR MUDA

PT Angkasa Pura II Cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar muda adalah Badan Usaha milik negara di Lingkungan Kementrian Perhubungan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha pelayanan jasa kebandarudaraan dan pelayanan jasa terkait bandar udara di wilayah Indonesia. PT Angkasa Pura II Cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar muda adalah sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan negara. PT Angkasa Pura II juga merupakan sebuah bandar udara yang melayani Kota Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya, yang terletak di wilayah Kecamatan Blang Bintang, Aceh Besar. Penulis melaksanakan Kerja Praktek Lapangan sejak tanggal 13 Februari 2017 dan berakhir pada tanggal 13 April 2017. Pada PT. Angkasa Pura II Cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda ada beberapa jenis pajak penghasilan yang di potong selain pajak penghasilan pasal 21 yaitu pajak penghasilan pasal 23 atas jasa non aeronautika. Penulisan Kerja Lapangan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pemotongan pajak penghasilan pasal 23 atas pendapatan jasa non aeronautika pada PT. Angkasa Pura II cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yakni melalui metode pengamatan (observasi) dan metode wawancara (interview).PT. Angkasa Pura II Cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda melakukan pemotongan pendapatan jasa non aeronautika secara manual, Pajak Penghasilan pasal 23 atas pendapatan jasa non aeronautika yang telah dipotong PT. Angkasa Pura II akan disetorkan ke kas negara, PT. Angkasa Pura II melakukan Penyetoran Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23 atas pendapatan jasa non aeronautika melalui sistem e-tax Bank Mandiri yang dapat dilakukan langsung dari kantor Wajib Pajak. Penyetoran dilakukan pada tanggal 10 (sepuluh) bulan berikutnya saat terutangnya pajak penghasilan pasal 23 atas pendapatan jasa non aeronautika. Setelah menyetor pajak terutang tersebut PT. Angkasa Pura II akan melakukan Pelaporan Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23 atas pendapatan jasa non aeronautika ke KPP Pratama Banda Aceh dengan menyiapkan berkas SSP, SPT Masa. Pelaporan dilakukan sebelum 20 hari masa pajak berakhir. Penerapan perpajakan yang dilakukan oleh PT. Angkasa Pura II Cabang Bandara Sultan Iskandar Muda sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perpajakan Indonesia
