CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MODEL OF ECO TECHNOLOGIC ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The paper present a series of contributions to the development of a model of eco technologic organization. Managers of various organizations generally recognized the need for change, as a way to cope with competitive pressures, but many do not understand how the change should be implemented. The key to success is to integrate employees, their roles and responsibilities within the organization in a structure of processes.
