Strategies to enhance the 3T1D-DRAM cell variability robustness beyond 22 nm

3T1D cell has been stated as a valid alternative to be implemented on L1 memory cache to substitute 6T, highly affected by device variability as technology dimensions are reduced. In this work, we have shown that 22 nm 3T1D memory cells present significant tolerance to high levels of device parameter fluctuation. Moreover, we have observed that when variability is considered the write access transistor becomes a significant detrimental element on the 3T1D cell performance. Furthermore, resizing and temperature control have been presented as some valid strategies in order to mitigate the 3T1D cell variability.Peer ReviewedPostprint (author's final draft

: Effectiveness of Integrated Learning Model of Shared Based Gallery Project. This study aims to test the effectiveness and attractiveness of integrated learning model prototype of Shared-based Gallery Project in improving the student‘s learning outcomes of the research methodology course in educational programs. The quasi experimental study involved 369 student teachers of public and private teacher-education institutions, randomly sampled and assigned to experimental and control groups. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques and analyzed using t-test and Mann-Whitney U test. The results showed that the proposed model was more effective in improving students' learning outcomes and was more attractive to students and teachers in the teaching and learning process

Pengaruh Latihan Ajax Shuttle Drill terhadap Kelincahan pada Pemain Sekolah Sepakbola (Ssb) U-15 Chevron Pekanbaru

Based on observations in the field is known that there are many shortcomings exercise leads to increased agility capabilities . Based on the existing problems , the researchers aim to provide a form of exercise that can increase agility and providing intensive training program . In this study the authors only focus on one form of exercise that is training agility drill Ajax Shuttle Drill for this form of exercise has never been attempted on a football school athletes ( SSB ) U-15 Chevron Pekanbaru. This study used an experimental method , in order to determine the effect of exercise . Thus the experimental research method can be interpreted as a method of research that is useful to search for a specific treatment effect against the other in uncontrolled conditions . The first step taken is to Pree -test that tests Illinois Agility Test . To measure the agility of the athletes before training . Furthermore, the samples are given treatment that Ajax Shutlle Drill exercises , and conducted final tests that Post - Pest with the Illinois Agility Test. To see if there is improvement after the treatment was given treatment . Data were analyzed descriptively , then further testing research hypotheses have been proposed to fit the problem is: there is the influence of exercise Ajax Shuttle Drill significant agility. bedasarkan t test analysis produces T count of 14.71dan Ttable 1.77 . Tmeans the arithmetic> Ttable .We can conclude that H0 is rejected Ha accepted . So it can be summed up as follows : there is a shuttle ajax exercise influence on the agility drill at school football player (SSB) U-15 chevron pekanbaru

Developing An Entrepreneurship-loaded Productive Learning Model

This study was aimed at obtaining a pratical and effective Entrepreneurship-Loaded Productive Learning model (ELPL model) for graduates of the building construction department of the vocational schools to become entrepreneurs of their expertises as technopreneurs. The study was research and development, focused on developing ELPL model. It was done through the following phases: review of the existing models, needs assessment for model development; third, evaluation of model implementability, revision of the ELPL draft, and limited try-out of the ELPL model in Grade XII of the Wood Construction of Vocational School 2, Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Findings show that the ELPL model is implementable for learning, practical, and effective to develop the entrepreneurship skills of the XII grade students in the Wood Construction Subjects at SMK 2 Pengasih, related to their expertise as technopreneurs. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research & Development). Penelitian berorientasi pada pengembangan produk yaitu model PPBK. Penelitian dilakukan melalui lima tahapan yaitu: kajian model pembelajaran kemampuan produktif yang telah dilaksanakan, asesmen kebutuhan pengembangan model, penilaian keterlaksanaan model, revisi draf model PPBK, dan uji coba model PPBK. Uji coba model dilakukan secara terbatas pada Kelas XII Paket Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PPBK yang dikembangkan terbukti dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran.
