    Technologies for producing environmentally safety oil additives

    In the article we predetermined compounds to improve the quality of oils used in machines and mechanisms, as well as these compounds are environmentally safety. Thioamides due to their reactivity and chemical properties find wide applicability in chemical industry, engineering and agriculture. But these compounds are very less studied as additives used to improve the quality of oils used in machines and mechanisms. For this purpose, research work has been carried out to study the enhancement of anti-corrosion and anti-wear properties of additives in lubricating oils involving n-chlorophenyl thioacetamides. In this article hydraulic and lubrication properties of thioamides with respect to corrosion, corrosion, friction and thermo-oxidation properties are investigated. In order to test the effect of synthesized thioamides on their structure as additives, a number of oils were tested. In addition, the corrosion reduction of thioamides in oils has been studied and tested. The synthesized thioamides have been studied in lubricating and hydraulic oils derived from petroleum and their volume has been studied to improve the quality of thioamides in oils and their resistance to corrosion, corrosion and thermal oxidation. The article clarifies the issues involved in improving the quality of oils as a thioamide additive

    Detection of a new, low-brightness supernova remnant possibly associated with EGRET sources

    We report on the discovery of a shell-type supernova remnant in the southern sky. It is a large (8*8), low-brightness source with a nonthermal radio spectrum, which requires background filtering to isolate it from the diffuse background emission of the Galaxy. Three 3EG gamma-ray sources are spatially correlated with the radio structure. We have made 21-cm line observations of the region and found that two of these sources are coincident with HI clouds. We propose that the gamma-ray emission is the result of hadronic interactions between high-energy protons locally accelerated at the remnant shock front and atomic nuclei in the ambient clouds.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figure

    Влияние предоперационной химиолучевой терапии на частоту послеоперационных осложнений у больных раком грудного отдела пищевода

    The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the chemoradiation therapy on the incidence of postoperative complications and mortality rate in patients with locally advanced tumors of the thoracic esophagus.The study included men and women over 18 with histologically verified squamous cell carcinoma of the thoracic esophagus with TNM stage cT3-4aN0-3M0. Patients were divided into two groups: patients in a main group (n=26) received a complex treatment, patients in a second group (n=30) undergoing only surgical treatment.The first stage of treatment was performed for all 26 patients and included 2 courses of preoperative chemotherapy, followed by a chemoradiation therapy with a 44–46 Gy with weekly injections of chemotherapy. Surgical procedure (R0) was performed for 24 patients (92.3 %) in the main group and for 26 (86.6 %) in a second group.Therapeutic complications were developed in 17 (65 %) patients in a first group, while in a second group this rate was in 18 (60 %) patients from 30. The incidence of surgical complications was slightly higher in a group of patients received a complex treatment –7 (26.92 %) patients. In the surgical group such complications was  noted in 6 (20 %) patients. The only death in an early postoperative period was in 1 (3.84 %) patient from the main group. The cause was sepsis and the development of multiple organic failure. There were no lethal outcomes in a surgical group.Estimating the incidence of complications, it should be noted that the use of chemoradiation therapy in the neoadjuvant regimen does not significantly affect the course of the postoperative period. The mortality rate was slightly higher in in the group of patients received complex treatment. At the same time, improvement of the ostoperative period and a reduction of mortality rate in group ofpatients undergoing complex treatment is possible due to  optimization of preoperative preparation, postoperative management and competent selection of patients.Целью данного исследования стала оценка влияния химиолучевой терапии на частоту послеоперационных осложнений и летальность у больных раком грудного отдела пищевода.В исследование включались мужчины и женщины старше 18 лет с гистологически верифицированным плоскоклеточным раком грудного отдела пищевода, стадией опухолевого процесса сT3-4аN0-3M0, локализацией опухоли в грудном отделе пищевода. Пациенты были разделены на две группы: основную (n=26), в которой проводилось комплексное лечение, и контрольную (n=30), где было проведено только хирургическое лечение. Предоперационное химиолучевое лечение предполагало два курса ПХТ с последующей химиолучевой терапией (ХЛТ) с СОД 44‑46 Гр на фоне еженедельного проведения ПХТ. Хирургическое вмешательство выполнялось в объеме субтотальной резекции пищевода с внутриплевральной пластикой широким желудочным стеблем. R0‑резекции выполнены 24 (92,3 %) пациентам основной группы и 26 (86,7 %) – контрольной группы.При оценке послеоперационных осложнений было выявлено, что в группе больных, получавших предоперационную химиолучевую терапию, терапевтические осложнения наблюдались у 17 (65 %) больных, в контрольной группе – у 18 (60 %). Частота хирургических осложнений была незначительно выше в группе комплексного лечения и составила 26,92 % против 20 % в группе хирургического лечения.Летальный исход в послеоперационном периоде наблюдался у одного пациента, в группе комплексного лечения, что составило 3,84 %. Причиной смерти стал сепсис и развитие полиорганной недостаточности. В группе хирургического лечения летальных исходов не отмечено.

    Two-photon absorption in Cd Ga2 S4 and Cd Ga2 S3.96 Se004 Crystals

    Two-photon absorption TPA. measurements have been carried out in the chalcopyrite compounds CdGa2S4, CdGa2S3.96 Se0.04 using single-wavelength excitation by a dye laser with ls581 and 600 nm and pulse duration of 35 ps. Non-linear absorption coefficient for direct interband transitions has been measured in both crystals for EHc and E5 c geometries by the non-linear transmittance method. TPA coefficients were found to be bHs 8.0"0.3.=10y9 cmrW, b5s 1.1"0.2. =10y8 cmrW and b s 8.4"0.7.=10y9 cmrW, b s 1.1"0.2.=10y8 cmrW for CdGa S and CdGa S Se H 5 2 4 2 3.96 0.04 respectively.     The influence of climate change on the air temperature regime of the Caspian Sea Azerbaijan aquatory has been discussed in the presented article. To conduct investigations 1961-2008 year air temperature observation data have been used. The data were analyzed in comparison with temperature norms identified in 1961-1990 years. Based on the carried investigations it may be concluded: 1. During climate change observed on 1991-2008 years the air multiyear mean temperature top the territory character temperature by 0.50 of the Caspian Sea Azerbaijan aquatory. 2. The temperature increasing of Azerbaijan aquatory has been observed mainly in spring, summer and fall seasons.სტატიაში განხილულია კასპიის ზღვის აზერბაიჯანის აკვატორიაში ჰაერის ტემპერატურის რეჟიმზე კლიმატის ცვლილების გავლენა. გამოკვლევების ჩასატარებლად გამოყენებული იქნა 1961-2008 წლების ჰაერის ტემპერატურაზე დაკვირვებათა მონაცემები. აღნიშნული მონაცემები გაანალიზებულია ტემპერატურების ნორმებთან შედარებით, რომლებიც განსაზღვრულია 1961-1990 წლებში. ამ გამოკვლევების შედეგად შეიძლება დავასკვნათ: 1. კლიმატის ცვლილების ხანგრძლივობის მანძილზე, რომელიც დაიკვირვება 1991-2008 წლებში კასპიის ზღვის აზერბაიჯანის აკვატორიაში ჰაერის მრავალწლიური საშუალო ტემპერატურა 0.5°-ით აღემატება ტერიტორიისათვის დამახასიათებელ ტემპერატურას. 2. აზერბაიჯანის აკვატორიის ჰაერის ტემპერატურის მატება ძირითადად დაიკვირვება გაზაფხულის, ზაფხულის და შემოდგომის სეზონებში.Статья посвящается исследованию влияния изменения климата на температурный режим воздуха на Азербайджанской акватории Каспийского моря. Для проведения исследований были использованы данные наблюдения по температуре воздуха за 1961-2008 годы. Эти данные проанализированы со сравнением с температурными нормами, определенные 1961-1990 годах. В результате этих исследований можно можно сделать следующие выводы: 1. За время наблюдений за изменением климата в 1991—2008 годах, многолетняя средняя температура воздуха Азербай-джанской акватории Каспийского моря превышает температуру, характерную для территории, на 0,50С. 2. Повышение температуры воздуха над Азербайджанской акваторией наблюдается в основном в весеннем, летнем и осеннем сезонах

However, its morphological characteristics are not described completely. The article elucidates clinical and morphological features of gangrenous appendicitis in hospitalized children with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis. The authors present the clinical, laboratory, instrumental and morphological findings in schoolchildren with gangrenous appendicitis associated with SARS-CoV-2, confirmed by nasopharyngeal swab PCR-testing. The disease was characterized by an acute onset, rapid development of abdominal pain syndrome and typical inflammatory changes in the clinical blood analysis: moderate leukocytosis (15.6×109/l), pronounced neutrophilia (82.2%), and thrombocytopenia (103 to 144×109/l). All patients had echographic signs of inflammatory transformation of the appendix which was removed on the first day of hospitalization (the first day of the disease) by laparoscopic technique. The examination of the removed biomaterial revealed a tendency to thrombosis in the small vessels of the process and ulcerative changes accompanied by necrosis. There is a discussion of the relationship between the development of gangrenous appendicitis and the clinical course of COVID-19 infection. It is necessary to continue investigations, perform in-depth analysis of the factors causing pathological changes, and to clarify the role of SARS-CoV-2 disease with the aim of preventing the spread of COVID-19.     Лапароскопическое дренирование посттравматических интрамуральных гематом двенадцатиперстной кишки у детей

    Purpose. To demonstrate that it is possible to perform minimally invasive laparoscopic interventions in children with extremely rare duodenal traumas resulting in a traumatic intramural duodenal hematoma. At the present stage, timely diagnostics and treatment of traumatic duodenal injuries resulting in a traumatic intramural duodenal hematoma relate to one of complex and rather complicated surgical issues. In the structure of all abdominal damages, the rate of duodenal traumas currently constitutes 1.2% only [1]. Single treatment cases of children with this pathology are described in the world medical literature. That’s why we decided to present our own observations devoted to this pressing issue of pediatric surgery. Materials and methods. We presented 2 rare clinical observations of posttraumatic intramural duodenal hematomas in children who had successful mini-invasive laparoscopic interventions. The mini-invasive surgical interventions were done using laparoscopic equipment by Karl Storz. Results. As shown in these clinical observations, recovery of duodenal posttraumatic hematoma using mini-invasive surgeries in children is possible and highly effective. Conclusions. Posttraumatic duodenal hematoma is treated with minimally invasive surgeries, high bowel obstruction is arrested as soon as possible, early enteral nutrition is initiated and the patient becomes active in the early postoperative period.Цель. Продемонстрировать возможность проведения миниинвазивных лапароскопических вмешательств у детей с чрезвычайно редкими травматическими повреждениями двенадцатиперстной кишки с формированием травматической интрамуральной гематомы двенадцатиперстной кишки. На современном этапе своевременная диагностика и лечение травматических повреждений двенадцатиперстной кишки с формированием травматической интрамуральной гематомы двенадцатиперстной кишки является одним из сложных и довольно противоречивых разделов хирургии. На сегодняшний день частота повреждения двенадцатиперстной кишки в структуре всех повреждений органов брюшной полости составляет всего 1,2% [1]. В мировой медицинской литературе описаны единичные наблюдения лечения детей с данной патологией. Поэтому мы решили представить собственные наблюдения, посвященные данной актуальной проблеме детской хирургии. Материалы и методы. В нашей работе представлены два редких клинических наблюдения посттравматической интрамуральной гематомы двенадцатиперстной кишки у детей, которым были успешно проведены миниинвазивные лапароскопические вмешательства. Миниинвазивные оперативные вмешательства всем детям проводились с использованием современного лапароскопического оборудования фирмы Karl Storz. Результаты. Излечение посттравматической гематомы двенадцатиперстной кишки с использованием миниинвазивных оперативных вмешательств у детей возможно и высокоэффективно, что проиллюстрировано в данных клинических наблюдениях. Выводы. Посттравматическая гематома двенадцатиперстной кишки излечивается с использованием миниинвазивных оперативных вмешательств, в короткие сроки купируются явления высокой кишечной непроходимости, начинается раннее энтеральное питание, пациент активизируется в ранние сроки после оперативного вмешательства
