    Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior Terhadap Service Performance Yang Dimoderasi Oleh Job Happiness dan Job Satisfaction Di Hotel Sahid Bela Ternate. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer (kuesioner). Model Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel penelitian adalah 110 karyawan yang ada di Hotel Sahid Bela Ternate. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Service Performance dan Job Happiness, Job Satisfaction dapat memoderasi dan memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Service Performance

    The aims of this study was to reveals the roles of empowerment and work involvement on job satisfaction and its impact on the performance of employees in the Ternate Agriculture Agency. The research designs were surveys and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were the agricultural officials of Ternate City, totaling 135 employees, using the census method. Method of data analysis was Smart PLS 3.0. The results indicated that 1) empowerment have  a positively and significantly effect on job satisfaction, 2) job involvement have  positively and significantly effect on job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction have a positively and significantly effect on employee performance, 4) empowerment have a positively and significantly effect on employee performance, 5) job involvement have a positively and significantly effect on performance, 6) job satisfaction mediated on the effect of empowerment on employee performance and 7) Job satisfaction mediated the effect of work involvement on employee performance. These results indicate that the problem of poor performance in the Ternate Agriculture Agency is closely related to the variables of empowerment, job involvement, and job satisfaction. One of the novelty this research is placement of job satisfaction as a mediation variables

    Penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) Dalam Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik Untuk Meningkatkan Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Dinas Sosial

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik oleh Dinas Sosial, khususnya pada program Penerima Bantuan Iuran (PBI) Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Provinsi Maluku Utara. Meskipun pemerintah telah berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik dengan menerapkan TQM, masih terdapat kendala dalam beberapa instansi, terutama Dinas Sosial, yang memiliki nilai kepatuhan yang rendah. Penelitian ini fokus pada kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus dan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi di Dinas Sosial Kota Ternate. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan TQM dalam berbagai indikator mencapai 65%, namun masih terdapat beberapa indikator yang belum terpenuhi sepenuhnya. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip TQM, seperti Customer Focused, Continuous Improvement, Employee, dan Quality Assurance, memengaruhi proses pelayanan. Namun, beberapa indikator, seperti pelibatan masyarakat, standar operasional prosedur yang belum tepat, dan kurangnya kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas pegawai, menyebabkan dampak negatif terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik di Dinas Sosial. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan dapat dicapai dengan memperhatikan indikator yang belum terpenuhi dan melibatkan masyarakat dalam penyusunan standar layanan. Upaya peningkatan kapasitas pegawai juga perlu diperhatikan untuk mendukung penerapan TQM secara holistik. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis sebagai referensi untuk penelitian berikutnya dan memberikan pandangan praktis bagi Organisasi Perangkat Daerah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publi

    The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out and analyze the characteristics of women's leadership styles in Islamic organizations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN); (2) To find out the influence of women's leadership style on students at Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) ; (3) To find out and analyze the learning process and the application of women's leadership regulations at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Ternate. The tools used triangulation observation, intervieuws, documentation with the Miles and Haberman analysis model that starts from the data reduction, data display, and verification or conclusion stages. The results showed that: (1) the characteristics of women's leadership styles, at the University of Muhammadiyah North Maluku and the State Islamic Institute of Ternate (IAIN) were considered good; (2) In addition, the leadership style of women in the two educational institutions, is very influential in general and especially students in motivating, and providing development in the learning process and encouragement, in order to be able to hone their abilities, and make female leaders as patrons for female leaders will come; (3) As in the process of enforcement, women leaders based on regulatory agencies specified in the legislation-u ndang Education System. Meanwhile the steps taken in the learning process in class go through three stages, namely the initial activity , the core activity, and the final activity .     Kepemilikan Psikologis dalam Organisasi: Peran Person-Organization Fit dan Konsekuensi terhadap Dukungan untuk Perubahan dan Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional

    This study examines the antecedent and consequences of psychological ownership, where employees develop possessive feelings towards the organization. Person-Organization Fit (PO-Fit) is required to increase psychological ownership through various organizational activities. Psychological ownership produces significant psychological, emotional, and behavioral consequences, including employees support for change and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This study involved 210 staff from educational institutions. A total of 191 survey questionnaires were returned, and 121 were eligible. According to hierarchical regression analysis, the result indicated that PO-Fit had a positive effect on psychological ownership (β=0.42, t=4.81), psychological ownership had a positive effect on support for change (β=0.26, t=4.01) and OCB (β=0.21, t=3.12). The study concluded that psychological ownership is necessary to support positive organizational behavior.Penelitian ini mengkaji anteseden dan konsekuensi dari kepemilikan psikologis, di mana karyawan mengembangkan perasaan posesif terhadap organisasi. Person-Organization Fit (PO-Fit) diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kepemilikan psikologis melalui berbagai kegiatan organisasi. Kepemilikan psikologis menghasilkan konsekuensi psikologis, emosional, dan perilaku yang signifikan, termasuk dukungan karyawan untuk perubahan dan Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional (PKO). Penelitian ini melibatkan 210 staf dari institusi pendidikan. Sebanyak 191 kuesioner survei dikembalikan, dan 121 memenuhi syarat. Berdasarkan analisis regresi hirarki, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PO-Fit berpengaruh positif terhadap kepemilikan psikologis (β=0,42, t=4,81), kepemilikan psikologis berpengaruh positif terhadap dukungan perubahan (β=0,26, t=4,01) dan PKO (β=0.21, t=3.12).     This research aims to bridge the gaps in the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation to marketing performance, as some research yielded contradictory results. This research used a survey method distributing questionnaires with open and closed-ended statements to small and medium industries. Also, convenience sampling was applied with a sample size of 100 respondents from representatives of small and medium industries in the city of Ternate. The analytical method was aided with Smart PLS. The results show that the quality of social networks has no significant effect on the performance of SMEs and that the marketing network collaboration capability has no significant effect on the performance of SMEs. This implies that business operators of conventional businesses in certain areas have not reached the markets outside Ternate City by using social media, which is a remarkably effective medium.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan dalam hubungan orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja pemasaran, karena beberapa penelitian menghasilkan hasil yang kontradiktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan pernyataan terbuka dan tertutup kepada industri kecil dan menengah. Selain itu, convenience sampling diterapkan dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden dari perwakilan industri kecil dan menengah di kota Ternate. Metode analisis dibantu dengan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas jaringan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM dan kemampuan kolaborasi jaringan pemasaran tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Artinya pelaku usaha konvensional di daerah tertentu belum menjangkau pasar di luar Kota Ternate dengan menggunakan media sosial yang merupakan media yang sangat efektif

    The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of social intelligence and emotional intelligence on the performance of the Family Hope Program Facilitator (PKH) at the Social Service of North Maluku Province with work involvement as an intervening variable. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research design used surveys and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study were PKH assistants at the Social Service of North Maluku Province, who served in the Ternate City, Tidore Islands, West Halmahera and South Halmahera districts. The sample in this study amounted to 66 PKH assistants. Data analysis method using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study show that 1) Social intelligence has a direct negative and insignificant effect on work engagement, 2) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant direct effect on work involvement, 3) Work involvement has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance, 4) Intelligence Social media has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, 5) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance, 6) Work involvement does not mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on the performance of PKH facilitators and 7) Work involvement mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of PKH mentors. Key words: Social Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Work Involvement, and Performance of PKH Facilitators ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kecerdasan Sosial Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Pendamping Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Maluku Utara Dengan Keterlibatan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei dan kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pendamping PKH pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Maluku Utara, yang bertugas di wilayah Kota Ternate, Tidore Kepulauan, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dan Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 orang pendamping PKH. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkkan bahwa 1) Kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh secara langsung negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, 2) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan kerja, 3) Ketelibatan kerja berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 4) Kecerdasan sosial berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 6) Keterlibatan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH dan 7) Keterlibatan kerja memediasi pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pendamping PKH Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Sosial, Kecerdasan Emosional, Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pendamping PK
