The article is devoted to a review of data on the prevalence and impact of cardiovascular diseases on the course and outcomes of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. The review examines the relationship between COVID-19 and the functioning of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, the pathophysiological mechanisms of their mutual influence. The analysis of the latest literature data on the safety of taking angiotensinconverting enzyme inhibitors and angiotensin II receptor blockers is presented. The causes and pathophysiological mechanisms of the development of acute myocardial damage in COVID-19 are discussed. The issue of organizing rehabilitation assistance for patients who have undergone COVID-19 is being considered. The main components and features of the COVID-19 rehabilitation program are presented. The article is devoted to a review of data on the prevalence and impact of cardiovascular diseases on the course and outcomes of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. Addressing the social determinants of global mental health in the era of the Sustainable Development Goals
Everything in our world is marked by constant upheavals, challenges and upheavals. Since the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, human development in most countries has disrupted human development and continues to pose unpredictable threats as new virus strains emerge. So, military conflicts in Ukraine and other regions have caused substantial human suffering against the backdrop of changeing global politics and uncoordinated international relations. It is also important to note that the escalating impact of climate change, with record-breaking temperatures and firestorm events in our planetary systems, underscores the fragility of our planetary systems. Acute crises, in the form of urgent problems are transforming into long-term uncertainties that characterize our more unstable way of life. The concept of uncertainty is not a new one for humanity, as we have experienced past epidemics, wars and natural disasters. Inspite of the fact that some nations have teetered on the edge of disaster, others have demonstrated resilience and adaptability in response to this unprecedented reality. At the moment, the key to addressing this challenge lies in accelerating human development. Unlocking an impressive potential for creativity and cooperation that is present in ourselves can be unlocked by exploring the innate potential for creativity and cooperation that resides within us
Dynamical Bonding Driving Mixed Valency in a Metal Boride
Samarium hexaboride is an anomaly, having many exotic and seemingly mutually
incompatible properties. It was proposed to be a mixed-valent semiconductor,
and later - a topological Kondo insulator, and yet has a Fermi surface despite
being an insulator. We propose a new and unified understanding of SmB
centered on the hitherto unrecognized dynamical bonding effect: the coexistence
of two Sm-B bonding modes within SmB, corresponding to different oxidation
states of the Sm. The mixed valency arises in SmB from thermal population
of these distinct minima enabled by motion of B. Our model simultaneously
explains the thermal valence fluctuations, appearance of magnetic Fermi
surface, excess entropy at low temperatures, pressure-induced phase
transitions, and related features in Raman spectra and their unexpected
dependence on temperature and boron isotope
The treatment of articular cartilage injuries with mesenchymal stem cells in different animal species
One of the major problems observed in veterinary practice is Articular cartilage injuries in animals. In terms of agriculture, it leads to their culling from the herd, even if they are highly productive animals. With companion animals, owners usually have to decide between euthanasia or long-term sometimes life-long treatment of the injury by a veterinarian. The use of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) for the treatment of cartilage injury in veterinary medicine is based on the good results observed in preclinical studies, where large animals have been used as experimental models to study the regenerative activity of MSCs. According to the literature, MSCs in veterinary medicine have been used to treat cartilage injury of dogs and horses, whereas sheep and goats are generally models for reproducing the disease in preclinical experimental studies
Therapeutic effect of exogenous Hsp70 in mouse models of Alzheimer's disease
Brain deterioration resulting from "protein folding" diseases, such as the Alzheimer's disease (AD), is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in the aging human population. Heat shock proteins (Hsps) constitute the major cellular quality control system for proteins that mitigates the pathological burden of neurotoxic protein fibrils and aggregates. However, the therapeutic effect of Hsps has not been tested in a relevant setting. Here we report the dramatic neuroprotective effect of recombinant human Hsp70 in the bilateral olfactory bulbectomy model (OBX mice) and 5XFAD mouse models of neurodegeneration. We show that intranasally-administered Hsp70 rapidly enters the afflicted brain regions and mitigates multiple AD-like morphological and cognitive abnormalities observed in model animals. In particular, in both cases it normalizes the density of neurons in the hippocampus and cortex which correlates with the diminished accumulation of amyloid-β (Aβ) peptide and, in the case of 5XFAD mice, reduces Aβ plaque formation. Consistently, Hsp70 treatment also protects spatial memory in OBX and 5XFAD mice. These studies demonstrate that exogenous Hsp70 may be a practical therapeutic agent for treatment of neurodegenerative diseases associated with abnormal protein biogenesis and cognitive disturbances, such as AD, for which neuroprotective therapy is urgently needed

Correlation and regression modeling of the grain production cost
The study of the efficiency of the grain economy has shown that its level is determined by production costs. Correlation and regression analysis of the factors of the production cost of 100 kg of grain has revealed that its value is determined, first of all, by the level of intensification of the industry and the yield capacity of grain and leguminous crops. According to the obtained result, in order to lower level the production cost of 100 kg of grain, the value of production costs per hectare of area under crops should not exceed 10.5 thousand rubles (the level of intensification) and the yield of grain and leguminous crops should not be less than 17.5 dt/ha. Otherwise, the production cost of 100 kg of grain will be too high, which will lead to a decrease in the profitability of the grain economy

Ways to increase grain production efficiency
The paper presents an assessment of the current state of grain production in the region, determines the main sectoral strategy of increasing the economic efficiency of grain production. The comprehensive analysis of the development of the industry made it possible to compile a correlation and regression model of the grain yield and leguminous crops, which allowed determining the most significant factors – the expenses of fertilizers, plant protection agents and the maintenance of fixed assets. A methodological approach to the grouping of regions according to the level and efficiency of grain production is proposed, which allows identifying the main zones of concentration and specialization of grain production. The formation of the regional grain cluster, uniting all participants in the production, processing and sale of grain and grain products, stimulating an increase in the volume of grain production in agricultural organizations of the region by 2024 up to 13614.3 thousand centners, the profitability of the industry – up to 31.04 % is substantiated
