    This experiment aimed to determine the best growing media composition and coconut water in stimulating the growth of pepper plant cuttings. It used a two factorial randomized block design. The first factor was various proportions of media compositions of manure, sand and top soil i.e. 1:4:12; 1:4:6; and 1: 4:4. The second factor was different rates of coconut water i.e. A0 (no coconut water added), A1 (40 cc), A2 (80 cc), and A3 (120 cc). There were 12 combination treatments and each was replicated three times with each treatment consisting of three plants. Parameter observed included shoot length, leaf number, leaf area size, root length, and fresh root weight. The research results showed that there was no significant interaction effect between the media composition and the coconut water on the shoot length at 45 days after planting (DAP), 60 DAP, and 90 DAP but it was significant at 75 DAP. The interaction effect was also significant on the leaf number at 60 DAP. Only the coconut water had significant effect on the total leaf area size, the root length, and the fresh weight. The stimulation of the pepper cutting growth was best under the 120 cc coconut water treatment per week and the sand, manure and top soil proportion of 1:4:4 treatment

    The Influencing of Extra Gelatin Catfish's Bone (Pangasius Hypophthalmus) Concerning to the Quality of Dodol Kedondong

    This research was intended to evaluate the influence of catfish bone gelatinon quality of dodol kedondong. The fish bone gelatin was taken from thelaboratory of organic chemistry, Bogor Institute of Agryculture. Four types ofdodol were prepared from a mixture of kedondong (19%), coconut milk (62%),sugar (19%), sticky rice powder (19%) and each dodol was added with 0%, 5%,7% and 9% fish gelatin respectively. The dodol were evaluated for sensoryquality, folding test and proximate composition. The result indicated that dodolfortified with 9% fish bone gelatin was the best in quality. Moisture, ash, fat andfolding test of the dodol was 19,88%, 1,36%, 4,45% and 4,29% respectively

    Garbage is a problem in most parts of Indonesia, one of them in Padangbandung Village, Dukun, Gresik. Crunching with these problems came the idea to create a chopper machine that was more specifically for plastic cups and leaves. With the aim of plastic glass trash can be reused or recycled while the results of enumeration of leaves can be used for making compost. This work program can be run if all parties can work together from the community to the village government. First, the village government must facilitate the trash that distinguishes between organic and inorganic waste, so that people can dispose of waste according to its type to facilitate the enumeration process. To overcome the problem of waste, we must make a reduction in terms of use while providing innovation so that the waste we produce can be recycled or reused, one of which is the inno vation of plastic glass chopper whose output can be used instead of fiber, as a protective packaging furniture glassware, and can also be sold as plastic recycling materials

The simultaneous effect of Digital Marketing and Green Promotion on Purchase Decision of Toyota Raize at PT Astra Internasional is significant.     THE EFFECT OF BROMELAIN MICROCAPSUL FORMULATION ON LEUKOCYTE AND TNF-α LEVEL IN MALE WHITE MICE INDUCED BY H5N1 VACCINE

    Objective: Bromelain is a sulfhydryl proteolytic enzyme extracted from the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus. L), which has various activities, including as an immunomodulator. Microencapsulation of bromelain is a process by which a layer surrounds bromelain to produce microcapsules to increase its activity. This research intends to see the effect of bromelain microcapsule formulation on total leukocytes count, leukocyte percentage, and the levels of TNF-α in male white mice exposed to the H5N1 Vaccine. Methods: Experimental animals were divided into three groups, specifically a negative control group given Na CMC 0.5%, the comparison group given 200 mg/kgBW bromelain enzyme, and the test group given 200 mg/kgBW bromelain microcapsules for seven days orally. On the eighth day, the total amount and the percentage of leukocytes and the levels of TNF-α were counted. The data were analyzed by two-way ANOVA and Duncan’s multiple range test (p<0.05). Results: The study showed that the administration of 200 mg/kgBW bromelain microcapsule group significantly reduced total leukocyte count and increased the segmented neutrophil compared to the bromelain group (p<0.05). However, there was no significant correlation between the two groups in reducing monocyte, lymphocyte, eosinophil, and TNF-α levels (p>0.05). Conclusion: It can be concluded that providing bromelain microcapsules can reduce the total amount of leukocytes and increase the segmented neutrophil in male white mice exposed to the H5N1 Vaccine

    Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan dan kualitas ikan cakalang asap layak dikonsumsi secara mikrobiologis yang disediakan oleh pasar tradisional Tombulilato kecamatan Bone Raya kabupaten Bone Bolango dan di pasar kelurahan bugis kota gorontalo. Metode penelitian ini yaitu rancangan Penelitian dilakukan dengaan menggunakan metode survei dengn teknik pemgambilan sampel purposive sampling yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di pasar tradisional Tombulilato TPC pada pedagang A memiliki nilai 1,90 x 104 CFU/gr, Pedagang B sebesar 4,57 x 104 CFU/gr dan pada Pedagang C memiliki nilai sebesar 1,84 x 104 CFU/gr untuk ketiga pedagang tersebut masih memenuhi standar SNI mutu ikan asap, dan Untuk uji total koloni kapang pada penjual yang berada di  pasar kelurahan bugis kota gorontalo pada pedagang A adalah 1,9X102 CFU/gr, pada penjual B memiliki total koloni kapang 1,8X102, pada penjual C 1,1X102. Dan untuk nilai kadar air pada daging ikan yang disediakan oleh pasar kelurahan bugis kota gorontalo.sampel A adalah 61.70%, sampel B adalah 60.57% dan sampel C adalah 59.44%. Pada sampel A dan sampel B, dan untuk nilai kadar air yang disediakan oleh pasar tradisional tombulilato adalah nilai tertinggi kadar air ada pada pedagang A sebesar 74,27%, dan yang terendah ada pada pedagang B sebesar 60,89%, nilai kadar air dari semua pedagang tidak memenuhi standar yang telah ditentukan oleh SNI, nilai pH dari ketiga pedagang memiliki nilai berturut-turut yaitu Pedagang A 6,049 pedagang B 6,851 dan Pedagang C 6,736, masih memenuhi syarat mutu SNI ikan asap
