Strategi Diversifikasi Produk Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan Studi Pada CV. Harjaya Enam Makmur
To reach more consumers, develop company value, and win the competition, a product must be attractively different from similar products on the market in terms of size, type, color and model variety, and shapes. This research was conducted at CV Harjaya Enam Makmur with a qualitative approach in which data were obtained through interviews. The results show that the product diversification strategy carried out by CV Harjaya Enam Makmur has a significant effect on its sales volume. In addition, the product diversification strategy also affects the competitiveness, quality of service, and products offered by CV Harjaya Enam Makmur
Causality between Macroeconomic Indicators and Stock Market: An Econometric Analysis
We attempt to examine the causality between economic growth and stock market performance of Pakistan for the years 1992M01-2012M12. For this purpose, the test devised by Granger (1988) has been employed. The results reveal a bi-directional causality between economic growth and stock market performance of Pakistan proxied by Karachi Stock Exchange capitalization (KSECAP). Once this bidirectional causality is established, a system of simultaneous equations has been specified and estimated by 2SLS to find the impact of economic growth and selected macroeconomic indicators on the stock market of Pakistan. The estimated results lead to the conclusion that economic growth affects the stock market of Pakistan and vice versa. The implications of the study are of paramount importance, especially for the emerging economies. Hence, bearing in mind the role of macroeconomic indicators in the performance of stock market a better policy can be formulated to enhance the growth of capital markets that in turn will increase the economic growth of emerging economies such as Pakistan and vice versa
Frequency of Surgical Site Infection in Mesh Repair for Inguinal Hernias
OBJECTIVES
To determine the frequency of surgical site infection in mesh repair for inguinal hernias. METHODOLOGY
This Descriptive observational study was carried out at the Surgical B unit of Hayatabad Medical Complex Peshawar from November 2021 to October 2022. A total of 179 patients were included in the study were given a single dose of antibiotics, i.e.1, gm Ceftriaxone, one hour before inguinal hernia mesh repair.RESULTS
A total of 179 patients aged between 30-60 years with a mean age of 45 years were enrolled. There were 98(54.7%) male while 81(45.3%) females. The frequency of wound infection was noted in 23 (12.8%) patients following mesh repair for inguinal hernia. Out of 23, most of the patients, 10(43.5%) had Medical redness & tenderness, 8(34.8%) patients had pus discharge from the wound side, and 5(21.7%) patients had wound site abscesses.CONCLUSION
Surgical site infection after mesh repair was higher than the internationally reported incidence. Establishing a baseline SSI rate for inguinal hernia repairs offers a useful benchmark for future studies and surgical programs in thes

Dewasa ini sebagai Guru maupun Peserta didik, kita banyak menemukan media serta alat bantu (teknologi) pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk menunjang kualitas, maupun memberikan kemudhana untuk menyelesaiakan suatu pekerjaan. Hal ini tidak dapat dipungkiri, sebab kemajuan teknologi tidak dapat dipisahkan dari peradaban manusia, yang selalu memunculkan banyak kreasi termasuk dalam hal media pembelajaran. Aplikasi Chat GPT yang muncul sejak pertengahan tahun 2022, hingga sekarang mengundang kontroversi sebab dapat menjawab semua pertanayaan seseorang dengan hanya mengetikkan pertanyaan kepada mereka melalui aplikasi tersebut. Banyak siswa menggunakannya untuk dapat memperoleh jawaban atas persoalan dalam pekerjaan rumah mereka yang diberikan oleh Guru. Banyak tenaga pendidik, melihat kehadiran Chat GPT sebagai ancaman dalam segi kreativitas, inovasi serta turunnya motivasi belajar siswa untuk membaca materi pelajaran, salah satunya sejarah. A Hybrid Duo-Deep Learning and Best Features Based Framework for Action Recognition
Human Action Recognition (HAR) is a current research topic in the field of computer vision that is based on an important application known as video surveillance. Researchers in computer vision have introduced various intelligent methods based on deep learning and machine learning, but they still face many challenges such as similarity in various actions and redundant features. We proposed a framework for accurate human action recognition (HAR) based on deep learning and an improved features optimization algorithm in this paper. From deep learning feature extraction to feature classification, the proposed framework includes several critical steps. Before training fine-tuned deep learning models – MobileNet-V2 and Darknet53 – the original video frames are normalized. For feature extraction, pre-trained deep models are used, which are fused using the canonical correlation approach. Following that, an improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO)-based algorithm is used to select the best features. Following that, the selected features were used to classify actions using various classifiers. The experimental process was performed on six publicly available datasets such as KTH, UT-Interaction, UCF Sports, Hollywood, IXMAS, and UCF YouTube, which attained an accuracy of 98.3%, 98.9%, 99.8%, 99.6%, 98.6%, and 100%, respectively. Terapan Iptek Kewirausahaan Hasil Produk Pengelasan SMAW Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Santri Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Doho, Dolopo
Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda, Desa Doho sebagian besar menggunakan peralatan yang terbuat dari besi dan baja sehingga dibutuhkan perawatan dan perbaikan dalam bentuk pengelasan dasar SMAW. Keterbatasan pendidikan santri Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Doho dalam pengelasan masih kurang memadai apabila dilakukan penekanan. Dibutuhkan adanya program kemitraan masyarakat yang membutuhkan keterampilan pengelasan sehingga dapat dikembangkan untuk berwirausaha. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui, peningkatan nilai pre test dan post test dalam pemahaman pengelasan dasar SMAW Santri Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Huda Desa Doho. Pengabdian untuk menghasilkan luaran peserta yang mampu memperbaiki barang berbahan besi atau baja, dan membuat produk berbahan dasar besi dengan proses pengelasan SMAW
Pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Total Aset, Leverage, Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Di Indeks Lq 45
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran total aset, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 45 perusahaan yang terdaftar di LQ 45. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 24 (dua puluh empat) perusahaan sampel dengan tahun pengamatan dari 2017-2021. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah, analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan Eviews versi 9.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perputaran kas, perputaran total aset dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Dari 3 estimasi model yang digunakan yaitu Random Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model dan Common Effect Model ada satu model yang signifikan yang di uji dengan Uji Chow, Uji Hausman, dan Uji Lagrange Multiplier yaitu Random Effect Model.
Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan menunjukkan perputaran kas, perputaran total aset, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas
