Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1.) how PT Unilever use this analytical tool to help improve strategic planning 2.) an overview of PT Unilever how to design a situatuin and plan for succes. This research method is SWOT and PESTEL analysis using qualitative research. The result show that: 1.) PT Unilever is very reputable and highly diversified, with products in various sectors and markets so taht it can maintain market share and profitability despite intense competition. &nbsp
