    PERBANDINGAN PERBAIKAN INTENSITAS NYERI PUNGGUNG BAWAH NON SPESIFIK YANG DIBERI NATRIUM DIKLOFENAK DITAMBAH TENS DENGAN NATRIUM DIKLOFENAK

    Latar Belakang dan Tujuan NPB merupakan alasan kelima untuk berobat ke dokter. Sembilan puluh persen penderita NPB merupakan NPB nonspesifik. Natrium diklofenak merupakan analgesik lini pertama dalam pengobatan NPB, tetapi beberapa kasus NPB membutuhkan terapi tambahan untuk mempercepat penyembuhan. TENS merupakan terapi tambahan yang sering digunakan pada kasus nyeri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membuktikan pemberian Natrium Diklofenak ditambah TENS dengan Natrium diklofenak lebih baik dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri dibanding pemberian Natrium Diklofenak pada kasus NPB nonspesifik. Metode Studi ini merupakan studi prospektif, Randomized Controlled Trial,dengan consecutive sampling admission yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Subjek dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kelompok Natrium Diklofenak ditambah TENS, dan kelompok Natrium Diklofenak. Pada hari ke2 diukur pengurangan nilai Visual Analoque Scale (VAS). Analisa Data menggunakan uji Chi Square dengan program SPSS 20 Hasil Terdapat perbedaan penurunan intensitas nyeri yang bermakna kelompok TENS ditambah Natrium Diklofenak dan kelompok Natrium Diklofenak baik secara statistik maupun secara klinis. p= 0,027 (IK95% 1.150-16.323), dan Absolute Risk Reduction (ARR= 0,35 atau 35%). Kesimpulan Pemberian TENS ditambah Natrium Diklofenak lebih baik dibanding pemberian Natrium Diklofenak dalam mengurangi intensitas nyeri pada kasus NPB nonspesifik

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah tingkat harga, kualitas produk, model, promosi akan mempengaruhi keputusan Mahasiswa dalam pembelian Helm INK. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini bermanfaat untuk mengetahui faktor apa yang paling dominan diantara fariabel diatas dalam keputusan pembelian helm merk INK dikalangan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis UMS. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah chi square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 100 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa jenis kelamin, umur, lama menjadi konsumen, jumlah uang saku perbulan mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat harga, kualitas produk, model, promosi, dan keputusan pembelian dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian helm INK dengan 2hitung > 2tabel . Hasil selisih antara nilai C Max dengan koefisien kontingensi menunjukkan bahwa antara umur dan kualitas produk memiliki selisih paling kecil dibandingkan dengan variabel yang lain, yaitu dengan nilai 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa umur dan kualitas produk paling dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam melakukan keputusan pembelian terhadap helm INK

    This article explains the learning of memorizing the Koran by the Tawazun Method in the Daarul Huffadz Indonesian Boarding School, Sentul Branch. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. The data collection method consists of interviews and document studies. The results showed that learning to memorize the Koran with the Tawazun Method consists of the process of reading, understanding, imagining, memorizing, and depositing. These activities train the intelligence of the right brain and left brain in a balanced and optimal way. This method proved useful in facilitating students in memorizing the Koran; gain an understanding of the Qur'an; strengthen and maintain memorization; foster motivation to memorize and create intensive relations between students and the Koran. The implementation of the Tahfidz method also contributes positively to the improvement of personal self-esteem which is characterized by an increase in feelings of happiness, the ability to face challenges, overcome problems, and motivate him; and good self-acceptance by the environment and good relations with other individuals or groups.                                                                  &nbsp

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan islami, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang dimoderasi lama bekerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada empatBMT di kabupaten Temanggung. Jumlah sampel yang ditetapkan sebanyak 60 responden dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, Moderated Regresion Analysis (MRA), pengujian hipotesis dan uji ketepatan model.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan islami berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, interaksi variabel lama kerja dengan kepemimpinan islami, interaksi lama kerja dengan motivasi kerja dan interaksi lama kerja dengan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peran pemimpin sangat menentukan dalam kinerja karyawan, sehingga pemimpin betul-betul harus bisa mengarahkan karyawan baik secara aturan syari’ah maupun dalam kerja praktek perbankan

    The Tahfidz Online program is the flagship program of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation. This study aims to describe and evaluate the implementation of the Indonesia Berkah Foundation's Tahfidz Online program. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and document analysis. The CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Daniel Leroy Stufflebeam et al. was used as an evaluation reference. This study finds out that: In terms of the input component, it shows that musyrifah, curriculum, and infrastructure have met the criteria. However, there are notes on the input of students not meeting the criteria of intention because God also does not understand the knowledge of recitation and Arabic. In terms of the media process components and materials, they do not meet the criteria of interest and are arranged in a sequence that makes it easy for students, while the method and time have met the criteria. Adapun hasil penelitian ini, sebagai berikut: Dalam komponen input menunjukkan bahwa musyrif/ah, kurikulum dan sarana prasarana sudah memenuhi kriteria, terdapat catatan pada input santri belum memenuhi kriteria niat karena Allah juga belum memahami ilmu tajwid dan bahasa Arab. Dalam komponen process media dan materi belum memenuhi kriteria menarik minat dan disusun dengan urutan yang memudahkan santri, sedangkan metode dan waktu sudah memenuhi kriteria.     The purpose of this study is analysing leadership has positive effect to the quality of employee in production at PDAM of Surakarta and employee benefit has positive effect to the quality of employee in production at PDAM of Surakarta. This research is quantitative, by taking samples at PDAM of Surakarta, Central Java, Indonesia. The study population and sample as many as 400 employees were taken by 40 employees.     This study of the remuneration as compensation policy at the Hospital. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of compensation and to analyze the application of remuneration as compensation policy. The data used in this thesis is the data associated with the implementation of the remuneration obtained from the documentation, interviews, and observations. The data collected was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate more clearly the compensation that is based on the employee's contribution to the work. Compensation in the form of structural policy benefits given equally to all office holders, the incentive is given in the form of incentives do not directly correspond to the index score of employees and direct incentives are given according to the number of services provided. The total income received by the employee in accordance with the increased contribution. With this remuneration it can be arranged in accordance with the teaching that the contribution of work, if the contribution is high then the income is high, if the contribution is low, a low income

    The aims of this study is to analyze the factors - factors that can affect the employee job satisfaction and work discipline in the PT. PLN (Persero) AREA Surakarta. Research model that will be used in this research is a tiered structure model and to test the hypothesis used analytical techniques SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) which is run by the application SmartPLS 2.0.M3. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the style of leadership is not a positive influence on work discipline, organizational commitment is a positive influence on work discipline, leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment is a positive influence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction and positive effect on labor discipline. Model of the influence of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on work discipline produces the R - square value is to show good models. It means that the variability of labor discipline constructs can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style, organizational commitment and job satisfaction. The model of the influence of leadership style and organizational commitment on job satisfaction produces the R-square value indicates a moderate models, it means that the construct of job satisfaction variability can be explained by the variability of the construct of leadership style, and organizational commitmen

    The purpose of this study are: 1) To determine there is relationship or not of working environment with satisfaction of employees; 2) To determine there is relationship or not of pay & promotion with satisfaction of employees; 3) To determine there is relationship or not of job security with satisfaction of employees; 4) To determine there is relationship or not of co-workers with satisfaction of employees; 5) To determine there is relationship or not of supervisor with satisfaction of employees; and 6) To determine there is relationship or not of level of fairness with satisfaction of employees. This research is quantitative, by taking samples at PT. Wangsa Jatra Lestari. The study population and sample as many as 181 employees were taken by 150 employees. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained showed that: 1) There exists a positive relationship between working environment and satisfaction of employee; 2) Pay and promotion enhances job satisfaction of employee; 3) Increased job security has a positive impact on job satisfaction of employees; 4) A positive correlation exists between relationship with co-workers & job satisfaction; 5) Supervisor’s supports increase the job satisfaction of employees; and 6) Increased level of fairness has a significant impact on job satisfaction.
