Masyarakat Pesantren Dan Resolusi Konflik
According to the majority religious groups, in truth, always give priority boarding to the authority ta\u27dzim culture and a religious teacher Kyai, the more their binding normative frame, such as the doctrine of al-Muta\u27alim Ta\u27lim book, which does not allow the conflict in it. However, that happens, the social dynamics of schools that still apply the system of management of the potential sources based on a figure of clerics (as a role model at the same time policy makers), is actually very vulnerable to tumbuhkembangnya a conflict. As is the case in traditional Islamic boarding schools and semi-modern, conflicts occur, especially when the clerics who plays as the founder and owner of boarding dies, or when the pesantren, the founder or the resume, the teachers, caregivers, or also the family become involved in affairs outside of schools, for example, state, politics and others. By using descriptive analysis method with dispute resolution theory, then, is clearly visible how the settlement of conflict resolution in schools are often taken with unique ways, including through intermarriage boarding, istighotsah, haul and akhirussanah. STRATEGI ADAPTASI NELAYAN TRADISIONAL DALAM MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN KELUARGA DI KELURAHAN GURAPING KECAMATAN OBA UTARA KOTA TIDORE KEPULAUAN PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA
This research was conducted to determine the form of adaptation strategy of traditional fishermen in meeting the needs of families in the Guraping area and to find out how the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of fishermen in meeting family needs in Guraping Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City. The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of traditional fishermen in meeting the needs of families and to determine the inhibiting factors and supporting factors of traditional fishermen in meeting the needs of families in Guraping Village, North Oba Subdistrict, Tidore Islands City. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive type. Data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and documentation. This research approach uses the sociology approach. Data processing and analysis techniques go through three stages: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results showed that the strategies of traditional fishermen in meeting family needs are: 1) Strategies undertaken by traditional fishermen in meeting the needs of families besides working as fishermen, fishermen in Kelurahan Guraping also work as farmers, construction workers, the role of family members or by pressing expenses to meet the needs of his family. 2) The inhibiting factors of traditional fishermen in meeting family needs are: Climate change, marketing of catches that are still weak, the range of traditional fishermen sailing, and types of fishing gear. Supporting factors of traditional fishermen in meeting family needs are: (Without Fuel) Traditional fishermen in the Kelurahan of the sea do not need to use fuel so the money that was used to be used for fuel is diverted to help meet family needs, increasing fishermen's income

Analisis Perubahan Tutupan Lahan DAS Tondano, Sulawesi Utara Selama Periode Tahun 2002 Dan 2015
Monitoring land cover change is important to be done in order to understand changing mechanism and to model impacts of the change to environment and ecosystem in different scale. Research on change detection of the Tondano watershed for the period of 1989-1999 showed that the land cover has changed due to agricultural activity and urbanization (Prenzel, et al, 2006). Land cover change of the Tondano Watershed contributed to the flooding and landslide disasters in Minahasa and Manado in the early of 2014. This research was conducted to compare land cover of the Tondano Watershed between the period of 2002 and 2015 using remote sensing data and Geographical Information System (GIS). Change detection method, post classification comparison was used to gather information on land cover change in the Tondano Watershed. Results showed that there was a significant change in the land cover within thirteen years. There was a decrease of forest, paddy field and volcano areas and an increase of agriculture, residential and water body areas. Forest has been converted to dry land agriculture; paddy field area has been converted to agriculture and residential areas. An increase of residential area was caused by conversion of agricultural and paddy field areas located nearby Manado City
Spatial Modeling of Deforestation in FMU of Poigar, North Sulawesi
Forest is a part of the ecosystem that provides environmental services. Deforestation may decrease forest function in an ecosystem. This study aims to build a spatial model of deforestation in a forest management unit (FMU) of Poigar. Deforestation analysis carried out by analyze the change of forest cover into non-forest cover with post classification comparison technique. Driving forces of deforestation carried out by spatial modeling using binary logistic regression models (LRM). Result of logistic regression model was used to predict the deforestation in 2013 and compare the prediction result with actual deforestation. The result showed that forest loss from the 2000 to 2013 period amounted 12,668.2 hectares. Deforestation in FMU of Poigar influenced by six factors there are distance from the road, distance from the settlement, distance from the river, population density, elevation and slope. Logistic regression model was built using five explanatory variables that are the distance from the road, distance from the river, population density, elevation and slope. Population density and accessibility is the most influented factor caused deforestation in FMU of Poigar. Prediction of deforestation could predict about 58 % of actual deforestation spatialy, so spatial models of deforestation could be an information to guidance on future management of FMU of Poigar
PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS PADA MATERI GARIS DAN SUDUT
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) pada materi garis dan sudut siswa kelas VII MTs Negeri Dowora Kota Tidore Kepulauan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis eksperimen. Dengan desain penelitian yaitu desain eksperimen pre-eksperimental design jenis one- shot case study.Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Dowora Kota Tidore Kepulauan dengan jumlah populasi 43 siswa. Adapun yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu kelas VII A sebanyak 22 siswa yang akan diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS). Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS), data dianalisis dengan analisis inferensial yaitu menggunakan uji one sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 20. Dengan kriteria pengujian jika nilai signifikasi lebihdari 0,05 maka H0 diterima ditolak dan jika nilai signifikasi kurang dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak diterima. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pada kelas eksperimen TPS pada variabel kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa dengan Df = 23 diperoleh nilai signifikansi = 0,035. Nilai signifikansi pada variabel kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai yang kurang dari tingkat alpha 0,05 dimana hal inimenunjukkan bahwa ditolak dan diterima. Oleh karena diterima maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model TPS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Developing scale on factors affecting innovation service culture in hospitality industry
This paper aimed at finding the factors influencing innovative service culture and personality, a case study of a famous hotel in Kuala Lumpur. In order to achieve the aim, the objectives were laid out firstly identify the factors influencing the innovative service culture at and secondly to develop a measurement scale on the factors influencing innovation. Past studies on innovation, innovative culture and innovative service were reviewed. A sample size of 143 respondents was interviewed to. Factor analysis was employed to develop a scale on the factors influencing innovative service culture. The aim of the results was to reduce the number of variables, to the important variable only. From 72 variables, only 49 were selected in the factor analysis through a rotated component matrix. Later, they were regrouped into 9 factors, according to their similarity of characteristics and justifications (service culture, proactive personality, group dynamics, and sense of belongings, corporate communications, and involvement and exceeding expectations). Though the objectives of this research were met, further research has to be carried out to determine significant demographic factors and to observe the relationships to the various factors that the researcher has developed
Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran Sejarah Asia Timur melalui Penerapan Metode Inkuiri di Jurusan Pendidikan Sejarah Fkip Um Mataram
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mata kuliah Sejarah Asia Timur di Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah Fakuktas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram, melalui penerapan dan pengembangan model inkuiri. Pengembangan model ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perlunya dinamisasi dalam proses pembelajaran, sehingga dapat menghasilkan pembelajaran bermakna. Meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran mahasiswa dalam pengertian mencari, menemukan, dan memecahkan permasalahan dalam perkuliahan dengan penerapan metode inkuiri, yang pada dasarnya juga merupakan penerapan metode sejarah kritis yakni: heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan strategi kaji tindak berbasis kelas atau penelitian tindakan kelas. Pemilihan metodeini berdasarkan asumsi bahwa perbaikan proses kegiatan pembelajarandi dalam kelas dapat dilaksanakan pengajar dengan melakukan refleksi tentang berbagai hal yang telah dilakukan dalam proses kegiatan pembelajaran, seperti penentuan tujuan pembelajaran, penyusunan materi ajar, sumber buku acuan yang digunakan, strategi pembelajarannya, alokasi waktu yang digunakan dan evaluasi. Aktivitas pengimplementasian tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif kolaboratif antara pimpinan program, dosen, dan peneliti, sehingga terjadi sharing dalam penyusunan perencanaan tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pada mahasiswa semester III Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah Fakuktas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Mataram melaluipengembangan dan penerapan model inkuiri. Strategi inkuiri yang diterapkan diawali dengan strategi ekspositori yang menempatkan peranan besar dosen dalam pembelajaran terutama dalam hal membina, mengarahkan, membimbing, memberi tindakan, dan mengevaluasi serta refleksi, dan diakhiri dengan strategi inkuiri yangmenuntut kemandirian mahasiswa dalam proses mencari, menemukan, dan memecahkan permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan masalah-masalah yang diajukan oleh dosen.
