    Marketing mix for e-commerce

    The relevance of the analyzed issue is caused by the need to study the process of transformation of marketing in e-commerce, as the active involvement of business organizations in the field of e-business is often accompanied by problems of applying the usual marketing tools in a virtual environment. The article seeks to identify changes in the elements of the marketing mix in e-commerce in accordance with the trend of e-business and Internet technology. The leading approach to the study of this issue is the marketing model 7P, allowing structuring the changes in a complex of marketing tools with regard to trade and information services of online stores. The results of research were: to establish the determining role of technology and information support of consumers; to identify the areas of transformation of the marketing mix in e-commerce, demonstrating the significant influence of consumers on the content of 7P and personalize the supply of goods and services. The article may be useful for online stores in case of marketing strategy development, identification of the most important elements of 7P, assessment of marketing effectiveness and optimization of marketing costs. © 2016 Pogorelova et al

    Obtaining and estimating the potential of protein nutraceuticals from highly mineralized collagen-containing beef raw materials

    Highly mineralized collagen-containing beef raw materials (tibia, fibula and costal bones) are a source of valuable protein nutraceuticals. They include high molecular weight proteins, oligopeptides and amino acids, which anabolic and physiological potential is used insufficiently. Protein nutraceuticals were obtained by high-temperature hydrolysis of beef raw materials in combination with enzymolysis by proteolytic enzyme preparations Alcalase 2,5 L, Protamex, Protosubtilin G3x. The water-soluble fraction of hydrolysates was studied after its separation and freeze-drying on the content of nitrogenous compounds, fats, minerals, formol-titrated nitrogen, fractional molecular composition. The mathematical dependencies of accumulation of low molecular weight products of protein hydrolysis on enzymolysis duration and doses of different enzyme preparations were obtained. The rational technological scheme of complex processing of beef raw materials with production of protein, fat and mineral-protein additives was proposed. The protein weight fraction in the freeze-dried protein hydrolysates was 69.5–89.6%. All studied protein additives contained peptides with a molecular weight of not more than 100 kDa. The content of low-molecular weight oligopeptides with a molecular weight of less than 10 kDa in the protein additives obtained by enzymatic thermal hydrolysis was more than 90%. The amino acid composition of protein additives produced by different hydrolytic methods was analyzed. Sensory and functional-technological properties of freeze-dried protein compositions were studied. The amino acid potential, high assimilability and physiological activity of protein nutraceuticals from collagen-containing beef raw materials were established. It is recommended to use them in the composition of specialized biologically active additives (BAAs) to food of the osteotropic direction in recipes of specialized and personalized products as a source of amino acids and active peptides

    The use of land in our country is paid. According to the land legislation, land tax or rent is charged for the use of land. All taxpayers and land tenants should be aware that the amount of tax and rent paid by them is determined on the basis of the cadastral value of the land plot. Following paragraph 3 of Article 66 of the Land Code, land assessment can be carried out in accordance with the state cadastral assessment. The authors point out that considering the scale of implemented work, mass assessment methods are the least expensive way for the state to determine the cadastral value. Otherwise, individual specific features of the land plots can not be taken into account. Different economic and mathematical methods and econometric models can be used in determining the cadastral and market value; application of these methods in correct way allows to make an assessment without compromising the results obtained. The authors speak about modern software for computers applied in order to make reliable models of value assessment, which allow to apply an individual approach in order to enhance the validity and integrity of research. Land plot appraisal should be based on the forecast which identifies and forms economic tendencies by means of statistical data analysis and examining the behavior of market participants. A lot of modern methods of forecasting are based on econometric modeling, as econometric modeling provides detailed analysis of the impact of factors on the investigated parameter. Therefore, econometric modeling allows to assess land appraisal by mean of individual approach. Defining the market value and bringing the cadastral value to the market value reduce costs significantly, as the cadastral value is much higher than the market value. In such cases, it is possible to challenge the cadastral value of the land in order to bring it to the market value and calculate an appropriate land tax. If the market value of the land plot is determined, the cadastral value is fixed being equal to its market value.Использование земли в нашей стране является платным. В соответствии с земельным законодательством за пользование землей взимается земельный налог или арендная плата. Все налогоплательщики и арендаторы земельных участков должны знать, что размер уплачиваемого ими налога и арендной платы определяется исходя из кадастровой стоимости земельного участка. Согласно п. 3 ст. 66 Земельного кодекса РФ, оценка земель может производиться в соответствии с государственной кадастровой оценкой. С учетом масштабов проводимых работ, методы массовой оценки являются для государства наименее затратным способом определения кадастровой стоимости. При этом какие-то индивидуальные специфические особенности земельных участков могут не учитываться. Как при определении кадастровой, так и рыночной стоимости возможно использование разных видов экономико-математических методов и эконометрических моделей, которые позволят произвести оценку без ущерба адекватности полученных результатов при правильном применении этих методов. В настоящее время для этого имеются программные средства современных компьютеров для построения достоверных моделей оценки стоимости, позволяющие применять индивидуальный подход для повышения обоснованности и достоверности результатов. Определение стоимости земельного участка должно быть основано на прогнозе, позволяющем выявить и сформировать экономические тенденции с помощью анализа статистических данных и изучения поведения участников рынка. Многие современные методики построения прогнозов основаны на эконометрическом моделировании, так как именно оно детально представляет анализ влияния факторов на исследуемый признак, а значит, и дает возможность, при наличии определенных знаний и опыта, применить их к оценке с учетом индивидуального подхода. Определение реальной рыночной стоимости и доведение кадастровой стоимости до рыночной значительно сократит издержки, т. к. очень часто кадастровая стоимость выше рыночной в разы или даже в десятки раз. В таких случаях в настоящее время появилась возможность оспаривания кадастровой стоимости земельного участка в целях доведения ее до рыночной и расчета адекватного земельного налога. Если определена рыночная стоимость земельного участка, то кадастровая стоимость устанавливается равной его рыночной стоимости

    Работа заключалась в исследовании свойств дисперсно-упрочненных композиционных материалов на основе алюминия. В качестве дисперсных частиц применяется нитрид кремния Si3N4 и нитрид алюминия AlN размером частиц 150 нанометров. Слитки, полученные в результате модифицирования, подвергались микроисследованию, исследованию на твердость и испытанию на разрыв. Результаты, полученные в ходе механических испытаний, а также микроструктуры образцов представлены в работе и свидетельствуют об упрочнении исходного сплава.The work consisted in investigating the properties of dispersion-hardened composite materials based on aluminum. Silicon nitride Si3N4 and AlN aluminum nitride with a particle size of 150 nanometers are used as dispersed articles. The ingots obtained as a result of the modification were subjected to microanalysis, hardness and tensile testing. The results obtained in the course of mechanical tests, as well as the microstructure of the samples are presented in the work and indicate the hardening of the initial alloy

    Prevalence of risk factors of HIV contamination in injection drug using women in the Omsk Region

    The results of an epidemiological study of risk factors of HIV infection among women, who inject drugs, are presented in this paper. Incidence of HIV among women during the period from 2005 to 2013 had a significant increasing trend from 2,1 to 63,3 per 100000 women. The predominance of parenteral transmission of HIV, as well as a significant prevalence of substance abuse disorders among women, determined a significant risk of morbidity for women with HIV infection (6,3 per 10,000 women). We included 115 women, taking injection drugs, in our study. Most of the women noted patterns of high risk HIV infection behavior, as well as the lack of knowledge about HIV prevention. 45% of women had been using drugs for 6-11 years, most of them have started using drugs at the age of 16-19 years, 40% of participants have used more than one type of drug, used common needles, syringes, together with other persons, including those with HIV infection. 23,8% of the women mentioned having unprotected sex, including sex with casual sex partners

    First CNGS events detected by LVD

    The CERN Neutrino to Gran Sasso (CNGS) project aims to produce a high energy, wide band νμ\nu_{\mu} beam at CERN and send it toward the INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratory (LNGS), 732 km away. Its main goal is the observation of the ντ\nu_{\tau} appearance, through neutrino flavour oscillation. The beam started its operation in August 2006 for about 12 days: a total amount of 7.6 10177.6~10^{17} protons were delivered to the target. The LVD detector, installed in hall A of the LNGS and mainly dedicated to the study of supernova neutrinos, was fully operating during the whole CNGS running time. A total number of 569 events were detected in coincidence with the beam spill time.     On-line recognition of supernova neutrino bursts in the LVD detector

    In this paper we show the capabilities of the Large Volume Detector (INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratory) to identify a neutrino burst associated to a supernova explosion, in the absence of an "external trigger", e.g., an optical observation. We describe how the detector trigger and event selection have been optimized for this purpose, and we detail the algorithm used for the on-line burst recognition. The on-line sensitivity of the detector is defined and discussed in terms of supernova distance and electron anti-neutrino intensity at the source.Comment: Accepted for pubblication on Astroparticle Physics. 13 pages, 10 figure
