    PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PENILAIAN OTENTIK UNTUK MENGUKUR CAPAIAN PEMBELAJARAN MAHASISWA AUTHENTIC ASSESSMENT MODEL TO MEASURE UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS’ LEARNING OUTCOMES

    Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang dan Unmuh Jember dengan subyek dosen dan mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi selama 6 bulan (Maret-Agustus 2016), menggunakan metode yang diadaptasi dari model pengembangan Borg and Gall, yaitu: (1) prapengembangan, (2) pengembangan, (3) uji coba produk, dan (4) revisi. Pengembangan ini diawali dengan wawancara terhadap dosen dan mahasiswa, di mana data hasil wawancara tersebut digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan penilaian rubrik. Hasil wawancara, penilaian hasil belajar yang digunakan dosen belum mengukur kemampuan mahasiswa secara otentik. Sebagian besar dosen (84%) menggunakan tes tulis berupa tes obyektif, perlu untuk mengembangkan penilaian hasil belajar otentik berupa penulisan makalah dan presentasi makalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa 89% mahasiswa menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap penulisan makalah dan 92% sikap positif terhadap presentasi makalah. Kesimpulannya bahwa mahasiswa menganggap tugas tagihan dan penilaian menggunakan rubrik deskriptif memberikan dampak yang baik dan pemahaman terhadap materi mata kuliah dan rasa percaya diri mahasiswa semakin meningkat.Kata kunci: Model Penilaian Otentik, Capaian Pembelajara

    EFL COLLEGE TEACHERS’ AWARENESS ON CAR

    Nobody can claim that all instructions are free from problems. Realizing that all instruction are potential to have problems, college teachers should do reflective practices.  One of the do reflective practices which can be done integratively and sytematically with their instructions is classroom action research (CAR). The present study tried to investigate the lecturers’ perception on CAR. The study focused on the indentifi-cation of  the lecturers’ awareness on CAR and digging up the the factors affected the lecturers perception on CAR. The study employed survey method which posited qualitative   approach. The study  revealed that the leacturers’ awareness on CAR was relatively low. It also indicated that  there were some factors which affected the lecturers’ awareness on CAR i.e., 1) the lecturer’s prior education or pre-service education; 2) their involvement in scientific forums; 3) self-regulated learning by reading books on CAR

    Salah satu aspek dalam kompetensi guru adalah kemampuan guru dalam menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang disebut kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi tersebut sangat penting dan menentukan keberhasilan pembelajaran. Guru yang selalu berupaya untuk mengatasi masalah pembelajaran atau meningkatkan mutu pembelajarannya dipastikan melakukan PTK. Penelitian ini mengkaji apakah guru-guru Biologi sekolah menengah di Jawa Timur memiliki kompetensi untuk melakukan PTK. Penelitian survei ini dirancang menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru Biologi SMA baik negeri maupun swasta di beberapa kabupaten/kota di Jawa Timur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguasaan guru Biologi di Jawa Timur termasuk dalam kategori cukup.

    Development in the city of Malang is directed to bring the people of Malang City to the welfare that is distributed evenly. This condition is characterized by increasing economic growth, declining unemployment and decreasing the poor in Malang. In addition, it will also lead people to increasingly cultured conditions, with religious-tolerant values marked by an increasing understanding of traditional values, religious values, mutual respect for differences, and the absence of conflict and violence on behalf of SARA in the city of Malang. The objectives of IbW Program are: (1) To identify potential, actual condition / situation, human resources and realistic resources in Klojen Sub-district, Malang City; (2) To formulate the potential of human resources and natural resources so that it can be used as a pre-eminent commodity of the region; (3) Conducting training activities in the framework of technology transfer generated by Higher Education to the community, so that the community has the knowledge and skills in managing the potential around them. Activities were carried out using survey methods, and observations. Meanwhile, to arrange the action program is done through worshop activity with the hope of action program as needed by society. To that end, in this IbW activity the community is involved from program planning, program implementation, utilization of results and evaluation of program implementation. In this way, the action program is a program that fits the needs of the community. In addition, the implementation of community empowerment activities is carried out using field assistance method.
