    Abstract The Malay Indigenous Community, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province, is one of the Islamic communities which in the settlement of legal relations relating to the property of a person who dies with family members who are left behind or have not died, still use customary law. There are several types of inheritance applied to the Malay community of Sanggau Regency, namely assets that are inherited from generation to generation both from the father and mother, assets obtained by husband and wife during their marriage, both produced jointly and by one party, and assets acquired by the husband and wife during their marriage. brought by husband and wife before marriage. This study aims to determine the distribution of inheritance according to Islamic Law and Malay Customs with a case study in Sungai Muntik Village, Kapuas District, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This type of research is normative legal research using normative case studies in the form of products of legal behavior. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation with predetermined informants, with data analysis techniques through data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research in the field show that the implementation of inheritance used is inheritance that is not based on fara'id science or Islamic law, the inheritance law that people use is based on customs or habits that occur in the community, because the majority of the Muntik River community are residents who still hold strong customary law or applicable custom. Keywords: malay custom; inheritance; islamic law Abstrak Masyarakat Adat Melayu Kabupaten Sanggau Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, merupakan salah satu dari masyarakat Islam yang dalam penyelesaian hubungan hukum yang berkaitan dengan harta seseorang yang meninggal dunia dengan anggota keluarga yang ditinggalkan maupun belum meninggal dunia, masih menggunakan hukum adat. Ada beberapa jenis harta warisan yang diterapkan pada masyarakat Melayu Kabupaten Sanggau yaitu harta yang diwariskan dari generasi kegenerasi baik dari pihak ayah maupun ibu, harta yang diperoleh oleh suami dan istri selama dalam perkawinannya baik yang dihasilkan secara bersama maupun oleh salah satu pihak, dan harta yang dibawa oleh suami dan istri sebelum berumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembagian harta warisan menurut Hukum Islam dan Adat Melayu dengan studi kasus pada Desa Sungai Muntik Kecamatan Kapuas Kabupaten Sanggau Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif menggunakan studi kasus normatif berupa produk perilaku hukum. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan para informan yang telah ditentukan, dengan teknik analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian di lapangan menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan kewarisan yang digunakan adalah kewarisan yang tidak berdasarkan ilmu fara’id atau Hukum Islam, hukum waris yang masyarakat gunakan adalah berdasarkan adat atau kebiasaan yang terjadi di masyarakat tersebut, karena mayoritas masyarakat Sungai Muntik adalah penduduk yang masih memegang kental hukum adat atau kebiasaan yang berlaku.     The existence of the Covid-19 virus outbreak has an effect on the learning procces which requires students to carry out learning activiti at home due to an appeal from the government to prevent the spread of the virus. The problem and purpose of this research is to determite the quality of E-learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Islamic Religious Education Study Program, Islamic University of Malang. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach by using case study research. This research was conducted by interview, observation and documentation, researchers conducted interview through GPM, lecturers and students. The quality of the E-learning process itself can be seen from learning planning, learning implementation, and evaluation. The quality of E-learning out comes is of high quality because it meets a procedures and objectives, satisfactory learning outcomes indicate the quality of learning that has been applied. E-learning is effectively applied during the Covid-19 pandemic.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi reward dan punishment, kendala, dan solusi dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Pasuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan teknik analisis domain, analisis taksonomi, dan analisis komponensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahw: 1) implementasi penghargaan dan hukuman dalam kegiatan-kegiatan santri dapat dikatakan baik, penghargaan dan hukuman diberikan agar santri dapat melaksanakan kedisiplinan dengan baik, di antaranya kedisiplinan terkait keamanan, bahasa dan belajar; 2) kendala implementasi penghargaan dan hukuman di antaranya: a) adanya wali santri yang tidak terima jika anaknya diberi hukuman, b) kurangnya kesadaran dalam diri santri, c) minimnya pengetahuan santri terhadap tata tertib pesantren; dan 3) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut di antaranya a) menanamkan disiplin kepada santri, b) mengadakan kerjasama dengan wali santri, c) mengadakan musyawarah kerja

    This research aims to find out how the efforts made by teachers in overcoming difficulties in learning to read beginning in lower grade students at MI Bahrul Ulum Sekapuk Ujugpangkah Gresik. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of case study research which in this study seeks to examine in depth according to the research focus that has been determined. The data collection used is observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this research are data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.     During the COVID-19 pandemic, all learning proses are carried out from home. Teacher and students are still not used to this kind of learning process. So this causes students' learning motivation to decrease. The purpose of this study was to find out what strategies were used by teachers in increasing students' learning motivation during the pandemic. The approach used in this research is qualitative with the type of case study resereach.     The research was conducted to determine the form of implementation of the group investigation model in Islamic education learning carried out at the elementary school level. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach as a material to find out more deeply and describe the implementation of this group investigation model when applied to elementary schools. The location of this research is in UPTD SDN Morbatoh 1 in Sampang Madura Regency. Data collection techniques in this study used participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data condensation and data presentation. The results of this study indicate that this group investigation model is suitable to be applied in learning Islamic religious education by applying systematic steps, namely organizing students into several groups, planning several learning tasks together with students in a group that has been studied. determined, conduct an investigation by the way the teacher coordinates his students to find information, analyze and make conclusions, the four students are invited to present the results obtained and the last is the evaluation stage. Selanjutnya data dianalisis melalui kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa karakter religius ditanamkan melalui berbagai kegiatan sekolah dan kepribadian guru. Selanjutnya internalisasi karakter religius dilakukan guru melalui kedisiplinan, kecerdasan, dan akhlak mulia.
