    Pengaruh Self-Efficacy Guru dan Kreativitas Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa dan Implikasinya Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi

    Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menurunnya prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi yang dilihat dari nilai UN (Ujian Nasional) SMA Negeri se-Kabupaten Ciamis dari tahun 2008 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, sedangkan teknis analisis data menggunakan uji path analysis. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy guru dan motivasi belajar pada kategori sedang sedangkan.kreativitas guru pada kategori rendah.  Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) Self-efficacy guru berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (2) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh positip terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) Self-efficacy guru berpengaruh positip terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Self-efficacy guru memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. (4) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh positip terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Kreativitas guru memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.     THE ROLE OF WORK MOTIVATIOM IN MODERATING THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION ON WORK PRODUCTIVITY OF AMIL ZAKAT (Study at the Amil Zakat Institute in Bandung City)

    The potential for zakat in Indonesia in 2019 is valued at IDR 233.8 trillion, but the realization is still far from expected because BAZNAS is only able to manage 3.5% of its potential. One of these factors is that LAZ's human resources are still less competent in their fields. Work productivity is still low, so that the distribution of zakat is still consumptive and creates a lack of public trust in LAZ. This study aims to test the organizational behavior theory by analyzing the effect of compensation on amil's work productivity and how work motivation in moderating this effect. With a total sample of 87 respondents, taken using a sampling technique referring to cluster random sampling or random sampling techniques cluster (group), namely the population is divided into smaller sub-units then, obtained from the partial selection of units or better known as primary units, until finally selecting units within the selected primary unit. This research uses the method of causality with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that the level of compensation was in the medium category, the level of work motivation and work productivity was mostly in the high category, and that compensation had a positive effect on amil's work productivity and work motivation did not moderate the relationship between compensation and amil's work productivity, but work motivation had a positive effect on amil work productivity

    PENERAPAN ETIKA PEMASARAN ISLAM DALAM PENGGUNAAN DIGITAL MARKETING PADA USAHA KECIL MENENGAH (UKM)

    The purpose of this study is to find out and describe in general how the level of application of Islamic marketing ethics in the use of digital marketing in SMEs through a quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique used in this study is to look for the average demographic data that has been filled by respondents. The subjects of this study are SMEs who have done marketing using digital marketing operating in the city of Bandung with a total of 30 respondents. Furthermore, the sampling technique that the researchers used was non-probability sampling with convenience types to make it easier for researchers to obtain samples. The results of this study indicate that the average percentage of all dimensions has a very good category. So, it can be said that the application of Islamic marketing ethics in the use of digital marketing in SMEs in Bandung has been very good. Meanwhile, the dimension that has the highest average percentage value is the dimension of being serving and being humble. However, there are still dimensions that have not been categorized as very good, namely the dimensions of behaving well and sympathetic and do not like to bad-mouth

    This research aims for finding the strategy of development the food and beverages industry in the Regency of Tasikmalaya with provide problems and solutions which are relevant and valid. Then, the method used in this research is Analytical Hierarchy Process with Superdecision as an analysis tool. The subject in this present research is the experts who are relevant to the research’s purpose governor, academics, and practitioners. There are seven experts who are collected by the researcher. The results of the research indicate that the most problem in the aspect’s dimension is regulation, on the other side, the most problem in the indicator dimension is that producers of food and beverages are less halal awareness and lack the capacity for halalness products. And then, the highest solution priority is the infrastructure aspect and there are two the highest solution priority in indicators which are Training and Socialization from Governor to Halal Food Beverages Industry and Sharia Bank is act for promoting on Food and Beverages Industry about credit of shariah which is acceptable

    CUSTOMER-PERCEIVED VALUE IN CREATING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND REVISIT INTENTION IN SHARIA HOTELS

    The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between Islamic service quality, Muslim Customer Perceived Value (MCPV), customer satisfaction, and revisit intention on sharia hotels in Bandung. A systematic random sampling was used to draw sample of 255 customers. The hotel includes Orange Home Sharia, Sharia Narapati Hotel, Cottage Daarul Jannah, Daarul Mutmainah, and MQ Guest House. This research used Structural Equation Modeling to measure the variables of service quality (Gayatri, 2013) and Muslims Customer Perceived Value (MCPV) (Eid and Gohary, 2015) to measure the perceived value variables. Eleven hypotheses were developed and tested using a sample of 255 Muslim tourists. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to test the validity of the measures, while the structural equation modeling in hypotheses testing. The strength of the relationship between the constructs indicates that features of the suggested MCPV model are crucial to achieving Muslim customer retention in the tourism industry. Findings also suggest that the availability of the suggested Islamic attributes value, along with conventional value dimensions, could satisfy Muslim tourists when they buy a tourism packag

    This study emphasizes the importance of focusing on the sustainability and alignment of Sharia compliance disclosures in the context of Islamic Financial Institutions. Sustainability reporting is becoming increasingly crucial in the financial sector due to growing awareness of global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. The initiative encourages Islamic Financial Institutions (IFIs) to increase transparency and accountability in their sustainability practices. This study tries explicitly to compare the Sustainability Report Analysis between Bank Syariah Indonesia and Maybank Islamic Berhad for 2019-2022. In this way, the study provides a deeper understanding of how these two institutions manage sustainability and disclosure of Sharia compliance. By aligning Sharia compliance with sustainability goals, IFIS can actively create a more responsible and ethical financial sector. This will contribute to broader sustainable development efforts, including sustainable economic growth, environmental protection, and Social Empowerment. This kind of research is essential to ensure that IFIs and other financial institutions understand and adhere to sustainability and Sharia compliance in a balanced manner to balance financial, ethical, and sustainability goals in their services to society
