The Construction Model of the National Health Insurance Policy for the Poor Peoples in Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to explain the construction of the Indonesian national health insurance policy model for the poor and its theoretical and practical implications for the implementation of the Indonesian national health insurance policy for the poor. This study used qualitative research methods. Meanwhile, data collection used in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display, conclusions drawing, and verification. The construction model of the Indonesian national health insurance policy produces several important aspects that interact with each other, namely the apparatus performance patterns, apparatus capabilities, bureaucratic culture, political interests, principles of universality, and financing of health coverage. Theoretically, the Indonesian national health insurance policy has implications for a broader dimension, such as political, legal, economic, social, and cultural. In addition, it touches on a philosophical dimension, concerning the rights of citizens, such as civil rights, political rights, and social rights. Meanwhile, practically, it is related to the development of health resources, improvement of the population administration system, financing, and quality and cost control

Pendampingan Peternak Kelinci Dalam Strategi Pemasaran Melalui Media Sosial Guna Meningkatkan Ekonomi

This activity is carried out based on problems obtained in the field, namely the lack of marketing strategies through social media as well as the low economic income of the community from rabbit livestock products. This activity aims to provide knowledge and experience in promoting rabbit livestock products through social media to improve the community's economy. Activities are carried out in stages, starting from the planning stage through implementation and evaluation. The results of this assistance provide experience to the team, which can work together with the community, especially the farmers. It is beneficial for the farmers themselves to increase their knowledge and ability to promote their livestock through social media. Making farmers able to promote and increase the scope of the target market through social media Increase the creativity of farmers in promoting their livestock products. Furthermore, farmers can independently promote and market their livestock products in their respective cages so that they can increase the sales of livestock products optimally

FENOMENA BUNUH DIRI DI GUNUNG KIDUL: CATATAN TERSISA DARI LAPANGAN

Artikel ini merupakan catatan dari lapangan mengenai fenomena bunuh diri di Daerah Gunung Kidul,Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah mengkaji keterkaitan antarafaktor-faktor mitos, kemiskinan dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap fenomena bunuh diri yangterjadi selama ini. Penelitian ini dijalankan menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 1990-2006. Datadiperoleh dari Polres Gunung Kidul, Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah, dan Kantor Dinas Sosial. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa fenomena bunuh diri yang terjadi berkaitan dengan perilaku belajaryang salah mengenai mekanisme mengatasi masalah kehidupan. Pada awalnya perilaku bunuh diri ituberhubungan dengan mitos palung gantung dan kemiskinan, namun kemudian fenomena bunuh diri inibegeser dan lebih disebabkan oleh faktor perilaku koping yang dipelajari secara keliru dari satu generasike generasi berikutnya. Bunuh diri dianggap sebagai mekanisme koping dalam mengatasi permasalahanyang dihadapi. Hasil penelitian ini memberi implikasi terhadap program pencegahan perilaku bunuh diriberbasis masyarakat lokal.Kata Kunci: bunuh diri, perilaku bunuh diri, pencegahan, perilaku kopin

KEBERFUNGSIAN KELUARGA: KONSEP DAN INDIKATOR PENGUKURAN DALAM PENELITIAN

Pengukuran memainkan sangat penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Kegagalan seorang peneliti memahamiteori dan konsep dapat menyebabkan kegagalannya dalam merumuskan indikator dan parameterpengukuran yang hendak dilakukannya.
