Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Metallic Alloys
In this chapter, evolution of structure and properties of amorphous alloys is discussed. Amorphous structure change before crystallization is analyzed for a lot of systems. Structure and property changes are discussed for both amorphous and amorphousβnanocrystalline materials. Nanocrystal formation in metallic glasses is considered at heating and deformation
Prediction of deposit oil-bearing capacity of the Tutleym series within the Krasnoleninsk arc (the Western Siberia)
The paper is devoted to the problem of mapping fractured and cavernous fractured reservoirs of the tutleym series within the Krasnoleninsk arc. It is shown that the most perspective deposits are those of the low-tytleym arc. The presence of relation between reservoir and acoustic properties of the rocks involved is stated. For reservoirs to be mapped the results of dynamic inversion of time sections are used

Jargon in sport discourse: formation and functioning
The paper discusses the major ways of sport jargon formation and the peculiarities of its functioning. Jargonisms come into the Russian word-stock through both borrowings from other languages (mostly English) and discourses. Among the productive means of word-stock enrichment are metaphorization, authorβs word-building, blending and other

Some questions of linguocultural specificity communication at the english humour translation
Β© The author(s). This problem is relevant today because it is necessary to study the issues of the correlation of language, culture and translation, so far as translation is a link between linguistic cultures speakers. Obvious lack of researches in the field of linguocultural specificity affects the quality of the translation and the adequacy of reflection of ethno-linguistic worldview in the minds of other languages speakers. The objective of the article is to identify the degrees of interaction of language and culture in the translation process to provide a deep penetration in the national associated meanings of original literary works. Leading approach to the study of this problem is the analysis that was carried out on basis of descriptive, comparative methods, on the method of a literary text description, involving elements of linguistic and cultural analysis. Methodological basis became researches in linguistics, intercultural communication and translation studies. The paper revealed that linguocultural humour study suggests the priority coverage of the values that are relevant for the compared cultures. These values may get different expression in humorous texts. English humour includes relevant characteristics of universal humour and humour of those social groups that make up the English nation. The article materials may be useful for further research in this area, for effective translation techniques development
Mythologizing History in South Korea
AbstractThe South Korea as the any other country has some nationalistic influence in history interpretation. In the question of mythologizing history the Korean nationalism uses the standard myths which we can find in the official history of any country, for example in Russia history. Some Korea historical myths are enough famous especially among Korean studies scholars. This paper attempts to find out the most wide spreading historical myths, analyze them and show their influence on the day-by-day life of Koreans. The analysis includes such myths as the myth of the very ancient history of Korean state (the myth of Dangun), the myth of the territorial ambitions, the myth of the foreign influence absence, etc. Also we pay attention to the image of enemy in Korean historical myths. We conclude that the process of mythologizing history in Korea is using for nationalism propaganda inside and outside of South Korea. The South Korean government institutions monitor all textbooks on Korean history in the goal to support the βrightβ interpretation of historical events
