The effect of Occupational Satisfaction in Mobarakeh Steel Company Employees
Today's human resources play an important role in achievement of society's affair and there is a closely relationship between socio - economical improvements and occupational satisfaction. Occupational satisfaction refers to positive feelings and views people who have to their occupation. This study was undertaken to investigate the impact of occupational satisfaction in Steel Mobarake employees. Statistical society of this cross-sectional study consisted of 6500 employees in Steel MobarakeCo. The study was carried out using online questionnaire. Data analyzed by SPSS software. Findings showed that almost in all scales of occupational satisfaction in comparison with 2010 was observed a striking increase. This study shows that there is a negative relationship between occupational satisfaction and employees' educational degrees as well. Since employees' satisfaction plays an important role in their effectiveness in society and workplace, it is important to consider their willing, because there is a closely relationship between motivation and occupational satisfaction. Effects of Zingiber officinale as Feed Additive on the Common Carp Body Composition
The present study was conducted to evaluate the use of ginger powder in diet of common carp, Cyprinus capio (27±3 gr). Different levels of the plant powder (0, 0.25.0.5, 1 and 2 gr / per 100gr food) were spread on commercial diet. The feed was offered by 8 weeks. Results showed that fish fed experimental diets had no significant difference (P>0.05) in amount of NFE, but have significant difference in protein, lipid, ash, moisture percent and kcal energy from different diet (p<0.05) while in kruskal-wallis test illustrated significant difference in amount of carbohydrate and body fiber (p<0.05). So, the best results in amount of protein, lipid, and energy shown in maximum dosage of ginger powder in carp commercial diet and low amount of them shown in control group. There were high amount of carbohydrate and low amount of fiber in control group. There was the lack of fiber in control group and upper level of ash in the third treatment. So, this study presents that; to be improving the body composition of common carp we use the herbal medicine like Ginger powder in their commercial diets

Investigating the effect of Iron ore wastes transportation and environmental pollution in Chadermalo
Mines have a considerable role in polluting the environment. Greenhouse gases and wastes mainly cause pollution. In this regard, trucks that carry ores in a mine are a primary source of these pollutants. Selecting trucks with low fuel consumption can help to reduce pollution. The present research seeks to evaluate the effects of the objectives (Cost objectives, Production objectives, and Environmental objectives) in mines on the type of trucks to select and the routes they take, as well as the effect of the duration of stone transportation on pollution. The study's data were obtained from the Chadormalu iron mine in Yazd Province. As the results showed, the objectives set in the mine affect the CO2 level, and the goals followed with human health concerns induce lower CO2 emissions. It found that the time ores are transported by trucks affects the CO2 level. However, only the objective type affects the waste level resulting from tailings, not the speed of trucks. It is recommended that the duration of truck loading and unloading and the time the trucks waste waiting in lines be reduced to the extent possible to lower CO2 emission

Povezavno-tranzitivni leksikografski in kartezični produkti
In this note connected, edge-transitive lexicographic and Cartesian products are characterized. For the lexicographic product ▫▫ of a connected graph ▫▫ that is not complete by a graph ▫▫, we show that it is edge-transitive if and only if ▫▫ is edge-transitive and ▫▫ is edgeless. If the first factor of ▫▫ is non-trivial and complete, then ▫▫ is edge-transitive if and only if ▫▫ is the lexicographic product of a complete graph by an edgeless graph. This fixes an error of Li, Wang, Xu, and Zhao (Appl. Math. Lett. 24 (2011) 1924--1926). For the Cartesian product it is shown that every connected Cartesian product of at least two non-trivial factors is edge-transitive if and only if it is the Cartesian power of a connected, edge- and vertex-transitive graph.Karakterizirani so povezani, povezavno-tranzitivni leksikografski in kartezični produkti.
