Connexió OpenERP amb Moodle

L’objectiu d’aquest projecte final de carrera és sincronitzar dos entorns diferents com són els EVA (Entorns Virtuals d’Aprenentatge) i els ERP (Planificació de Recursos empresarials). Com a Entorn Virtual d’Aprenentatge s’ha escollit Moodle, que és un sistema web de programari lliure que permet als educadors crear comunitats online. L’ERP escollit és OpenERP. És un sistema multiplataforma de gestió que satisfà varies necessitats de les empreses, com la gestió de vendes, d’estocs, etc. Té la funcionalitat d’instal·lar mòduls envers les necessitats de cada empresa, i poder crear-ne de nous o modificar-ne existents. Un d’aquests mòduls existents del que es farà ús és el training (formació), on es poden gestionar cursos, contactes, matriculacions, etc. Com a mitjà de comunicació entre tots dos entorns s’utilitzaran les funcions Web Services que ja porta implementades l’API de Moodle. Els Web Services són protocols de comunicació que tenen la capacitat de proporcionar interoperabilitat entre dos sistemes. El resultat final serà un mòdul instal·lable d’OpenERP que faci ús d’aquestes funcions per poder importar i exportar dades dels cursos, alumnes, i matriculacions d’OpenERP a Moodle i viceversa

Dynamics of cell shape inheritance in fission yeast.

Every cell has a characteristic shape key to its fate and function. That shape is not only the product of genetic design and of the physical and biochemical environment, but it is also subject to inheritance. However, the nature and contribution of cell shape inheritance to morphogenetic control is mostly ignored. Here, we investigate morphogenetic inheritance in the cylindrically-shaped fission yeast Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Focusing on sixteen different 'curved' mutants--a class of mutants which often fail to grow axially straight--we quantitatively characterize their dynamics of cell shape inheritance throughout generations. We show that mutants of similar machineries display similar dynamics of cell shape inheritance, and exploit this feature to show that persistent axial cell growth in S. pombe is secured by multiple, separable molecular pathways. Finally, we find that one of those pathways corresponds to the swc2-swr1-vps71 SWR1/SRCAP chromatin remodelling complex, which acts additively to the known mal3-tip1-mto1-mto2 microtubule and tea1-tea2-tea4-pom1 polarity machineries.This is the published manuscript. Variables psicológicas e intervención en el periodo postlesión en el contexto deportivo : revisión y propuestas de intervención

La lesión de un deportista afecta no solo a su faceta deportiva, sino de manera directa a su vida personal y a la de las personas que le rodean. Las teorías sobre los aspectos psicológicos que aparecen como consecuencia de la lesión inciden en la importancia de variables como el apoyo social, el estado de ánimo o la ansiedad. En este trabajo se realiza una revisión de la literatura científica en dos sentidos: por un lado artículos que analizan las variables psicológicas en el periodo postlesión. Por otro lado, aquellos trabajos que llevan a cabo intervenciones psicológicas dentro del proceso de rehabilitación de la lesión deportiva. La mayor parte de las intervenciones psicológicas se dirigen a la mejora de la adherencia y a una mejor recuperación, siendo menor el número de trabajos que hacen hincapié en la mejora del aspecto psicosocial, al que sin embargo se da una gran relevancia desde los diferentes enfoque teóricos. En este trabajo Se incide además en la importancia del trabajo interdisciplinar tanto en evaluación como en intervención, y se realizan propuestas para la intervención desde diferentes perspectivas.A sportman's injury does not only affect his sportive side, but also his personal life and people around him directly. Theories about the psychological aspects that arise as a result of the injury influence the importance of variables such as social support, mood or anxiety. In this paper a review of the literature is performed in two ways: on the one hand, articles that analyze the psychological variables during the post-injury period. On the other hand, researches that perform psychological interventions in the process of rehabilitation of sports injury. Most of these interventions are aimed at improving adherence and a better recovery, being less those that emphasize the improvement of the psychosocial aspect, to which, nevertheless, a great importance from the different theoretical approaches is given. This paper also focuses on the importance of interdisciplinar work in both assessment and intervention. Besides, intervention proposals from a less published perspective as positive psychology are made.A lesão de um atleta não afecta apenas a sua faceta desportiva, mas também tem um impacto directo na sua vida pessoal e na das pessoas que o rodeiam. As teorias sobre os aspectos psicológicos que surgem como consequência da lesão incidem na importância de variáveis tais como o suporte social, o estado de humor ou a ansiedade. Neste trabalho realiza-se uma revisão da literatura em duas vertentes: por um lado revendo artigos que analisam as variáveis psicológicas no período pós-lesão. Por outro lado, aqueles trabalhos que levam a cabo intervenções psicológicas no processo de reabilitação da lesão desportiva. A maioria das intervenções psicológicas visam melhorar a adesão e a recuperação, sendo inferior o número de trabalhos que enfatizam a melhoria do aspecto psicossocial, embora se dê uma grande relevância a partir de abordagens teóricas diferentes. No presente trabalho incide-se também na importância do trabalho multidisciplinar, tanto na avaliação como na intervenção, e realizam-se propostas para a intervenção a partir de diferentes perspectivas

A novel low-pass filter based on dielectric impedance inverters to enhance the multipactor breakdown threshold

This work presents a novel low-pass filter based on using dielectric materials, in the critical areas of the structure, to prevent high-power space condition adverse effects, like multipactor breakdown. It is shown that the use of dielectric pieces in the inverters of the filter leads to increased gaps between metallic parts in the irises. In addition, by completely filling up the air space in critical gaps, the multipactor breakdown thresholds can be increased. Moreover, they also lead to a volume reduction, increasing compactness of the structure. To demonstrate the proposed concept, a prototype has been manufactured with an aluminum housing and a Teflon dielectric material, and tested for multipactor effect at ESA-VSC Laboratory. Tests confirmed that the manufactured filter has good electrical performance with cut-off frequency 13.6 GHz, insertion losses 0.32 dB, return losses better than 15 dB, and additionally does not show multipactor breakdown up to the maximum power tested in the experimental facility (5.5 kW).This research work has been financially supported by the Spanish Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación in the frame of the project “Green an Efficient Technologies for Advanced Telecommunication Systems (GRETAS)” with Ref. Exploring the perception of barriers to a dual career by student-athletes with/out disabilities

n recent years, there has been an increase in knowledge about the barriers experienced by people with disabilities in the education system or sports. However, no studies have analyzed the barriers for those who try to succeed in both disciplines (dual career). The purpose of this study was to examine the barriers faced by student-athletes with/out disability to a dual career combining studies and sport. Two groups were involved in the study (n = 162): student-athletes with disabilities (n = 79) and student-athletes without disabilities (n = 83). Data collected included: (a) socio-demographic aspects; and (b) barriers towards achieving a good balance between sport and academics during the dual career, through the "Perceptions of dual career student-athletes" (ESTPORT) questionnaire. The results showed that student-athletes with disabilities were more likely to perceive in a greater extent the barriers, the university is far from my home (p = 0.007) and the university is far from my training site (p = 0.006), I find myself unable to balance study and training time (p = 0.030), I have to take care of my family (p<0.001), and my current job does not allow me to study enough (p<0.001). The MANOVA analysis showed that the factors gender, competitive level, and employment status had an influence on the perception of some barriers between groups. In conclusion, student-athletes with disabilities perceived barriers more strongly than those without disabilities, and measures are needed to ensure their inclusion in the education system
