    This paper present on understanding the human behavior with eye tracking studies related to consumer cognition in marketing product. The study of human behavior using eye tracking is a growing multidisciplinary field that links electronics, psychology and cognitive science to study the human behavior on problem solving and decision making. In this paper, we particularly investigate the human behavior in consumer cognition. We conducted experiments to track the human eyes by using the Tobii TX300 eye tracker. The eye–mind relationship can help to use eye motions activity measurements expressing to some degree about human behavior. The result shows that the visual attention of human is very much related to the cognition of the products

    Norm of Motor Milestone Achievements In Healthy and Well Nourished Children Leading To The Development A Reference.Background: The prevalence of malnutrition is still high in Indonesia, and one of its functional consequences is level of the intelectual capacity of children. Motor development is an essential of cognitive performance, and it is generally believed related with nutritional status of children, however very few studies had been carried out in the field condition.Objectlves: To describe the ceiling of motor milestone achievements of healthy and well nourished children aged 3-18 months in the development of norms for Indonesian children.Methods: The study was conducted in 4 big cities: Surabaya, Malang, Bandung and Bogor in 2100 healthy and well nourished children aged 3-18 months came from high SES (socio-economic status) families who had no constraints on achieving normal growth and development. There were 17 milestones observed by well trainned enumerators following standard procedure. Analysis of percentiles 5, 10, 50, 90, and 95 for age against motor achievement were carried out for all children.Results: The difference in the attainment of the ceiling of motor milestones between males and females were not significant at any points of observation, therefore sex combined norm curve of motor development for children aged 3-18 months was ilustrated.Conclusions: The norm of motor milestone development for Indonesian children aged 3-18 months has been developed. Before being used as a reference, it needs to be evaluated or it is reliability and feasibility

    Flatness investigation of multiwavelength SOA fiber laser based on intensity-dependent transmission mechanism

    We investigate an influence of intensity to the flatness of multiwavelength fiber laser based on a mechanism of intensity dependent transmission. This mechanism is induced by nonlinear polarization rotation from a semiconductor optical amplifier and its combination with polarization devices. Due to the mechanism, a flatter multiwavelength spectrum can be achieved by reducing the bias current. The use of lower throughput port of an optical coupler can also increase the flatness of the multiwavelength spectrum. The flat multiwavelength spectrum has 153 lines within 3 dB bandwidth at current setting of 125 mA. This multiwavelength laser is stable within 60 min at power fluctuation of less than 0.2 dB

    The fluid/structure interaction (FSI) investigations of stacked chip in encapsulation process of moulded underfill packaging using the two-way Coupling method with ANSYS Fluent and ANSYS Structural solvers are presented. The FSI study is executed with different aspect ratio of stacked chip on the mould filling during the encapsulation process. The simulation results in the FSI study is well validated with experimental setup. The epoxy moulding compound (EMC) and structure (chip) interaction is analyzed for better understanding the FSI phenomenon.Von Mises stresses experienced by the chip also be monitored for risk of chip cracking. The proposed analysis is anticipated to be a recommendation in the chip design and improvement of 3D integration packages

    Is there a cranial nerve other than the 7th co- involved in bell’s palsy? Answer to the systematic review

    Bell’s palsy is characterised by one-sided lower motor neuron impairment of the facial nerve. Even though Bell’s palsy is a peripheral facial nerve palsy, other cranial nerves should be investigated, because they are anatomically interconnected rather than isolated. The study aimed to look for evidence of other cranial nerves being involved in Bell’s palsy. CINAHL, Academic Search Complete, MEDLINE, SPORTDiscus, and Scopus, all of which were updated until May 2021, were used to conduct a comprehensive search. Bell’s palsy research focused on the origins and cause of the condition, regardless of study design, was eligible for inclusion. Animal research, non-English studies, grey literature, studies with no full text available, and those published in non-peer-reviewed journals, were excluded. While 3883 papers were found during the initial search, only 13 were included in the final study. The Joanna Briggs Institute Manual for Evidence Synthesis and Sackett’s standard of evidence was used to assess the validity of the papers that were screened. The most common type was case series (n=5), followed by case-control (n=4), case report (n=3), and cross-sectional (n=1). Most of the articles were categorised as Level-IV (n=8), followed by Level-V (n=3), with only two studies classified as Level- III (n=2) by Sackett’s criteria. The trigeminal and vestibulocochlear nerves are the most involved cranial nerves in Bell’s palsy. The optic, oculomotor, trigeminal, vestibulocochlear, glossopharyngeal, vagus, and hypoglossal nerves are the seven cranial nerves potentially associated with Bell’s palsy

    Synthesis, biological evaluation and QSAR studies of diarylpentanoid analogues as potential nitric oxide inhibitors

    A series of forty-five 1,5-diphenylpenta-2,4-dien-1-one analogues were synthesized and evaluated for their nitric oxide (NO) inhibition activity in IFN-γ/LPS-activated RAW 264.7 cells. Compounds 3h, 7a, 7d and 7e exhibited comparable or significantly higher activity than the standard, curcumin (IC50 = 14.69 ± 0.24 μM). Compound 7d, a 5-methylthiophenyl-bearing analogue, displayed the most promising NO-inhibitory activity with an IC50 value of 10.24 ± 0.62 μM. The 2D and 3D QSAR analyses performed revealed that a para-hydroxyl group on ring B and an α,β-unsaturated ketone moiety on the linker are crucial for a remarkable anti-inflammatory activity. Based on ADMET and TOPKAT analyses, compounds 3h, 7a and 7d are predicted to be nonmutagenic and to exhibit high blood–brain barrier (BBB) penetration, which indicates that they are potentially effective drug candidates for treating central nervous system (CNS) related disorders

    Preparation, characterization and performance evaluation of supported zeolite on porous glass hollow fiber for desalination application

    A-type zeolite membranes were synthesized on porous glass hollow fibers that prepared using the in-situ hydrothermal process. The porous glass hollow fibers were prepared using the phase inversion and sintering technique with the addition of yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) to improve their porosity. The glass hollow fibers were characterized using the scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR), mechanical properties and water permeability. The porosities of pure glass hollow fiber were improved by the addition of YSZ particles, which lead to an increase in the pure water permeability. The water permeability shows that the glass hollow fiber prepared form spinning suspension E, which has 30 wt% zeolite particles and 20 wt% YSZ particles, has the highest permeability of 155.65 L m−2 hr−1 bar−1 compared to the previous work, which was only 4.0 L m−2 hr−1 bar−1. This glass hollow fiber was later used as the support for the incorporation of zeolite membrane for the desalination application. The performance of membranes is separating sodium chloride (NaCl) salt solution were tested using two different setups, namely pressure driven reverse osmosis (RO) and sweeping liquid assisted reverse osmosis (SLRO). The solute flux for 5,000 and 10,000 ppm NaCl salt solutions were 24.45 and 17.86 L m−2 hr−1, respectively. Both operations enabled the solute rejection up to 98%
