Dalam jurnal ini, peneliti menemukan ada sebuah Ra yang ada kekurangan dalam bidang sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan perkembangan sekolah, baik dalam kebutuhan peserta didik maupun pendidik di Ra tersebut. Design power distribution was required in this system to provide voltage what correspond with requirement. Using battery what it installed in OCU, so need to display indicator for knowing battery condition. For doing charging process, previously batter must to remove battery from device. So need to made charging system concept what it can make it easier user. Result from this design, knowing that device can operated about 4 hours and 44 minutes. Obtained rating SoC value in 0 – 107% with voltage 16.35VDC when battery was full and 11.9VDC when battery was empty.     PT. Astra Otoparts Winteq Division is an industry engaged in the manufacture of machines with special purpose. Assembling machines using tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, avometers and so forth. These tools will be stored in a place called Tool's Crib, where the operation is done manually with the presence of administrators who serve transactions and bookkeeping is also written conventionally. Bookkeeping of this type causes the information that employees get about the Tool's Crib a bit. Automation Tool's Crib is a tool designed to help with the operation of the Tool's Crib system more effectively with RFID, PLC, applications, databases and web servers. This system also utilizes the application of the internet of things with a website to get information from the machine. This new system can help the administrator work in automated bookkeeping of transactions, so the data in the database can be processed into information in the form of a list of tools that are available on the cabinet, the transaction history of each employee as well as tools that are still borrowed by employees on the website. The management may supervise the transaction and know the condition of the equipment which is also an asset of the company. Tests carried out as many as 50 transactions (borrowing and return) and indicate that changes in data residing on the database can be displayed on the website correctly. All data displayed on the website in each menu is always in accordance with the conditions of the machine

    Design of PLC–Visual Studio Communication using CX–Server Lite for Automation Tool’s Crib

    Role of tool’s in enterprise is important, because a machine cannot assembled if one of tool’s is not available. The problem that occured during transaction prosses of tools due to lack of information about the availability of tools, so the operator spend some time for searching the tools and the borrower is waiting for the operator. To solve this problem, a new system of tool’s crib is requied for the tools storage. This system uses web as tools availability and uses PLC instead of operator. PLC is connected to PC using ethernet cable and programmed with Visual Studio as master. But in communication between PLC and HMI cannot communicate because PLC and HMI is a differend vendor, therefore requied an application to connected them. OPC is solution for of communication between PLC and Visual Studio because OPC is special to connected different hardware and software vendor. This OPC called CX – Server Lite from Omron. The previous system is changed to automatic and called Automation Tool’s Crib and gives the fastest time than tools crib approximately 90 secondwith this communication

    Nutritional intervention and its impact on the height of children among the B40 group in Selangor

    Introduction: A number of children suffer from malnutrition with visible stunting due various factors such as food insecurity and household income. The address of nutritional intervention promotes healthier outcomes especially engagement through population with greater risks, those with low income of B40 groups in Selangor being the most populous state, thus accelerating health policy makers in making differences in public health strategies. Nutritional status is a significant measure for the anthropometric development of the children population. Therefore, this study aims to measure the impact of nutritional intervention on the height of children aged 1 to 6 years old among the population. Methods: A cross-sectional study was done in Selangor State involving 500 children aged 1 to 6 years old randomly selected among the B40 group. A nutritional intervention that involved the supply of specialized formula milk totalling 2kg and 30 tablets of multivitamin with lysin were given for each month. Nutritional counseling was also given. Anthropometric measurements were taken using (barang) and were monitored using WHO AthroPlus software. The height is categorized into moderately stunted and severely stunted defined by WHO height-for age Z score. Descriptive data was analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. Results: 500 total respondents participated in the 5-month course. There were equal numbers of gender 50% and the majority of the respondents were aged 3 years old. For all ages, the baseline height results showed 15.0% were moderately stunted and 3.3% were severely stunted. For each month, there was an increase in mean of height, where the highest in the second month follow up, increase in mean of 1.89m, followed by 0.63m, 0.53m and 0.48m increase in height on the third, fourth and fifth month respectively. The fifth month has the lowest percentage of moderately stunted children 5.0% compared to the first month with 15%. Discussion: Here, by giving nutrient supplementation, it helps to improve the height of these children. Initially, children may develop stunting not as easily as being underweight. Stunting is needed more attention compared to other undernutrition anthropometric; underweight and wasting as each varies in severity, speed and onset of its retardation. Conclusion: Access to nutrition security throughout the 5-months-programme improves the stunting problems, thus the growth and health outcomes in up to aged 5 children. Therefore, other efforts of environmental sanitation, primary health care and control infections for the children are also recommended

    Pemanfaatan Olahan Daun Kelor untuk Menekan Angka Stunting di Kelurahan Limbangan Wetan

    Pemerintah Indonesia saat ini sedang gencar menangani permasalahan kekurangan gizi yang cukup besar di masyarakat terutama permasalahan stunting pada bayi dan anemia serta kekurangan energi kronis yang diderita oleh ibu-ibu hamil. Stunting merupakan keadaan gagal tumbuh pada balita akibat kekurangan gizi kronis. Faktor utama pemicu gizi kurang ini yaitu asupan nutrisi yang tidak baik. Faktor utama ini biasanya dipicu oleh masalah kemiskinan. Tujuan dilakukan pengabdian ini adalah 1) untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang nilai manfaat daun kelor untuk meningkatkan asupan gizi bagi  balita yang dikemas dalam bentuk puding daun kelor; 2) mengedukasi masyarakat tentang beragam olahan daun kelor; dan 3) nilai ekonomis olahan daun kelor serta mendorong masyarakat untuk membudidayakan pohon kelor sehingga bisa dimanfaatkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga setiap hari. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukanlah sosialisasi pemanfaatan daun kelor yang dapat diolah menjadi puding dan menekan angka stunting di masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan pemberian materi tentang stunting, dilanjutkan dengan pemanfaatan daun kelor untuk beragam makanan olahan. Melalui kegiatan ini masyarkat di desa Limbangan Wetan semakin teredukasi tentang beragam nilai manfaat daun kelor yang banyak mereka temukan di lingkungan sekitar mereka. Sosialisasi pemanfaatan olahan daun kelor untuk menekan angka prevalensi stunting di Kelurahan Limbangan Wetan, Brebes telah dilaksanakan secara efektif. Hal itu terlihat dari sejumlah indikator yang diperoleh pasca-sosialisasi. Dari indikator kemudahan dan ketuntasan materi, setidaknya 30% peserta  menganggap bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat mudah dan 45% peserta lainnya menyatakan bahwa materi mudah untuk dicerna dan dipraktikkan. Meskipun masih ada 2,5 % peserta yang menyatakan sulit. Sementara itu, pada indikator keefektivan 40 % peserta menganggap efektif dan 45% lainnya menganggap kegaitan ini efektif, sedangkan dari indikator kebermanfaatan kegiatan sosialisasi,  setidaknya 77,5% peserta  menganggap bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat

    Diagnosis of osteoporosis from dental panoramic radiographs using the support vector machine method in a computer-aided system

    <p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Early diagnosis of osteoporosis can potentially decrease the risk of fractures and improve the quality of life. Detection of thin inferior cortices of the mandible on dental panoramic radiographs could be useful for identifying postmenopausal women with low bone mineral density (BMD) or osteoporosis. The aim of our study was to assess the diagnostic efficacy of using kernel-based support vector machine (SVM) learning regarding the cortical width of the mandible on dental panoramic radiographs to identify postmenopausal women with low BMD.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>We employed our newly adopted SVM method for continuous measurement of the cortical width of the mandible on dental panoramic radiographs to identify women with low BMD or osteoporosis. The original X-ray image was enhanced, cortical boundaries were determined, distances among the upper and lower boundaries were evaluated and discrimination was performed by a radial basis function. We evaluated the diagnostic efficacy of this newly developed method for identifying women with low BMD (BMD T-score of -1.0 or less) at the lumbar spine and femoral neck in 100 postmenopausal women (≥50 years old) with no previous diagnosis of osteoporosis. Sixty women were used for system training, and 40 were used in testing.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>The sensitivity and specificity using RBF kernel-SVM method for identifying women with low BMD were 90.9% [95% confidence interval (CI), 85.3-96.5] and 83.8% (95% CI, 76.6-91.0), respectively at the lumbar spine and 90.0% (95% CI, 84.1-95.9) and 69.1% (95% CI, 60.1-78.6), respectively at the femoral neck. The sensitivity and specificity for identifying women with low BMD at either the lumbar spine or femoral neck were 90.6% (95% CI, 92.0-100) and 80.9% (95% CI, 71.0-86.9), respectively.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>Our results suggest that the newly developed system with the SVM method would be useful for identifying postmenopausal women with low skeletal BMD.</p

    Kualitas merupakan karakteristik, sifat atau nilai yang melekat pada suatu produk. CV.ARM merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang proses vulkanisir ban, produk yang populer dalam industri otomotif karena keunggulannya dalam hal biaya yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ban baru. CV.ARM memiliki kegagalan produk untuk dipasarkan karena kualitas ban yang dihasilkan di bawah standar optimal yang dapat mengurangi kualitas pemakaian. Ban vulkanisir yang dihasilkan memiliki cacat reparasi lapisan, ban kembung, keretakan dan kebocoran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi akar penyebab cacat pada produk, dengan objek penilitian selama satu tahun berupa jumlah produk cacat dan jumlah produksi. Analisis pengendalian kualitas memanfaatkan teknik statistik seperti checksheet, histogram, diagram pareto, analisis diagram kontrol (p-chart), dan diagram tulang ikan. Dari 16730 total produksi, terdapat 497 produk cacat, hasil analisis p-chart menunjukkan bahwa proporsi tersebut masih dalam batas kendali. Dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek pengendalian kualitas 4M maka dapat dilakukan perbaikan yang meliputi manusia, metode, material dan mesin.Kata Kunci:  SQC, Peta Kendali, Kualitas, Produk Cacat, Ban Vulkanisi
