    Material lokal merupakan hal penting dalam suatu pekerjaan yang mempunyai dampak langsung terhadap mobilitas penduduk, konektivitas antar wilayah, ekonomi, kesehatan, pendidikan serta pengembangan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, dalam pembinaan persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa, dan mempunyai peranan penting dalam memajukan kesejahteraan umum. Untuk itu didalam meningkatkan infrastruktur jalan, diperlukan kegiatan pembangunan jaringan jalan baru dan kegiatan preservasi jalan untuk mempertahankan fungsionalitas jalan (kemantapan jalan). Metode Pelaksanaan ini dimaksudkan sebagai pegangan dalam pengujian untuk menentukan berat jenis curah, berat jenis kering permukaan jenuh, berat jenis semu dari agregat kasar, serta angka penyerapan dari agregat kasar. Dan tujuan pengujian ini untuk memperoleh angka berat jenis curah, berat jenis kering permukaan jenis dan berat jenis semu serta besarnya angka penyerapan. Dari hasil pengujian berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan sesuai Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 Revisi 1 untuk karakterstik,aspal pen 60/70 di peroleh kadar aspal optimum untuk campuran yang menggunakan abu batu 15% dengan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) 6,2% pada aspal panas AC BC relatif bisa dilakukan, Studi dan penelitian ini dilakukan khusus untuk penggunaan pada lapisan perkerasan AC-BC. Berdasarkan uji gradasi saringan dan uji marshall atas dasar spesifikasi umum bina marga 2018 revisi 1 dengan rincian campuran agreggat CA (Croase 92 Agreggat) sebesar 33%,MA (Medium Agreggat) sebesar 32%,Sand ex.wahau sebesar 20% FA (Fine Agreggat ) Filler abu batu sebesar 15% telah memenuhi dan dapat digunakan

    This study focuses on how to foster the learning of interpretative reading by using cooperative learning approach in the fifth grade of SDN Lowokwaru VI Malang. This is a collaborative action research using three cycles, involving 53 students. The results of the study reveal that to make the learning of interpretative reading by using cooperative learning approach in the fifth grade of SDN Lowokwaru VI Malang effective, the practitioners encourage the students schemata, divide the students into 8 groups, use their peers to understand the texts, share with them the content of the texts, revise the task, and respond to the whole process of learning

    The Foundation's Leadership Strategy for Developing Nurul Mannan Elementary School in West Banjar Gapura Sumenep

    The research aims to illustrate the role of the Nurul Mannan Foundation to develop schools in Ma'arif Nurul Mannan Elementary School and Describe and analyze the leadership strategy of the Nurul Mannan Foundation for School Development in Ma'arif Nurul Mannan Elementary School.This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-case study, with naturalist phenomenological methods. The presence of researchers since 2021 is carried out intensively. Human and nonhuman data sources are unearthed with field observations, in-depth interviews and dukumentation. Data analysis uses Mile Huberman saldana theory through three stages, namely Data Condensation (Condensation), Data Offering, and Conclusion/verification withdrawal. Checking the validity of the data obtained is done by showing the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependency (dependability), and certainty (confirmability). The leadership role of nurul manann foundation in developing schools in Ma'arif Nurul Mannan elementary school is as a communicator between stake holder networks, as well as a strategic policy maker in the development of education in the auspices of the Nurul Mannan Banjar Barat foundation. In addition, the leadership strategy of the Nurul Mannan Foundation in developing the School at Ma'arif Nurul Mannan Elementary School by using strategic and tactical steps. Where these measures have logical consequences for the development of Ma'arif Nurul Mannan elementary school with measurable and can be evaluated properly

    The Effect of School Principal Leadership and School Climate on Teacher Performance

    This study aims to see how much far the independent variable affects the dependent variable. This study explains and sees how much influence the principal's leadership, school climate has on teacher performance at SMPN Sangir District, South Solok Regency. The type of research used is correlational quantitative research. The population is 81 teachers of SMP Negeri in Sangir sub-district, from the population obtained a sample of 44 teachers, the sample was taken using stratified proportional random sampling technique. The instrument used to collect data for the three research variables was a Likert with five alternative answers, namely: always, often, sometimes, rarely, and never. The findings of this study indicate that the principal's leadership has a direct effect on teacher performance by 19.2%. school climate has an effect on teacher performance by 19.8%. Principal leadership and school climate together affect teacher performance by 32.6%. The research findings can be used in order to improve teacher performance through principal leadership and school climate at SMP N Sangir District, South Solok Regency. Through the findings of this study, we can conclude that teacher performance can be improved by improving principal leadership and school climate.

    Effect of Gadung Tuber Extract (Dioscorea hispida) on Mortality of Caterpillars (Spodoptera exigua) in Shallots (Allium cepa) in East Lombok

    Plants that can be used as pesticides are Gadung tubers. Gadung tubers contain cyanide acid to kill armyworm pests because they contain dioscorin toxins which can cause nervous disorders. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Gadung tuber extract (Dioscorea hispida) on Caterpillar mortality (Spodoptera exigua) in Shallot plants. This type of research is experimental research. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD). The sample used was 5 caterpillars (Spodoptera exigua) in each polybag with 5 repetitions for each concentration of Gadung tuber extract, namely 0%, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0% and 2.5%, so the total Caterpillar used was 150 Caterpillars. Gadung tuber extraction was carried out by maceration method with methanol solvent. Data were analyzed using a one-way analysis of variance at the 95% significance level, followed by DMRT (Duncans Multiple Range Test). The results showed that the Gadung tuber extract had a significant effect on the mortality of caterpillars (Spodoptera exigua) because the F count was greater than the F table (45.40>2.62), and the DMRT test results showed that the optimal concentration of Gadung tuber extract was 2.5%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the extract of Gadung tuber (Dioscorea hispida) affects the mortality of Caterpillars (Spodoptera exigua) in Shallots (Allium cepa)

    PROBLEMATIKA PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH TAFSIR DAN HADIS TARBAWI DI PERGURUAN TINGGI AGAMA ISLAM DI SURABAYA

    Secara faktual, kompetensi utama mata kuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi tidak dapat dicapai secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran. Padahal kompetensi utama tersebut sangat diperlukan bagi sebuah Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAI) untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang ideal. Penelitian ini bermaksud menemukan berbagai permasalahan sekaligus solusi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata kuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi di sebuah PTAI di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan didukung data-data berupa angka-angka untuk menjamin diperolehnya pemahaman terhadap realitas lapangan yang utuh. Penulis menemukan bahwa problematika pembelajaran Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi sebagai berikut: 1) Ambiguitas tujuan pembelajaran matakuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi, 2) Metode pembelajaran matakuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi normatif-konvensional, 3) Bahan ajar matakuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi tumpang-tindih dengan mata kuliah lain, 4) Penguasaan bahasa Arab lemah, 5) Sarana pembelajaran Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi yang kurang memadai, 6) Rendahnya penguasaan mahasiswa terhadap ilmu-ilmu bantu, dan 7) Tafsir dipersepsikan sebagai mata kuliah yang sulit. Dari problem tersebut, penulis merekomendasikan solusi di antaranya; pertama, merevisi tujuan pembelajaran matakuliah Tafsir dan Hadis Tarbawi secara rasional dan tegas; Kedua, penyediaan sarana perpustakaan yang modern, Ketiga, LPM perlu bersinergi dengan Kajur dan Kaprodi dalam mengawal kualitas pembelajaran; Keempat, kesadaran para pengampu matakuliah untuk mengadakan inovasi pembelajaran

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan knowledge sharing dan melihat bagaimana pengaruh knowledge sharing antar mahasiswa. Subjek penelitian yang dipilih adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan angakatan tahun 2016 UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 300 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan membagikan kuesioner online dengan media google form. Sementara itu, data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif  yang menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui software Smart-PLS. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan 3 faktor yang meningkatkan kemampuan knowledge sharing dengan persentase 43.65%, 43.38% dan 40.82% berturut-turut merupakan  faktor organisasi, faktor budaya, dan faktor teknologi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan analisis koefisien determinasi PLS sebesar 44.1% yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya, reward, sikap, senang membantu, kaidah timbal balik dan teknologi mempengaruhi kemampuan knowledge sharing mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Ar-Raniry

    This article discusses how the existence of cultural activities especially is the tradition of Sekatenan Kraton Yogyakarta in guarding the civilization development of social life, trough Emile Durkheim's perspective. The method used is analytic-critic-observative. Sekatenan Kraton Yogyakarta when viewed from the perspective of Emile Durkheim's solidarity theory, there are there factors that drive this tradition. First, the existence of religious doctrine. Second, there is the involvement of every social level line. Third, there is an interest in the economic sector, namely peddling people's entertainment and some cheap merchandise to residents which was held on 1-10 Rabi'ul awwal. Based on these three elements, the Sekatenan Kraton Yogyakarta tradition provides several contributions in building a civilization of social life. First, improve spirit of religious quality.
