Late complications of circumcision
Background/Purpose The aim of this work was to evaluate the late complications after circumcision.Patients and methods A retrospective file review of 45 boys, (3 months to 5 years) referred, over the last 5 years (September 2005–September 2010) for circumcision-related complications to pediatric surgery consultation circumcision was performed by health professionals with the use of Plastibell, whereas in others it was performed by local nonmedical personnel. The complications were observed late; usual time for consultation was between 4 and 10 months after circumcision operation. Results A total of 45 children were operated for late complications, 16 cases were incomplete circumcision with redundant foreskin, 12 cases were with postcircumcision phimosis, nine cases had foreskin adherent to the glans, three cases had a completely buried penile shaft (concealed penis), four cases were with meatal stenosis and one case was with scar due to degloving of the penile skin. Conclusion The use of various techniques without proper knowledge and skills results in a significant number of complications that can be avoided if the operation is performed with adequate training in the technique and its postoperative care. Keywords: circumcision, pitfall, complications, managemen
Stegacryption of DICOM Metadata
Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) files are an international data standard for storing, distributing and processing medical images of all types. DICOM files include a header file containing Metadata on details which may include information on the patient. This often inhibits the free distribution of DICOM files due to issues relating to the confidentiality of data on identifiable living people, thereby limiting the potential for other radiologists to provide a diagnosis, for example, through distribution of the data over the Internet. This problem is a current limiting condition with regard to the development of Tele-medical imaging. Thus in this paper we consider a method of encrypting and embedding (or Stegacrypting) DICOM Metadata into the DICOM image, thereby providing a solution to a problem that currently inhibits the distribution of medical images using a file type that is an established international standard. The proposed method removes or ‘anonymises’ the private data, encrypt it and then embeds it into the DICOM image in an imperceptible way. The specific algorithm developed retains the private data attached to a DICOM image even when the image is converted into a standard image file format. Planning of Sustainable Industrial Zones and Means of Achieving them in Iraq
The development of industrial activity in cities and regions is one of the most distinctive features of postmodern urban planning. The industry in all its branches is considered one of the most important economic activities in cities, which is the main engine of economic life and the driving force of development at all levels. This development has been accompanied by the negative effects of this economic activity on ecosystems and on human life in its various aspects, namely, environmental pollution in various ways, depletion of renewable and depleted natural resources, and the serious consequences of climate change, environmental degradation and Collapse. Hence the need to find solutions that allow the continuation of industries because of the importance of human life and to overcome the problems resulting from them and reduce them as much as possible The emergence of the concept of sustainability as a solution to this problem. This paper discusses the theme of sustainable industry, sustainable industrial zone planning, global experiences and identification of deliberatestrategies for sustainability, As well as trends in Iraq towards the establishment of green industrial cities, And their analysis and knowledge of their shortcomings in comparison to international experiences. And recommend some policies to achieve sustainability

The MR affect on optical properties for poly (Vinyl alcohol) films
optical properties of pure poly(vinyl Alcohol) films and poly(vinyl Alcohol) doped with methyl red were study, different percentage prepared with constant thickness using casting technique. Absorption, Transmission spectra have been recorded in order to study the optical parameters such as absorption coefficient, energy gap, refractive index, Extinction coefficient and dispersion parameters were measured in the wavelength range (200-800)nm. This study reveals that the optical properties of PVA affect by increasing the impurity concentration
GENETIC ALGORITHM-PID CONTROLLER FOR MODEL ORDER REDUCTION PANTOGRAPHCATENARY SYSTEM
Controlling the contact force between the pantograph and the catenary has come to be a requirement for improving the performances and affectivity of high-speed train systems Indeed, these performances can also significantly be decreased due to the fact of the catenary equal stiffness variation. In addition, the contact force can also additionally differ and ought to end up null, which may additionally purpose the loss of contact. Then, in this paper, we current an active manipulate of the minimize order model of pantograph-catenary system .The proposed manipulate approach implements an optimization technique, like particle swarm (PSO), the usage of a frequent approximation of the catenary equal stiffness. All the synthesis steps of the manipulate law are given and a formal evaluation of the closed loop stability indicates an asymptotic monitoring of a nominal steady contact force. Then, the usage of Genetic Algorithm with Proportional-Integral-derivative (G.A-PID) as proposed controller appeared optimum response where, the contacts force consequences to be virtually equal to its steady reference. Finally it seems the advantageous of suggestion approach in contrast with classical manipulate strategies like, Internal mode control(IMC) method, linear quadratic regulator (LQR).The outcomes via the use of MATLAB simulation, suggests (G.A-PID) offers better transient specifications in contrast with classical manipulate
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION OF MASSIVE MIMO SYSTEM
This article examines the performance of massive MIMO uplink system over Rician fading channel. The performance is estimated regarding spectral efficiency versus number of base station antennas utilizing three plans of linear detection, maximum-ratio-combining (MRC), zero forcing receiver (ZF), and minimum mean-square error receiver (MMSE). The simulation results reveal that the spectral efficiency increments altogether with expanding the quantity of base station antennas. Additionally, the spectral efficiency with MMSE is superior to that with ZF, and the last is superior to that with MRC. Furthermore, the spectral efficiency diminishes with expanding the fading parameter
Local Power For Combining Independent Tests in The Presence of Nuisance Parameters For The Logistic Distribution
Four combination methods of independent tests for testing a simple hypothesis versus one-sided alternative are considered viz. Fisher, the logistic, the sum of P-values and the inverse normal method in case of logistic distribution. These methods are compared via local power in the presence of nuisance parameters for some values of α using simple random sample
