    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Besarnya pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015; (2) Besarnya pengaruh Karakter Wirausaha mahasiswa terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015; (3) Besarnya pengaruh Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Karakter Wirausaha mahasiswa terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015;. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiwa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta angkatan 2015 sebanyak 71 mahasiswa. Teknik Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data dilakukan dengan deskripsi data penelitian, uji prasyarat analisis dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 20,1% terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015; (2) karakter wirausaha memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 54,7% terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015; dan (3) Pembelajaran Kewirausahaan dan Karakter Wirausaha secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan sebesar 55,1% terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta Tahun Akademik 2015. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka variabel yang paling berpengaruh pada penelitian ini adalah karakter wirausaha.     The Leeway of Shipping Containers at Different Immersion Levels

    The leeway of 20-foot containers in typical distress conditions is established through field experiments in a Norwegian fjord and in open-ocean conditions off the coast of France with wind speed ranging from calm to 14 m/s. The experimental setup is described in detail and certain recommendations given for experiments on objects of this size. The results are compared with the leeway of a scaled-down container before the full set of measured leeway characteristics are compared with a semi-analytical model of immersed containers. Our results are broadly consistent with the semi-analytical model, but the model is found to be sensitive to choice of drag coefficient and makes no estimate of the cross-wind leeway of containers. We extend the results from the semi-analytical immersion model by extrapolating the observed leeway divergence and estimates of the experimental uncertainty to various realistic immersion levels. The sensitivity of these leeway estimates at different immersion levels are tested using a stochastic trajectory model. Search areas are found to be sensitive to the exact immersion levels, the choice of drag coefficient and somewhat less sensitive to the inclusion of leeway divergence. We further compare the search areas thus found with a range of trajectories estimated using the semi-analytical model with only perturbations to the immersion level. We find that the search areas calculated without estimates of crosswind leeway and its uncertainty will grossly underestimate the rate of expansion of the search areas. We recommend that stochastic trajectory models of container drift should account for these uncertainties by generating search areas for different immersion levels and with the uncertainties in crosswind and downwind leeway reported from our field experiments.Comment: 25 pages, 11 figures and 5 tables; Ocean Dynamics, Special Issue on Advances in Search and Rescue at Sea (2012

    Determining the nature of quantum resonances by probing elastic and reactive scattering in cold collisions

    Scattering resonances play a central role in collision processes in physics and chemistry. They help build an intuitive understanding of the collision dynamics due to the spatial localization of the scattering wavefunctions. For resonances that are localized in the reaction region, located at short separation behind the centrifugal barrier, sharp peaks in the reaction rates are the characteristic signature, observed recently with state-of-the-art experiments in low-energy collisions. If, however, the localization occurs outside of the reaction region, mostly the elastic scattering is modified. This may occur due to above-barrier resonances, the quantum analogue of classical orbiting. By probing both elastic and inelastic scattering of metastable helium with deuterium molecules in merged-beam experiments, we differentiate between the nature of quantum resonances—tunnelling resonances versus above-barrier resonances—and corroborate our findings by calculating the corresponding scattering wavefunctions

    Resummation scheme for 3d Yang-Mills and the two-loop magnetic mass for hot gauge theories

    Perturbation theory for non-Abelian gauge theories at finite temperature is plagued by infrared divergences caused by magnetic soft modes g2T\sim g^2T, which correspond to the fields of a 3d Yang-Mills theory. We revisit a gauge invariant resummation scheme to solve this problem by self-consistent mass generation using an auxiliary scalar field, improving over previous attempts in two respects. First, we generalise earlier SU(2) treatments to SU(N). Second, we obtain a gauge independent two-loop gap equation, correcting an error in the literature. The resulting two-loop approximation to the magnetic mass represents a 15\sim 15% correction to the leading one-loop value, indicating a reasonable convergence of the resummation.Comment: 16 pages, 3 figure

    Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis after Pemetrexed and Cisplatin for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer in a Patient with Sharp Syndrome

    Background: Pemetrexed is an antifolate drug approved for maintenance and second-line therapy, and, in combination with cisplatin, for first-line treatment of advanced nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer. The side-effect profile includes fatigue, hematological and gastrointestinal toxicity, an increase in hepatic enzymes, sensory neuropathy, and pulmonary and cutaneous toxicity in various degrees. Case Report: We present the case of a 58-year-old woman with history of Sharp's syndrome and adenocarcinoma of the lung, who developed toxic epidermal necrolysis after the first cycle of pemetrexed, including erythema, bullae, extensive skin denudation, subsequent systemic inflammation and severe deterioration in general condition. The generalized skin lesions occurred primarily in the previous radiation field and responded to immunosuppressive treatment with prednisone. Conclusion: Although skin toxicity is a well-known side effect of pemetrexed, severe skin reactions after pemetrexed administration are rare. Caution should be applied in cases in which pemetrexed is given subsequent to radiation therapy, especially in patients with pre-existing skin diseases

    How do predisposing factors differ between delirium motor subtypes? A systematic review and meta-analysis

    BACKGROUND: Delirium is a common neurocognitive disorder in hospitalised older adults with vast negative consequences. The predominant method of subtyping delirium is by motor activity profile into hypoactive, hyperactive and mixed groups. OBJECTIVE: This systematic review and meta-analysis investigated how predisposing factors differ between delirium motor subtypes. METHODS: Databases (Medline, PsycINFO, Embase) were systematically searched for studies reporting predisposing factors (prior to delirium) for delirium motor subtypes. A total of 61 studies met inclusion criteria (N = 14,407, mean age 73.63 years). Random-effects meta-analyses synthesised differences between delirium motor subtypes relative to 22 factors. RESULTS: Hypoactive cases were older, had poorer cognition and higher physical risk scores than hyperactive cases and were more likely to be women, living in care homes, taking more medications, with worse functional performance and history of cerebrovascular disease than all remaining subtypes. Hyperactive cases were younger than hypoactive and mixed subtypes and were more likely to be men, with better cognition and lower physical risk scores than all other subtypes. Those with no motor subtype (unable to be classified) were more likely to be women and have better functional performance. Effect sizes were small. CONCLUSIONS: Important differences in those who develop motor subtypes of delirium were shown prior to delirium occurrence. We provide robust quantitative evidence for a common clinical assumption that indices of frailty (institutional living, cognitive and functional impairment) are seen more in hypoactive patients. Motor subtypes should be measured across delirium research. Motor subtyping has great potential to improve the clinical risk assessment and management of delirium

    Nonattendance in pediatric pulmonary clinics: an ambulatory survey

    <p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Nonattendance for scheduled appointments disturbs the effective management of pediatric pulmonary clinics. We hypothesized that the reasons for non-attendance and the necessary solutions might be different in pediatric pulmonary medicine than in other pediatric fields. We therefore investigated the factors associated with nonattendance this field in order to devise a corrective strategy.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>The effect of age, gender, ethnic origin, waiting time for an appointment and the timing of appointments during the day on nonattendance proportion were assessed. Chi-square tests were used to analyze statistically significant differences of categorical variables. Logistic regression models were used for multivariate analysis.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>A total of 1190 pediatric pulmonology clinic visits in a 21 month period were included in the study. The overall proportion of nonattendance was 30.6%. Nonattendance was 23.8% when there was a short waiting time for an appointment (1–7 days) and 36.3% when there was a long waiting time (8 days and above) (p-value < 0.001). Nonattendance was 28.7% between 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 37.5% after 3 p.m. (p = 0.007). Jewish rural patients had 15.4% nonattendance, Jewish urban patients had 31.2% nonattendance and Bedouin patients had 32.9% nonattendance (p < 0.004). Age and gender were not significantly associated with nonattendance proportions. A multivariate logistic regression model demonstrated that the waiting time for an appointment, time of the day, and the patients' origin was significantly associated with nonattendance.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>The factors associated with nonattendance in pediatric pulmonary clinics include the length of waiting time for an appointment, the hour of the appointment within the day and the origin of the patient.</p
