    Resource-saving factor in the development of Russian cities

    The purpose of the article is to identify the problems of Russian cities and urban-type settlements from the standpoint of their historical and economic development. Using the methodology of economic, statistical and retrospective analysis, it was revealed that along with the growth of large cities in recent years, there has been a tendency towards a reduction in small settlements, which is associated with a decrease in industrial production. The result of this is the active development of urban processes, leading to the concentration in large cities of the scientific, technical and intellectual and production potential of the regions, their transformation into self-sufficient centers for the development of territorial socio-economic locations. The result of the study is the substantiation of the need to create new methodological approaches to the development and placement of productive forces, planning of urban areas, solving problems of energy and resource supply of territories on the basis of achieving their ecological and economic efficiency. The concept of the decisive role of the resource-saving factor in the process of urbanization of territories is substantiated. It was revealed that the approach to the analysis and modeling of the city economy when considering it as a "quasi-corporation" involves the formation of an integrated reproduction system based on increasing the efficiency of the use of territory resources, which translates the process of planning the development of the urban environment into the category of business process technologies

    The main directions of innovative development of the construction industry in the views of different authors are considered. From the perspective of the state programs “Innovative Russia - 2020” and “Strategy for the Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation”, proposals were developed to make the innovation process on improving technologies, organization and management of construction industry more orderly and systematic. The system-synergistic and cluster approaches to the formation of innovative practices in capital construction based on the use of BIM-technologies have been substantiated.Se consideran las principales direcciones de desarrollo innovador de la industria de la construcción en las opiniones de diferentes autores. Desde la perspectiva de los programas estatales “Rusia innovadora - 2020” y “Estrategia para el desarrollo científico y tecnológico de la Federación de Rusia”, se desarrollaron propuestas para hacer que el proceso de innovación para mejorar las tecnologías, la organización y la gestión de la industria de la construcción sea más ordenado y sistemático.     The Economics of Innovation in Modern Russia: Practice, Problems and Prospects

    In formed over the past quarter century in Russia the competitive market system has come to the fore the profitability of innovation, especially in production systems, industry and construction. Slightly less profitability factor manifests itself in the evaluation of innovations in social systems, yielding the position of the virtual indicator of socially useful significance of such innovations: the expansion and improvement of educational, children's and medical institutions, objects of culture and sports, non-profit facilities, “relaxation” and recreation.     Comprehensive thermodynamic study of methylprednisolone

    © 2016 Elsevier LtdIn the present work the temperature dependence of heat capacity for methylprednisolone has been measured for the first time over the temperature range from 6 to 350 K using by precision adiabatic vacuum calorimetry. Based on the experimental data, the thermodynamic functions of the methylprednisolone, namely, the heat capacity, enthalpy H°(T) − H°(0), entropy S°(T) − S°(0) and Gibbs function G°(T) − H°(0) have been evaluated from the experimental values for the range from T → 0 to 350 K. Standard molar enthalpy of combustion (−11898.9 ± 6.7) kJ·mol−1 of the methylprednisolone was measured for the first time using high-precision combustion calorimeter. The standard molar enthalpy of formation in the crystalline state (−1045.8 ± 7.3) kJ·mol−1 of compound at 298.15 K was derived from the combustion experiments. The standard molar enthalpy of sublimation at 298.15 K (194.5 ± 2.2) kJ·mol−1 was measured by using the quartz-crystal microbalance (QCM). Using combination of the adiabatic and combustion calorimetry with the result from QCM, the thermodynamic functions of the methylprednisolone at T = 298.15 K and p = 0.1 MPa have been calculated

    Inclusive b-jet and b\bar b-dijet production at the LHC via Reggeized gluons

    We study inclusive bb-jet and bbˉb\bar b-dijet production at the CERN LHC invoking the hypothesis of gluon Reggeization in tt-channel exchanges at high energy. The bb-jet cross section includes contributions from open bb-quark production and from bb-quark production via gluon-to-bottom-pair fragmentation. The transverse-momentum distributions of inclusive bb-jet production measured with the ATLAS detector at the CERN LHC in different rapidity ranges are calculated both within multi-Regge kinematics and quasi-multi-Regge kinematics. The bbˉb\bar b-dijet cross-section is calculated within quasi-multi-Regge kinematics as a function of the dijet invariant mass MjjM_{jj}, the azimuthal angle between the two jets Δϕ\Delta\phi and the angular variable χ\chi. At the numerical calculation, we adopt the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin and Bl\"umlein prescriptions to derive unintegrated gluon distribution function of the proton from its collinear counterpart, for which we use the Martin-Roberts-Stirling-Thorne set. We find good agreement with measurements by the ATLAS and CMS Collaborations at the LHC at the hadronic c.m.\ energy of S=7\sqrt S=7 TeV.Comment: 13 pages, 9 figure

    We study prompt J/psi-meson hadroproduction invoking the hypothesis of gluon Reggeization in t-channel exchanges at high energy and the factorization formalism of nonrelativistic quantum chromodynamics at the leading order in the strong-coupling constant alpha_s and the relative velocity of quarks v. The transverse-momentum distribution of direct and prompt J/psi-meson production measured at the Fermilab Tevatron fitted to obtain the nonperturbative long-distance matrix elements, which are used to predict prompt J/psi production spectra at the CERN LHC. At the numerical calculation, we adopt the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin and Blumlein prescriptions to derive unintegrated gluon distribution function of the proton from their collinear counterpart, for which we use the Martin-Roberts-Stirling-Thorne set.     Single jet and prompt-photon inclusive production with multi-Regge kinematics: From Tevatron to LHC

    We study single jet and prompt-photon inclusive hadroproduction with multi-Regge kinematics invoking the hypothesis of parton Reggeization in t-channel exchanges at high energy. In this approach, the leading contributions are due to the fusion of two Reggeized gluons into a Yang-Mills gluon and the annihilation of a Reggeized quark-antiquark pair into a photon, respectively. Adopting the Kimber-Martin-Ryskin and Bluemlein prescription to derive unintegrated gluon and quark distribution functions of the proton from their collinear counterparts, for which we use the Martin-Roberts-Stirling-Thorne set, we evaluate cross section distributions in transverse momentum (p_T) and rapidity. Without adjusting any free parameters, we find good agreement with measurements by the CDF and D0 Collaborations at the Tevatron and by the ATLAS Collaboration at the LHC in the region 2p_T/sqrt{S} < 0.1, where sqrt{S} is the hadronic c.m. energy.Comment: 25 pages, 12 figures, error estimation improved, minor changes to the text, 4 references added, accepted for publication in Phys.
