    The objectives of the study descriptively are to know (1) the category of learning achievement of social science subject that the teaching used STAD and (2) the category of learning achievement of social science subject that the teaching conventional, while the objective of the study comparatively is to know the difference of learning achievement of social science subject that was taught by using STAD and conventional teaching method. The type of the study was pre experimental design. Data collection data used documentation and test. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing used z-test that was started by homogeny variance test and normality test. This study shows that the results of analysis descriptively show that (1) the learning achievement of social science subject that the teaching used STAD was in fair category with the mean score 18.60 and (2) the category of learning achievement of social science subject using conventional with the mean score 16. Comparatively, the result of computation analysis shows that the score of zobs = 5.80 with the score of ztabie = 1.65, it means that there was difference very significant of learning achievement of social science subject that was taught by using STAD and conventional teaching method

    Superconducting YBCO and BSCCO thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition and post annealing / Jannah A. N. and Halim S. A.

    The YBCO and BSCCO superconducting thin films have been grown on MgO (100) by pulsed laser deposition from a sintered YBa2Cu3Oy and Bi1.6Pb0.4Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy target. Post annealing after deposition at 850OC in 30 minutes resulted in BSCCO superconducting films with zero resistance at 52 K. YBCO film annealed for 2 hours is non-superconducting but it is improved by increasing the time to 4 hours and 5 hours at 920OC . X-Ray diffraction pattern shows a predominance of 001 peaks for BSCCO film and no improvement of crystallinity after annealed for YBCO film

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi penyelesaian masalah Non Performing Financing (NPF) atau pembiayaan bermasalah khususnya pada pembiayaan murabahah serta mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian penyelesaian masalah pembiayaan muarabahah bermasalah tersebut dengan ketentuan Fatwa Dewan Syari'ah Nasional No. 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan studi kasus mengenai penyelesaian masalah NPF pada pembiayaan murabahah di BMT Karisma Kota Magelang, pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik yaitu dengan  pengambilan data-data riil tentang penyelesaian masalah NPF untuk dianalisa menggunakan fatwa Dewan Syari'ah Nasional No. 47/DSN-MUI/II/2005

    The objective of the research is to study the effect of Manure and Nutrisi Saputra fertilizers as well as their interaction on the growth and yielf of tomato plant and to find out the kind of manure fertilizers and Nutrisi Saputra concentration that affect high yield of tomato plant.The research was carried out in Experiment Garden of Agriculture Faculty University of 17 Agustus 1945 Samarinda. It lasted for three months (August 2009 to October 2009). The Completely Randomized Design was employed applied for this research with factorial analysis 3 x 4 and 5 replications. The first factor was kind of manure fertilizer (K) consisted of 3 levels : no manure fertilizer (k0), chicken manure 1 kg polybag-1 (k1), and cow manure 1 kg polybag-1 (k2); and the second factor was the formulasi on Nutrisi Saputra (N) consisted of 4 levels : no Nutrisi Saputra (n0), 0,5 ml liquid : 1,5 g powder : 2,5 liter water (n1); 1 ml liquid : 3 g powder : 5 liter water (n2), and 1,5 ml liquid : 4,5 g powder : 7,5 liter water (n3). Results of research that the kind of manure fertilizer and concentration of Nutrisi Saputra as well as their interaction affected significantly to very significantly on the growth and yielf of tomato plant. The highest production of fruit was attained on combination of chicken manure fertilizer 1 kg polybag-1 and formulasi of Nutrisi Saputra 0,5 ml liquid: 1,5 g powder: 2,5 liter water namely 62,00 g plant-1

    Penguasaan Konsep dan Kemampuan Bertanya Siswa pada Materi Hukum Newton melalui Pembelajaran Inquiry Lesson dengan Strategi Lbq

    This study was aimed to determine conceptualization and the ability to ask the students at Newton\u27s laws in learning inquiry lesson with LBQ strategy, as well as knowing a student\u27s response to the learning inquiry lesson with LBQ strategy. This research is a Mixed Methods embedded experimental design with 36 subjects class X MIA 6 SMA Negeri 1 Krian. Quantitative analysis is performed to determine students\u27 mastery of concepts of data and response data of students towards learning. Qualitative analysis was conducted to determine the ability to ask the student and the student\u27s response to learning. The results showed that: the student is able to reach the indicators of the highest achievement of the concept that the level of C6 and the majority of high school students have a mastery of concepts at the level of C5, the ability to ask students increased in every meeting where students become more confident to submit a question or opinion while following the teaching of physics, and students gave a positive response by 65.28% against the learning inquiry lesson with LBQ strategy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penguasaan konsep dan kemampuan bertanya siswa pada materi hukum Newton dalam pembelajaran inquiry lesson dengan strategi LBQ, serta mengetahui respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran inquiry lesson dengan strategi LBQ. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan untuk mengetahui data penguasaan konsep siswa dan data respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Analisis kualitatif dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan bertanya siswa dan respons siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: siswa mampu mencapai indikator tertinggi pencapaian konsep yaitu level C6 dan sebagian besar siswa SMA memiliki penguasaan konsep pada level C5, kemampuan bertanya siswa meningkat pada setiap pertemuan dimana siswa menjadi lebih percaya diri untuk menyampaikan pertanyaan maupun pendapat saat mengikuti pengajaran fisika, dan siswa memberikan respons positif sebesar 65,28% terhadap pembelajaran inquiry lesson dengan strategi LBQ

    Palm oil agribusiness include on-farm activities (plantation) and off-farm activities (palm oil mill) are exposed to environmental issues as one of the contributors to greenhouse gas (GHG) emission. The purpose of this study is to assess the carbon footprint of palm oil agribusiness as an input to formalize Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and program, particularly in efforts to reduce CO2 emission. The boundary of emission sources are: 1) diesel for transporting seed; 2) diesel of pump water; 3) fertilizer (N); 4) diesel for transporting FFB to mill; 5) diesel consumption at mill; 6) electricity consumption at mill; 7) POME; and 8) diesel for transporting CPO to harbour. Data to estimate CO2 emissions during 20 year of life cycle (period 1991-2011). Total emissions of palm oil agribusiness is 3904511 tonCO2, where diesel for transporting FFB (79 %) and CPO (11.12 %) as the largest emitters. It is influenced by the considerable distance between the location of estate SA, estate AB, mill and harbor. The accumulation of carbon stocks is 5713697 ton C / ha. initial carbon stocks was higher compared to carbon stocks in peat and mineral., Tree planting, forest conservation, waste utilization, and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project is an effort in the company\u27s environmental management, especially reducing GHG emissions. Strategic and programs that was formulated in the form of: 1) system integration palm oil agribusiness and cattle breeding; 2) alternative energy as a impact of CDM project; 3) participatory tree planting; and 4) socialization upon mitigation of GHG emissions
