A Minimally Invasive Method for the Treatment of Post-Traumatic Disorders of the Bone Union of the Tibia
Background. The ability to control regeneration processes is a key link in the development of methods for treatingΒ patients with post-traumatic disorders of reparative osteogenesis.Β Aim of the study. To evaluate the effectiveness of the fusion of the tibia by local application of the interferon-betaΒ preparation with autogenous bone marrow punctate in post-traumatic disorders of reparative regeneration.Material and methods. The analysis of the effectiveness of clinical application of autogenous bone marrow withΒ interferon-beta-1b in 64 patients with delayed consolidation and pseudarthrosis of the tibia was carried out. All patients underwent external bone fixation. In order to optimize reparative osteogenesis during the operation, a mixtureΒ containing 3β4 ml of bone marrow with 8 million IU/0.5 ml of interferon beta-1b solution was injected locally into theΒ interfragmental space.Results. With puncture local injection of interferon-beta with punctate of autogenous bone marrow withΒ delayed consolidation, fusion of the tibial fracture was achieved in 100 % of cases. In patients with a diagnosisΒ of a pseudarthrosisΒ of the tibia, a positive result was achieved in 90.3 % of cases. Thus, the local application of autogenous bone marrowΒ together with the interferon-beta preparation made it possible to achieve bone fusion in post-traumatic disorders ofΒ bone regeneration in 95.2 % of cases.Conclusion. With delayed consolidation and developing hypertrophic pseudoarthrosis in conditions of stable fixationΒ with anatomical reposition of fragments, puncture autotransplantation of a mixture of bone marrow with a solutionΒ of interferon-beta is proposed
Efficacy of immune correcting therapy at varicose vein disease of pelvis minor in women
In the article the complex therapy of varicose vein disease of pelvis minor in women is suggested; it includes phlebotropic, metabolic and immunotropic drugs. Indicated scheme of treatment lead to improvement of hemodynamic parameters of venous system of pelvis minor. Positive changes of parameters of cytokine, cellular and humoral units of immune system are evidence for decrease of inflammatory response of venous vascular wall

The article describes participation of immune system in pathogenesis of varicose vein of pelvis minor. The study revealed elevation of proinflammatory cytokines, discovered disturbances in cellular and humoral units of immunity. Indicated changes are evidence for inflammatory character of changes in venous vascular wall, causing its destruction and varicose dilatation

The review deals with possibilities for the quantitative assessment of the degree of brain injury, by measuring the level of S100B protein in various biological fluids. Data are given on changes in the concentration of this protein in different categories of patients, including those who are critically ill. We evaluated the frequency distribution of polymorphic variants in DNA repair genes XRCC1 280, XRCC1 194, XRCC1 399 and XPD 751 gastric cancer patients and healthy controls, leading to new fundamental knowledge and molecular genetic markers of gastric cancer. The analysis of gene polymorphism plays an important role in assessment of disposition to infectious diseases at the population and individual level. In this paper, the frequencies of allelic versions of apolipoprotein E and 2nd type superoxide dismutase genes and the corresponding genotypes were determined in healthy persons and chronic viral hepatitis type C patients of the Europeoid population of the Tomsk Region. For the analysis of polymorphism of these genes, we used modern genetic methods: polymerase chain reaction and polymorphism of lengths of restriction fragments. Radiation semiotics of disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis
The aim of the study was to optimize the radiation diagnosis and differentiation of disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis (DTL) by studying the ray lung semiotics using multislice computed tomography (MSCT), radionuclide diagnostics (RND) with the use of a radiopharmaceutical (RFP) 99mTc-technetril and identifying the most informative for disseminated tuberculosis MSCT- RIA criteria. Materials and methods. The analysis of MSCT data was performed in 67 patients who had X-ray signs of pulmonary dissemination. The study was conducted on a multislice computer tomograph Somatom Emotion 16 from Siemens. 23 patients underwent a radionuclide study with a 99mTc-technetril radiopharmaceutical on the Nucline Spirit gamma camera in the planar and single-photon emission computerized tomography (SPECT) mode. The statistical processing of the data was carried out using the MicrosoftExcel software package. The reliability of the differences between the qualitative indices of the compared groups was determined using the Ο2 criterion. Results. The distribution of foci of dissemination according to MSCT using the high resolution algorithm (HRCT) was characterized by localization of dissemination foci in the structures of the primary, secondary pulmonary lobe, perivascular and peribronchial, involvement of pleura piles of various degrees and reactive changes in the intrathoracic lymph nodes (VGLU). In 55.7% of cases, foci with DTL were distributed in intralobular structures, lobular septa and endobronchial. In 86.3%, fragmentary infiltration of axial interstitium was noted. There was also marked infiltration of pleura sheets involving extrapuleural fat tissue in 50.7% of cases. Hyperplasia of the intrathoracic lymph nodes was established in 12.5% of cases. According to planar and SPECT studies in 21.0%, the prevalence of dissemination by CT correlated with accumulation of RFP in the lungs according to planar research and topically - in VGLU according to SPECT. In 81.8% of cases of hyperplasia of lymph nodes revealed by CT, there was an accumulation of RFP by SPECT. In 42.1% of cases of limited dissemination, according to CT, there was a diffuse accumulation of RFP following the results of planar scintigraphy. Taste perception has a significant impact on the formation ofΒ human food preferences. TheΒ basics ofΒ taste perception ofΒ the child are formed under the influence ofΒ genetic polymorphism and congenital taste preferences, developing under the influence ofΒ a number ofΒ environmental factors. A significant impact on the formation ofΒ taste hasthe motherβs nutrition during pregnancy, the nature ofΒ the childβsfeeding, the babyβs health during the first year ofΒ life, as well as national and family traditions ofΒ nutrition. TheΒ article describes the mechanisms ofΒ formation ofΒ different taste sensations, summarizes the results ofΒ modern research on the genetics ofΒ taste receptors, the role ofΒ individual environmental factors inΒ the development ofΒ food preferences. Special attention is paid to the peculiarities ofΒ the childβs nutrition during the first year ofΒ life
