Impact of IT on management and humans in modern conditions
The introduction of IT changes the organizational structure and all the elements of management processes, particularly the way we manage organizations. The problem is the fact that information technology is not adequately implemented in all the parts of the business
process. Specifically, it is applied to the operatively executive, administrative, accounting jobs, archiving, retrieval and selection of data for planning and analysis, and its implementation is lagging behind in
leadership and management.
This paper aims to highlight the impact of IT on the management process, i.e. on people as the most valuable potential of each organization
Experimental Limit on the Cosmic Diffuse Ultra-high Energy Neutrino Flux
We report results from 120 hours of livetime with the Goldstone Lunar
Ultra-high energy neutrino Experiment (GLUE). The experiment searches for <10
ns microwave pulses from the lunar regolith, appearing in coincidence at two
large radio telescopes separated by 22 km and linked by optical fiber. Such
pulses would arise from subsurface electromagnetic cascades induced by
interactions of >= 100 EeV neutrinos in the lunar regolith. No candidates are
yet seen, and the implied limits constrain several current models for
ultra-high energy neutrino fluxes.Comment: 4 pages, 4 figures, revtex4 style. New intro section, Fig. 2, Fig 4;

Sub-nanosecond Pulse Generation from a Two-section Laser-thyristor: Theoretical Analysis
We have developed a theoretical model of a two-section laser-thyristor. It is shown that using a 4 Β΅m weakly doped p-base can increase blocking voltage up to 50 V, which makes it possible to generate 2 ns 10 A current pulses. It is demonstrated that the proposed device utilizes passive Q switching to generate high-power short optical pulses that account for up to 80% of output power. By picking the optimal passive section length, we have achieved optical pulses of βΌ30 ps full width at half maximum (FWHM) and βΌ100 W peak power.

RC J1148+0455 identification: gravitational lens or group of galaxies ?
The structure of the radio source RC B1146+052 of the ``Cold'' catalogue is
investigated by data of the MIT-GB-VLA survey at 4850 MHz. This source belongs
to the steep spectrum radio sources subsample of the RC catalogue. Its spectral
index is = -1.04. The optical image of this source obtained with 6m
telescope is analysed. The radio source center is situated in a group of 8
galaxies of about 24 in the R-filter. The possible explanations of the
complex structure of radio components are considered.Comment: 6 pages, 5 figures, uses psfig.sty. This was the poster as presented

Study of the level of public awareness about the diagnosis and prevention of hypo - and hyperparathyroidism
The article deals with such diseases as hyperparathyroidism and hypoparathyroidism. The increase in morbidity, as well as the lack of optimal treatment, which can lead to complications of patients, dictate the need to study the epidemiological and clinical structure of these diseases to determine the scope of medical care, as well as the dissemination of information about hyper- and hypoparathyroidism as endocrine diseases by the questionnaire method.Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΡΠ°ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½Ρ ΡΠ°ΠΊΠΈΠ΅ Π·Π°Π±ΠΎΠ»Π΅Π²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ Π³ΠΈΠΏΠ΅ΡΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΠΎΠ· ΠΈ Π³ΠΈΠΏΠΎΠΏΠ°ΡΠ°ΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΠΎΠ·. Self-healing polyurethane-polypropylene oxide copolymers for the protection of carbon and glass fiber-reinforced composites
Polyurethane-polypropylene oxide block copolymers containing fragments of an adduct capable of self-healing by the Diels-Alder reaction mechanism have been synthesized and studied for the first time. All obtained polyurethane copolymers were characterized by IR spectroscopy. The temperature transitions and thermal stability of copolymer melts were determined by using the methods of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis. The self-healing effect was confirmed using a thermal cycling procedure on pre-damaged samples of modified polyurethanes and surface morphology studies. The perspective of the work begun on the creation of self-healing protective polyurethane coatings are shown
RATAN-600 7.6-cm Deep Sky Strip Surveys at the Declination of the SS433 Source During the 1980-1999 Period. Data Reduction and the Catalog of Radio Sources in the Right-Ascension Interval 7h < R.A. < 17h
We use two independent methods to reduce the data of the surveys made with
RATAN-600 radio telescope at 7.6 cm in 1988-1999 at the declination of the
SS433 source. We also reprocess the data of the "Cold" survey (1980-1981). The
resulting RCR (RATAN COLD REFINED) catalog contains the right ascensions and
fluxes of objects identified with those of the NVSS catalog in the
right-ascension interval 7h < R.A. < 17h. We obtain the spectra of the radio
sources and determine their spectral indices at 3.94 and 0.5 GHz. The spectra
are based on the data from all known catalogs available from the CATS, Vizier,
and NED databases, and the flux estimates inferred from the maps of the VLSS
and GB6 surveys. For 245 of the 550 objects of the RCR catalog the fluxes are
known at two frequencies only: 3.94 GHz (RCR) and 1.4 GHz (NVSS). These are
mostly sources with fluxes smaller than 30 mJy. About 65% of these sources have
flat or inverse spectra (alpha > -0.5). We analyze the reliability of the
results obtained for the entire list of objects and construct the histograms of
the spectral indices and fluxes of the sources. Our main conclusion is that all
10-15 mJy objects found in the considered right-ascension interval were already
included in the decimeter-wave catalogs.Comment: 26 pages, 18 figure
Radio Spectra of Giant Radio Galaxies from RATAN-600 Data
Measurements of the flux densities of the extended components of seven giant
radio galaxies obtained using the RATAN-600 radio telescope at wavelengths of
6.25 and 13 cm ar e presented. The spectra of components of these radio
galaxies are constructed using these new RA TAN-600 data together with data
from the WENSS, NVSS, and GB6 surveys. The spectral indices in the stu died
frequency range are calculated, and the need for detailed estimates of the
integrated contributi on of such objects to the background emission is
demonstrated.Comment: 7 pages, 2 figures, 5 table
