Hard- and software problems of spaced meteor observations by optical electronics

An optical electronic facility is being used for meteor observations along with meteor radars and astronomical TV. The main parts of the facility are cameras using UM-92 optical electronic image tubes. The three cascade optical electronic image tube with magnetic focusing has a 40 mm cathode and resolution in the center of up to 30 pairs of lines/mm. The photocathode is of a multislit S-20 type. Sectoral and territorial industrial policy in the strategic documents of Russia and its regions

The article analyses the consistency of sectoral and territorial industrial policy target benchmarks reflected in federal and regional strategic documents of territorial socio-economic systems. The results of a comparison of this benchmarks showed that there is no unified approach to defining goals, quantitative and qualitative composition of target indicators of industrial development not only among strategic documents of various nature (goal-setting, forecasting, territorial, sectoral), but also within sectoral documents of industrial development in Russia and its regions. There is also no clearly defined vertical decomposition of national priorities for industrial development according to the directions and levels of strategic planning of territorial socio-economic systems

Incidence of acne in adolescents of coastal and non-maritime towns of the Republic of Dagestan

For the purpose of comparative analysis of the incidence acne of teenage in seaside and non-maritime towns, an epidemiological study of 64,451 acne teenage patients (15-17 years), first detected in life in 2004-2012, conducted in the towns of the Republic of Dagestan (RD). The towns of the RD divided into two groups: the seaside 5 towns located off the coast of the Caspian Sea, and the non-maritime 5 towns - at a distance of 30 km and more from the sea. The results of the study show a 7-fold increase in the incidence of acne vulgaris in adolescents compared with children and adults. The critical town for the acne is Khasavyurt, exceeding the average annual rate by 5.2 times compared with the incidence in all towns. In all towns of the RD there is a tendency to increase the incidence of teenage acne. Thus, the growing trend in the incidence of acne among adolescents points to the need to develop a program for the prevention of acne, taking into account the characteristics of disadvantaged towns located far from the sea.С целью сравнительного анализа заболеваемости акне подростков в приморских и неприморских городах проведено эпидемиологическое исследование 64 451 больного акне подростка (15-17 лет), выявленного впервые в жизни за 2004-2012 гг. В городах республики дагестан. Города распределены на 2 группы: приморские 5 городов, расположенные у побережья каспийского моря, и неприморские 5 городов - на расстоянии 30 км и более от побережья моря. Результаты исследования показывают 7-кратное превышение показателя заболеваемости acne vulgaris у подростков по сравнению с детьми и взрослыми. Критическим по заболеваемости акне городом является Хасавюрт с превышением среднемноголетнего показателя в 5,2 раза по сравнению с заболеваемостью по всем городам. Во всех городах наблюдается тенденция к росту заболеваемости акне подростков. Таким образом, возрастающий тренд заболеваемости акне среди подростков указывает на необходимость разработки программы по профилактике акне с учетом особенностей неблагополучных городов, расположенных далеко от моря

Таутакс (доцетаксел) в лечении гормонорефрактерного рака предстательной железы

Purpose. Evaluate efficacy and portability of the combination of the drugs Tautax (docetaxel) with a dose of 75mg/m2 1 time per 21 days and prednisolone — 10 mg per 24 h in hormone-refractory prostate cancer (HRPC) patients. Methods. Patients with verified HRPC were included in the study. Patients without being performed orchofuniculectomy were given LHRH analogues during the entire study. The treatment scheme was: tautax 75 mg/m2 1 time per 21 days as 1,5 h infusion + prednisolone — 10 mg per 24 h per os. Dexamethasone 8 mg was introduced intramuscularly as a premedication before tautax infusion prior to 12, 6 and 1 h. Patients with the revealed bone metastases were given zoledronic acid 4 mg 1 time per 28 days. The therapy was has been being performed for 6 months or till disease progression revelation. In case of regression or stabilization of the disease, up to 10 chemotherapy courses were performed. Results. 29 HRPC patients are examined. 178 chemotherapy courses are performed. Partial regression is noted in 8 (28%) patients, stabilization — in 9 (31%), progression - in 8 (28%) patients. PSA level decrease >50% has been observed in 19 (65,5%) patients. Improvement of the life quality was reached in 11 (38%) patients. The decrease in hyperfixation of radiopharmaceutical by osteoscintigraphy ocurred in 14 (48%) patients. Conclusion. Combination of Tautax and prednisolone is an effective treatment regimen of the HRPC patients.

Фауна иксодовых клещей и динамика их сезонной активности в разрезе высотной поясности Дагестана

The purpose of the research is to study the current status of fauna of ixodic ticks in the context of altitudinal zonation of Dagestan and the dynamics of their seasonal activity.Materials and methods. Collection of ixodic ticks of cattle and sheep was carried out during 2002-2017. Total 11580 ixodids had collected. Differentiation of ticks was conducted according to indicators.Results and discussion. 22 species of ixodic ticks were found on animals in flat, submontane and mountain belts of Dagestan: Ixodes – 2, Hyalomma – 6, Boophilus – 1, Dermacentor – 3, Rhipicephalus – 5, Haemaphysalis – 5. Such species of genus as Boophilus, Hyalomma, Dermacentor are predominate inixodids fauna. B.annulatus, R.bursa, D. dagesthanicus, H. scupense is registered in mountain belt. Цель исследований: изучить современное состояние фауны иксодовых клещей в разрезе высотной поясности Дагестана и динамику их сезонной активности.Материалы и методы. Сбор иксодовых клещей от крупного рогатого скота и овец проводили в 2002-2017 гг. Всего собрано 11 580 экз. иксодид. Дифференциацию клещей проводили по определителям.Результаты и обсуждение. В равнинном, предгорном, горном поясах Дагестана на животных обнаружены 22 вида иксодовых клещей Ixodes – 2, Hyalomma – 6, Boophilus – 1, Dermacentor – 3, Rhipicephalus – 5, Haemaphysalis – 5. В фауне иксодид доминируют виды родов Boophilus, Hyalomma, Dermacentor. В горном поясе регистрируют B. annulatus , R. bursa, D. dagesthanicus, H. scupense.

СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К КОМПЛЕКСНОМУ ЛЕЧЕНИЮ БИЛИАРНОГО ПАНКРЕОНЕКРОЗА

ABSTRACT. The paper reviews the treatment outcomes of 176 patients with biliary pancreatonecrosis. The history of pancreatonecrosis was identified in 82% of patients; in the remaining 18%, pancreatonecrosis was diagnosed after acute pancreatitis manifestations. Cholecystolithiasis was revealed in 82% of patients, cholecysto-choledocholithiasis was in 16%, and choledocholithiasis in 2%. A piecemeal pancreatonecrosis was found in 58% of patients, a large-focal one in 22%, subtotal or total in 20%. The combination of minimally invasive procedures on the biliary tract in the pancreatico-duodenal zone with the efficient detoxification and hepatoprotective therapies allowed mortality reduction from 28% to 18%. РЕЗЮМЕ. Проанализированы результаты лечения 176 пациентов с билиарным панкреонекрозом. В анамнезе панкреонекроз был выявлен у 82% больных, у остальных 18% он диагностирован после манифестации острого панкреатита. Холецистолитиаз выявлен у 82%, холецисто-холедохолити- аз — у 16%, холедохолитиаз — у 2%. Мелкоочаговый панкреонекроз наблюдался у 58% больных, крупноочаговый — у 22%, субтотальный или тотальный — у 20%. При сочетании малоинвазивных вмешательств на билиарном тракте панкреатодуоденальной зоны и эффективной детоксикационной, гепатопротекторной терапии удается снизить летальность с 28 до 18%
