Perencanaan Pengembangan Pelabuhan Laut Sorong Di Kota Sorong

DTT - Divertor Tokamak Test facility: A testbed for DEMO

The effective treatment of the heat and power exhaust is a critical issue in the road map to the realization of the fusion energy. In order to provide possible, reliable, well assessed and on-time answers to DEMO, the Divertor Tokamak Test facility (DTT) has been conceived and projected to be carried out and operated within the European strategy in fusion technology. This paper, based on the invited plenary talk at the 31st virtual SOFT Conference 2020, provides an overview of the DTT scientific proposal, which is deeply illustrated in the 2019 DTT Interim Design Report

The “Divertor Tokamak Test facility, DTT” is a milestone along the international program aimed at demonstrating – in the second half of this century – the feasibility of obtaining to commercial electricity from controlled thermonuclear fusion. DTT is a Tokamak conceived and designed in Italy with a broad international vision. The construction will be carried out in the ENEA Frascati site, mainly supported by national funds, complemented by EUROfusion and European incentive schemes for innovative investments. The project team includes more than 180 high-standard researchers from ENEA, CREATE, CNR, INFN, RFX and various universities. The volume, entitled DTT Interim Design Report (“Green Book” from the colour of the cover), briefly describes the status of the project, the planning of the design future activities and its organizational structure. The publication of the Green Book also provides an occasion for thorough discussions in the fusion community and a broad international collaboration on the DTT challenge

Liver fatty acid-binding protein in two cases of human lipid storage

FABPs in the various tissues play an important role in the intracellular fatty acid transport and metabolism. Reye's syndrome (RS) and multisystemic lipid storage (MLS) are human disorders characterized by a disturbance of lipid metabolism of unknown etiology. We investigated for the first time L-FABP in these two conditions. Affinity purified antibodies against chicken L-FABP were raised in rabbits, and found to cross-react specifically with partially purified human L-FABP. L-FABP content in liver samples of two patients with RS and MLS was investigated by immuno-histochemistry, SDS-PAGE and ELISA. L-FABP immuno-histochemistry showed increased reactivity in the liver of RS patient and normal reactivity in MLS liver. L-FABP increase in RS liver was confirmed by densitometry of SDS-PAGE and ELISA method. By these two methods the increase amounted to 180% and 199% (p < 0.02), respectively, as compared to controls. A possible role of L-FABP in the pathogenesis of RS is discussed. \ua9 1990 Kluwer Academic Publishers

This paper presents the engineering aspects of the design review of the Italian DTT (Divertor Tokamak Test facility), illustrating the rationale for the design choices and focusing on the main differences with respect to the original proposal

Role of Italian DTT in the power exhaust implementation strategy

The solution of the problem of heat exhaust has been pointed out as one of the main challenge towards the realization of magnetic confinement fusion. In the last years, two concepts have been proposed in alternative to the conventional divertor solution adopted for ITER: modification of the magnetic topology in the divertor region and liquid metal as plasma facing component. The role of the Divertor Tokamak Test facility (DTT) in the power exhaust implementation strategy is discussed. The evolution of the project, since the original proposal in 2015 to the present design, is shown. The DTT facility is well integrated in the European strategy and the final decision on the divertor configuration will be made, within 2022-23, on the basis of the indication of the Power Exhaust Group constituted by the EUROfusion Consortium. Finally, the main milestones and the timeline of the project are illustrated. © 2019 Elsevier B.V

Background There are few data on the long-term health outcomes of exposure to asbestos in childhood. This study investigated cancer and mortality of adults exposed to blue asbestos as children. Methods Data linkage to relevant health registries was used to identify cancers and mortality in a cohort of adults (n = 2,460) that had lived in an asbestos mining town during their childhood (<15 years). Results There were 21
