Hydrostatic Vibratory Drive of the Test Stand for Excitation of the Amplitude-Modulated Vibrations
The article reviews the problems arising during the development of the test stand hydrostatic vibratory drive, which synthesize controlled amplitude-modulated vibrations required testing of vibration strength and vibrostability of technological devices. The newly developed modification can adequately simulate the transport vibration and vibration of the operating power-supply units of technological machinery vibration by means of implementing of a continuous frequency spectrum of the vibration exposure in the desired frequency range
Mathematical simulation of water and methanol segregation processes at field preparation of gas condensate
Calculation modulus for water and methanol segregation processes from gas condensate has been developed. Applying the developed technological system the influence of process variables on segregation processes of water and methanol is studied. Modes of operation of liquid separators at which the most efficient segregation of water-methanol solution from unstable condensate occurs are recommende
Dynamics of water separation in destruction of water-in-oil emulsions
The dynamics of drop formation and settling processes in breaking water-in-oil emulsions of the West Siberian oil fields was experimentally studied. The investigation results of drop formation in the water-in-oil emulsions were presented. The residual water content in oil was determined after the settling process at the varied initial water content, temperature, and hydrodynamic conditions of emulsion formation
Modelling of Dewatering and Desalting Processes for Large-capacity Oil Treatment Technology
This paper is devoted to analysis of oil treatment technology in the case of complex industrial process realization and further selection of technological mode. Mathematical modelling method is used to improve the efficiency of dewatering and desalting processes. The simulation system based on module modelling principle is developed. Every module is described in terms of appropriate combination of phenomena and processes. Problems of oil treatment analysis of complex structured technological scheme and searching of effective dewatering and desalting processes technological modes are solved
Radial-piston pump for drive of test machines
The article reviews the development of radial-piston pump with phase control and alternating-flow mode for seismic-testing platforms and other test machines. The prospects for use of the developed device are proved. It is noted that the method of frequency modulation with the detection of the natural frequencies is easily realized by using the radial-piston pump. The prospects of further research are given proof

Pneumatic device of the preload and dynamic loads balancing to reduce the intensity of thermal processes in the metal cutting process
Improved reliability of the technological system "machine-tool-instrument-detail" is an important current task. Backlashes and insufficient stiffness of technological system lead to intensive wear of the cutting tool, increasing the heat in the cutting zone. Due to high temperature in the thin surface layers of the workpiece and tool thermal processes may occur which are similar to release and can cause the structural changes of the material. The current article presents the final design of the device which has been developed to reduce the intensity of thermal processes in metal cutting
