Статья посвящена анализу российского высшего образования в контексте ФГОС, целью которого стало полноценное формирование и развитие способностей студента самостоятельно очерчивать учебную проблему, формулировать алгоритм ее решения, контролировать процесс и оценивать полученный результат. Научить учиться — лозунг ФГОС, вузу отводится корректирующая функция, а преподаватель становится направляющей силой в учебном процессе.This article analyzes the Russian higher education in the context of the GEF, the purpose of which is a full-fledged formation and development of student abilities to delineate their own learning problem, formulate an algorithm for its solution, monitor the process and evaluate the result. Teach to learn is the slogan of the GEF, the university correction function is given, and the teacher becomes a guiding force in the educational process

The transformation of "eventfulness" feature forming genre in an InternetXreportage

The article is devoted to the contemporary reportage investigation. The aim of the investigation is to reveal the main genre forming feature "eventfulness" transformation in an internet-reportage. Using the internet-publications by Rustem Adagamov the author consecutively examines the representation of characteristics of such "event" category components as the event, time and place, participants and observer. The conducted analysis helps to describe the internet-reportage topical specificity, to find out the blog platform options, which are being used by citizen journalists to quickly cover the current events, and to outline the LiveJournal format influence on participants' representation characteristics.Статья посвящена исследованию современного репортажа. Цель анализа — выявление трансформации центрального жанрообразующего признака «событийность» в сетевом варианте репортажа. На материале публикаций в Журнале Другого в работе последовательно рассматриваются особенности выражения таких компонентов события, как собственно событие, место и время, участники, а также — наблюдатель. В результате формулируются выводы о тематическом своеобразии сетевого репортажа, активном использовании гражданскими журналистами возможностей платформы блога для оперативного сообщения о событии, влиянии специфики авторского журнала на особенности представления участников события

750 Natalia the economic and legal analysis of the terms of international delivery contracts involving Russian suppliers

Purpose: The article presents an economic and legal analysis of the terms of contracts for international delivery of goods involving Russian suppliers. Design/Methodology/Approach: The authors analysed the international norms of regulating relations for the goods’ delivery involving the foreign element. Terms of the goods delivery are investigated according to the national legislation of the Russian Federation. Findings: As a result, it is necessary to use an economic and legal approach when developing contract terms for the goods’ delivery to take into account norms of international law, the national legislation of the supplier country and in accordance with the calculations of the contract price and payment terms. Practical Implications: The proposed method is in accordance with the international legal framework and it can be adopted by the Russian Federation easily. Originality/Value: There is no such an approach eligible to modernize the existing system in the country.peer-reviewe
