    Thomas-Ehrman effect in a three-body model: 16^{16}Ne case

    The dynamic mechanism of the Thomas-Ehrman shift is studied in three-cluster systems by example of 16^{16}Ne and 16^{16}C isobaric mirror partners. We predict configuration mixings for 0+0^+ and 2+2^+ states in 16^{16}Ne and 16^{16}C. Large isospin symmetry breaking on the level of wave function component weights is demonstrated for these states and discussed as three-body mechanism of Thomas-Ehrman shift. It is shown that the description of the Coulomb displacement energies requires a consistency among three parameters: the 16^{16}Ne decay energy ETE_T, the 15^{15}F ground state energy ErE_r, and the configuration mixing parameters for the 16^{16}Ne/16^{16}C 0+0^+ and 2+2^+ states. Basing on this analysis we infer the 15^{15}F 1/2+1/2^+ ground state energy to be Er=1.391.42E_r=1.39-1.42 MeV.Comment: 10 pages 8 figure

    Decay mechanism and lifetime of 67^{67}Kr

    The lifetime of the recently discovered 2p2p emitter 67^{67}Kr was recently found considerably below the lower limit predicted theoretically. This communication addresses this issue.Different separation energy systematics are analyzed and different mechanisms for 2p2p emission are evaluated. It is found that the most plausible reason for this disagreement is a decay mechanism of 67^{67}Kr, which is not "true 2p2p" emission, but "transition dynamics" on the borderline between true 2p2p and sequential 2p2p decay mechanisms. If this is true, this imposes stringent limits Er=1.351.42E_r=1.35-1.42 MeV on the ground state energy of 66^{66}Br relative to the 65^{65}Se-pp threshold.Comment: 7 pages, 8 figure

    Transition from direct to sequential two-proton decay in ss-dd shell nuclei

    Transitions among different mechanisms of two-proton decay are studied in general. The introduced improved direct-decay model generalizes the semi-analytical models used before and provides flawless phenomenological description of three-body correlations in 2p2p decays. This is demonstrated by examples of the low-lying 16^{16}Ne state decays. Different forms of transition dynamic are shown to be highly probable beyond the proton dripline for the ss-dd shell nuclei. It is demonstrated that transition dynamic of 2p2p emitters can provide means for extraction of a width of the ground-state resonance of a core+pp subsystem of the core+2p2p system. Practical applicability of the method is demonstrated by properties of the 14^{14}F ground state derived from the ^{15}\mbox{Ne}\rightarrow ^{\,13\!\!}\mbox{O}+2p decay data and of the 29^{29}Cl ground state derived from the ^{30}\mbox{Ar}\rightarrow ^{\,28\!\!}\mbox{S}+2p decay data.Comment: 8 pages, 10 figure

    The article focuses on functioning features of innovative advertising form in modern sociocultural space. Global sociocultural changes today lead to media inflation and traumatic social factors. Consequently, this is followed by the search of new adaptive processes of mastering social reality. Ambient Media is such an advertising communication that is unobtrusive and environmental. Regular everyday life objects are the communicational channels of this media which, we argue, may transform social environment.В данной статье автор рассматривает особенности функционирования и проявления инновационного вида рекламы в современном социокультурном пространстве. Глобальные социокультурные изменения в современном мире приводят к перенасыщенности информацией, травматогенным факторам и, как следствие, поиску новых адаптивных механизмов по освоению социальной реальности.     The development of socio cultural competence in future translators via the methodology of culture-oriented interpretation of english language fictional texts

The article examines the problem of integrating the cultural component into the professional curriculum of translators' training via incorporating the methodology of culture-oriented English language fictional texts aimed at the development of the sociocultural competence of translation studies students. The article shows how to integrate the methodology of culture-oriented interpretation as a set of successive operations determined by the content of the text-based activities and interpretation operations: cultural orientation, reception, explication and evaluation. The analysis of the theoretical research in the sphere of linguodidactics and empirical data have shown that the enrichment of the personal experience of intercultural communication can be achieved due to integrating English Language fictional texts, documentary, animation and feature films into the process of language education. The complex of criteria and indicators to describe the degree of well-formedness of the sociocultural competence via the estimation of the level of mastery of the strategies of culture-oriented interpretation of EL fictional texts has been identified and theoretically founded and the effectiveness of the offered didactic courseware was experimentally proved. The materials of the article can be useful for lecturers teaching in the framework of the content-based instruction and content and language integrated learning

    In the article, the authors examined the problematic aspects of project management; the study focuses on the optimization of the crew of the vessel — the project team based on the concept method. Within the framework of the approach proposed by the authors, a model has been developed for the formation of the crew of the vessel — the project team, which allows one to identify its composition, the most suitable and stable (balanced) for managing a specific project in terms of its competence, complementarity of crew members on the vessel (synergism) and its psychological characteristics. The use of the project management system implies the creation of a special group, the crew of a ships (project team), which becomes an independent participant of the project and manages the process of sending and forming the crew of the vessel within the project being implemented. This group is created for the period of project implementation and after its completion it is dissolved. Human resource planning — an estimate of the size and composition of human resources in the future. The project team is the main creative component of creating the end product or service in the projects. The project team is a group of employees who work directly on the project and are subordinate to the project manager. Unfortunately, there is no adequate model and method that would allow simultaneous optimization of the composition of personnel, teams, crew. The use of deterministic models and methods in solving our problem is ineffective, since there is an inability to predict the entire list of works when planning teams of projects, crews.Розглянуто проблемні аспекти управління проектами, досліджено питання оптимізації екіпажу судна — команди проекту на базисі концептуального методу. У рамках запропонованого підходу розроблено модель формування екіпажу судна — проектної команди, що дозволяє виявити її склад, найбільш придатний і стійкий (збалансований) для управління конкретним проектом щодо його компетентності, взаємодоповнюваності членів екіпажу на судні (синергізму) та його психологічних особливостей. Використання системи управління проектами передбачає створення спеціальної групи, екіпажу (команди проекту), яка стає самостійним учасником проекту і управляє процесом відправлення та формування екіпажу судна в рамках проекту, що реалізується. Ця група створюється на період реалізації проекту і після його завершення її розпускають. Планування людських (трудових) ресурсів (human resource planning) — оцінка розмірів і складу людських ресурсів у майбутньому. Проектна команда — основний креативний компонент створення кінцевого продукту або послуги у проектах. Команда проекту (project team) — група співробітників, які безпосередньо працюють над здійсненням проекту і підлеглі керівникові проекту. На жаль, адекватної моделі та методу, які б дозволили одночасно проводити комплексну оптимізацію складу персоналу, команд, екіпажу, на сьогодні не існує. Застосування детермінованих моделей і способів при вирішенні нашого завдання неефективне, оскільки неможливо передбачити весь перелік робіт при плануванні команд проектів, екіпажів суден

The completeness of vaccination coverage against tuberculosis of HIV-exposed children and the reasons for the lack of vaccination were analyzed. According to the size of the vaccine scar and the results of the Mantoux test, the effectiveness of vaccination against tuberculosis was assessed.В статье рассмотрены вопросы вакцинации против туберкулеза детей, рожденных от женщин с инфекцией В20.
