    Reduce the risk of stock trading by using technical analysis in iran's stock market

    One of the basic criteria for evaluating the performance of a stock portfolio is taking into account the return on investment with the rate of their risk. In this research, efficiency of 50 active companies of Tehran Stock Exchangeevaluated by moving average method with their appropriate risk. In measuring mentioned strategic risk, Fama and French three-factor developed model has been used toughlywhich is among the most important models. The results indicate significant effects of excess market efficiency, size of company and the ratio of book value to market value.In other words, the risk premium of price, size and value of market was predicted which with increasing the efficiency of stock in proportion to efficiency of government bonds, market efficiency also increase.And the risk premium of size and value has negative impact on efficiency of stock forecasting. With this observation, this research suggest forming a portfolio with zero cost by purchasing the highest portfolio of book value at market prices (BM) and selling lowest portfolio of book value at market prices (BM) by signals issued by Moving Average.Keywords: technical analysis, efficiency, risk, moving averages, Fama and Frenc

    Restriction maps of telomeres from Magnaporthe grisea

    At least five genetic maps exist for the rice blast fungus, Magnaporthe grisea (Romao and Hamer 1991 Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 89:5316-5320; Sweigard et al. 1993 in Genetic Maps, O\u27Brien ed. Cold Spring Harbor Press pp. 3.112-3.115; Skinner et al. 1993 Theor. Appl. Genet. 87:545-557; Hayashi and Naito 1993 in Abstracts for International Symposium on Rice Blast Disease, Madison, WI; and Tharreau et al. 1994 in Abstracts of 7th meeting of International Program on Rice Biotechnology, Bali, Indonesia). We have been integrating three of these maps by placing markers used in other laboratories on the map constructed in our laboratory (Skinner et al.. 1993, ibid.). The integrated map will be a primary reference map for this fungus and the Guy11 and 2539 parents used to generate the mapping progeny will become standard strains. Guy11 is a natural isolate; therefore this map provides information on the genome organization of a wild, rice-infecting isolate

    Joint infection after knee arthroscopy: Medicolegal aspects

    SummaryIntroductionSeptic knee arthritis following arthroscopy is a rare but dreaded complication: it might compromise patients’ functional prognosis and engage surgeon's liability. This study analyzes the context of such infection occurrences, their management as well as their medicolegal consequences.Patients and methodsTwenty-two cases of knee septic arthritis following arthroscopy were examined during the medicolegal litigation process and collected for assessment from a medical liability specialised insurer. Half of the patients were manual workers who worked on their knees, and seven knees had a previous surgical history. The procedures performed at arthroscopy included seven ligamentoplasties, nine meniscotomies, three arthroscopic lavages, one arthrolysis, one chondroma removal and one plica resection. Seven patients, to some point, received corticosteroids: three preoperative joint injections, three intraoperative injections, and one oral corticotherapy.ResultsClinical signs of septic arthritis appeared after a median interval of 8 days (0–37), twice after a hemarthrosis and once after an articular burn. The median delay before treatment initiation was 4.2 days, and in 10 cases this therapeutic delay exceeded 3 days. On average, 3.5 additional procedures (1–9) were required to treat the infection and its residual sequels. Two total knee prostheses were implanted. Only two patients were free of disabling sequellae, and in five patients these sequels affected their livelihood. The medicolegal consequences were a partially permanent disability averaging 5% (0–20), a total temporary work incapacity of 120 days (40–790), a suffering burden averaging 3 out of 7 (0–4,5) points on the scale conventionally used in France. Twelve of these legal claims led to court ordered patient compensation.DiscussionSome risk factors of articular infection are known and well-identified. They can be linked to the patient's condition (addiction to smoking, surgical history, professional activity) or to medical management (intra-articular corticoid injections, interventions under oral anticoagulants, inadvertently overheated irrigation fluid). When infection is suspected, it is often the needle-aspirated fluid's inappropriate handling (such as absence of bacteriological testing or defective waiting time for the results), which delays the diagnostic or therapeutic management of this complication. All failures of infection diagnosis or treatment heavily contribute to malpractice claims against the surgeon. Early and appropriate management of postoperative infections helps limiting the risk of functional sequellae for the patient and reduces the risk of malpractice litigation for the practitioner.Level of evidenceLevel IV; economic and decision analysis, retrospective study

Interactive storytelling dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menyenangkan, interaktif, dan menarik secara visual, yang dapat membantu siswa tetap tertarik dan termotivasi selama proses pembelajaran. Selain itu, cerita interaktif dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah, mempersonalisasi pengalaman belajar untuk setiap siswa, dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan. Untuk mencapai hal ini, kami menetapkan prinsip-prinsip desain instruksional untuk merancang dan mengembangkan program mendongeng interaktif yang efektif yang terstruktur dengan baik dan selaras dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Penggunaan cerita interaktif dalam penyampaian konten di E-learning sangat direkomendasikan dan dinilai lebih menarik dan menarik. Dengan memanfaatkan hal ini, para pendidik dapat menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik dan efektif bagi para siswa, yang mengarah pada peningkatan hasil belajar dan peningkatan keterlibatan siswa.&nbsp

    Central serous chorioretinopathy: Recent findings and new physiopathology hypothesis.

    Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a major cause of vision threat among middle-aged male individuals. Multimodal imaging led to the description of a wide range of CSCR manifestations, and highlighted the contribution of the choroid and pigment epithelium in CSCR pathogenesis. However, the exact molecular mechanisms of CSCR have remained uncertain. The aim of this review is to recapitulate the clinical understanding of CSCR, with an emphasis on the most recent findings on epidemiology, risk factors, clinical and imaging diagnosis, and treatments options. It also gives an overview of the novel mineralocorticoid pathway hypothesis, from animal data to clinical evidences of the biological efficacy of oral mineralocorticoid antagonists in acute and chronic CSCR patients. In rodents, activation of the mineralocorticoid pathway in ocular cells either by intravitreous injection of its specific ligand, aldosterone, or by over-expression of the receptor specifically in the vascular endothelium, induced ocular phenotypes carrying many features of acute CSCR. Molecular mechanisms include expression of the calcium-dependent potassium channel (KCa2.3) in the endothelium of choroidal vessels, inducing subsequent vasodilation. Inappropriate or over-activation of the mineralocorticoid receptor in ocular cells and other tissues (such as brain, vessels) could link CSCR with the known co-morbidities observed in CSCR patients, including hypertension, coronary disease and psychological stress

    This paper presents the development of a control strategy that allows a dedicated oscillating water column turbine test facility to produce polychromatic waves. This facility allows testing of bi-directional turbines under transient conditions, validation of computational fluid dynamics simulations and testing of turbine control strategies under realistic sea states. The test facility employs a pneumatic wave generator (of unique design) to simulate the air flow of an oscillating water column.     Two complete mitochondrial genomes from Praticolella mexicana Perez, 2011 (Polygyridae) and gene order evolution in Helicoidea (Mollusca, Gastropoda)

    Helicoidea is a diverse group of land snails with a global distribution. While much is known regarding the relationships of helicoid taxa, comparatively little is known about the evolution of the mitochondrial genome in the superfamily. We sequenced two complete mitochondrial genomes from Praticolella mexicana Perez, 2011 representing the first such data from the helicoid family Polygyridae, and used them in an evolutionary analysis of mitogenomic gene order. We found the mitochondrial genome of P. mexicana to be 14,008 bp in size, possessing the typical 37 metazoan genes. Multiple alternate stop codons are used, as are incomplete stop codons. Mitogenome size and nucleotide content is consistent with other helicoid species. Our analysis of gene order suggested that Helicoidea has undergone four mitochondrial rearrangements in the past. Two rearrangements were limited to tRNA genes only, and two involved protein coding gene
