Enhancement of field-induced strain by la substitution in epitaxial Pb (Zr,Ti) O3 films grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition

High-quality epitaxial La-substituted Pb (Zr0.65 Ti0.35) O3 films were grown on (100)c SrRu O3 ∥ (100)c SrTi O3 substrates at 600 °C using metal organic chemical vapor deposition. Single-phase perovskite was obtained for La (Pb+La) ratios ranging from 0 to 33%; La ions were selectively substituted at the Pb sites when the La (Pb+La) ratio was 6% or less and were substituted at both A and B sites when it was greater than 6%. Both the remanent polarization and coercive field monotonically decreased with the La (Pb+La) ratio, and the maximum field-induced strain was around 6%. This means that La substitution enhances the field-induced strain

的確なアセスメントに向けたICU看護師の実践

Article目的:的確なアセスメントに向けたICU看護師の実践を明らかにし,その特徴の考察を通して看護継続教育への示唆を得る.方法:全国のICU看護師1,611名を対象に郵送法により質問紙を配布し,個別投函により回収した.749名(回収率46.5%)より回答を得,的確なアセスメントに向けた実践を問う自由回答式質問に回答した567名の記述を,Berelson, B.の方法論を参考にした看護教育学における内容分析を用いて分析した.結果:【モニターや記録などから得た情報を過信することなく五感を使って観察する】など,的確なアセスメントに向けたICU看護師の実践を表す28カテゴリを明らかにした.結論:的確なアセスメントに向けたICU看護師の実践には,《自らの五感とモニターによる監視を組み合わせて観察する》など7つの特徴がある.本研究の成果は,ICUの特徴に応じたアセスメントを指導する際の指標として活用可能である.Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify ICU nursing practices that ensure accurate nursing assessment and to examine the characteristics of such practices. Methods : Open-ended questionnaires were mailed to 1,611 nurses working in ICUs nationwide to inquire about the nursing practices they used to carry out accurate nursing assessments. Of the 749 questionnaires that were returned, 567 were fully completed. The descriptive data were examined employing a content analysis approach in nursing education based on Berelson's method. Results : 28 categories were identified as the ICU nursing practices necessary to perform accurate nursing assessments. These categories included : "Using five senses to make observations without relying entirely on monitors and other records," and "Comparing and connecting information to determine the actual or potential exacerbation and/or improvement of the patient's condition, and to predict their future condition." The content analysis also indicated seven characteristics of ICU nursing practices necessary for accurate nursing assessment. Conclusions : The 28 nursing practices necessary for accurate nursing assessment and their associated characteristics identified in this study can serve as a guideline to instruct novice nurses on conducting nursing assessments appropriate to each ICU.原著群馬県立県民健康科学大学紀要10，61-78，2015departmental bulletin pape
