    Detection and visualization of seat occupancy and vacancy by use of BLE beacon with integrated pressure sensor

    本研究では圧力センサ内蔵BLEビーコンを用いた在席・離席管理手法を提案する。圧力センサ内蔵BLEビーコンを用いることで、執務者の負担を減らし、プライバシー面も考慮した。圧力センサ内蔵BLEビーコンのバッテリー消費を考慮し、適切な電波強度、送信間隔を設定するために、検証を行った。また、執務者の在席・離席をセンシングし、正しく在離席を検知できることを確認した。さらに在離席状況を分析する際に必要なログデータを蓄積するシステムを構築した。提案システムをオフィスを模擬した実験室において一週間稼働させ、在離席のログデータを取得した。ログデータを分析することでオフィスにおいて好まれる座席と好まれない座席の傾向を分析することができた。In this research, we propose a seat presence / absence management method using BLE beacon with built-in pressure sensor. By using the BLE beacon with integrated pressure sensor, we reduced the burden on the officer and also considered the privacy side. I sensed the presence / absence of an office worker and confirmed that I could detect my seat properly. In addition, we built a system that accumulates log data necessary for analyzing the situation of resident seats. The proposed system was operated for one week in a laboratory simulating office, Log data from system was acquired. Analyzing the log data allowed us to analyze the trends in the office preferred seats and undesirable seats.application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

    The effect of sky blue wall light on people's coolness in summer

    我々は,天井照明の色温度が人の涼暖感にどのような影響を与えるか検証を行ってきた.その検証の結果,天井照明の色や明るさが人の涼暖感に影響を与えていることが分かった.これは,天井照明の色や明るさの違いにより,視野内の環境が変化したため、人の涼暖感に影響を及ぼすと考えられる.しかし,一般的な室内では,天井照明の明るさや色温度を変更できない場合が多い.そこで,本研究では天井照明が一律点灯している場合を想定し,視野内の明るさや色を変更できる壁面照明を点灯し,壁面照明が涼暖感に与える影響を明らかにする.天井照明を低照度(300 lx)とし,壁面照明を点灯する部屋と点灯しない部屋の2部屋で涼暖感について被験者実験を行った結果,水色の壁面照明を点灯しない部屋を2゜C低い室温とした場合に,2部屋の涼暖感は同程度となった.この結果から机上面が低照度(300 lx)の場合,水色の壁面照明は人の涼暖感に2゜C程度の影響を与えることが分かった.We have been examining how the color temperature of the ceiling light affects people's cool feeling. As a result of the verification, it was found that the color and brightness of the ceiling light influenced the sense of coolness of people. This is assumed that the in-view environment changes due to the difference in the color and brighitness of the ceiling lighting, so the lighting environment in the field of view influences the sense of coolness of people. However, in a typical room, the brightness and color temperature of the ceiling light cannnot often be changed. Therefore, in this study, we will use wall light which can change the brightness and color and clarify the effect of wall light on cool feeling. As a result of subject experiments on cool feeling in two rooms, which are low illuminance (300 lx) and no wall light or with light blue wall light, a sense of coolness of the room with no wall light and with light blue wall light was about the same. From this result, it was found that when the ceiling light is low of illuminance, the light blue wall light exerts an infulence of about 2゜C on the human coolness.application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape

    Examination of easy measurement method of melanopic illuminance using multispectral sensor : in the case of fixed light environment with fluorescent light and LED lights

    近年,サーカディアンリズムに影響する光の単位である,メラノピック照度が注目を集めている.メラノピック照度はオフィスにおける執務者の睡眠の質へ影響を与えることがわかっている.しかし,メラノピック照度の容易な計測手法や装置がなく,長時間におけるメラノピック曝露量が睡眠の質に影響を与えるかどうかは明らかとなっていない.本研究では,安価なマルチスペクトルセンサを用いることでメラノピック照度の容易な計測手法を提案する.検証の結果,固定光環境として,蛍光灯およびLED照明下において,メラノピック照度の計測が可能であることを示した.In recent years, melanopic illuminance, a light brightness unit affecting the circadian rhythm, has come in focus. Melanopic illuminance affects the quality of sleep in office workers; however, there is no easy measurement method and equipment, and the effect of long-term exposure on the quality of sleep has not been verified. In this study, an easy method to measure the melanopic illuminance using the proposed calculation method, with an inexpensive multispectral sensor has been proposed.     Microtubules are cytoskeletal structures involved in stability, transport andorganization in the cell. The building blocks, the a- and b-tubulin heterodimers, form protofilamentsthat associate laterally into the hollow microtubule. Microtubule also exists as highly stable doubletmicrotubules in the cilia where stability is needed for ciliary beating and function. The doubletmicrotubule maintains its stability through interactions at its inner and outer junctions where its A-and B-tubules meet. Here, using cryo-electron microscopy, bioinformatics and mass spectrometryof the doublets of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and Tetrahymena thermophila, we identified twonew inner junction proteins, FAP276 and FAP106, and an inner junction-associated protein,FAP126, thus presenting the complete answer to the inner junction identity and localization. Ourstructural study of the doublets shows that the inner junction serves as an interaction hub thatinvolves tubulin post-translational modifications. These interactions contribute to the stability of thedoublet and hence, normal ciliary motility.journal articl

    The relationship between daylight-induced melanopic illuminance and sky conditions based on MEL ratios

    執務環境の多様化に伴い,執務者のWell-beingの向上が重要視され,オフィスにおける光環境の再検討が活発化している.特に執務者の睡眠の質に影響を与える,新たな光の評価指標であるメラノピック照度が注目されている.メラノピック照度は,通常分光放射照度計を用いて計測を行うが,種々の物理的要因からオフィスにおける多点計測には不向きである.また,オフィスの光環境は人工光と自然光が混在し,昼光の分光分布は時刻や天候など様々な要因によって変動する.本研究では,昼光の分光分布の変動要因として天空条件に着目し,様々な条件下におけるメラノピック照度と照度の関係を分析・定量化することで,照度によるメラノピック照度の簡易推定手法を提案する.検証結果により,MEL比率に影響する昼光の分光分布の変動要因は,天空条件として天候や時刻,太陽方位であると示した.With the diversification of office environments, the importance of improving the well-being of office workers has been emphasized, and the re-examination of the light environment in the office has become more active. Melanopic illuminance, a new measure of light that affects the quality of sleep of office workers, has been attracting particular attention. The Melanopic illuminance is usually measured using a spectroradiometer, but it is not suitable for multipoint measurement in offices due to various physical factors. In addition, the light environment in an office consists of a mixture of artificial and natural light, and the spectral distribution of daylight varies depending on various factors such as time of day and weather. In this study, we focus on sky conditions as a source of variation in the spectral distribution of daylight, and propose a simple method for estimating Melanopic illuminance by illuminance by analyzing and quantifying the relationship between Melanopic illuminance and illuminance under various conditions. The results show that the factors that affect the spectral distribution of daylight are the weather, time of day and solar orientation as sky conditions.application/pdfdepartmental bulletin pape
