    Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP Negeri 17 – Kota Tangerang Selatan

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 17 Kota Tangerang Selatan. Metode penelitian yang  digunakan adalah metode survei dengan responden  32  dari 42 guru SMP Negeri 17 Kota Tangerang Selatan.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan  instrumen yang berbentuk angket untuk variabel kemampuan pedagogik guru dan motivasi kerja guru. Sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja guru, data diperoleh dari penilaian DP3 guru PNS SMP Negeri 17 Kota Tangerang Selatan pada  tahun  2010. Instrumen penelitian dikalibrasi dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi Product Moment Pearson, sedangkan uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Alpha.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif yang meliputi Uji Instrumen, Uji Prasyarat Analisis dan Uji Statistik.Hasil pengujian dan analisisnya adalah sebagai berikut:Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetansi pedagogik (X1) terhadap kinerja guru  (Y) walaupun memiliki persamaan regresi Y= 527,052 + 0,320X1, dan terdapat korelasi yang lemah positif sebesar  0,171. Uji hipotesis dengan ρ value 0,350 >  0,05.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru  (X2) terhadap kinerja guru (Y) ditunjukkan oleh persasmaan regresi Y = 639,925 - 0,579X2 dan terdapat korelasi yang cukup kuat negative sebesar  -0,355.  Uji hipotesis dengan ρ value 0,046 < 0,05.Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru (Y) ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi Y = 605,761 + 0,678X1 - 0,832X2 dan terdapat korelasi cukup kuat positif sebesar 0,285. Uji hipotesis dengan ρ value 0,026 < 0,05. Konstibusi kompetensi pedagogik dan motivasi kerja dapat menafsirkan variansi kinerja guru sebesar 23,8%.  Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Pedagogik, Motivasi Kerja,  Kinerja Gur

The importance of human resources in improving company performance is also highlighted. The key factor in achieving success at the Universitas Muslim Indonesia is through the potential and performance of each employee. Companies can improve employee performance by providing education, training, and appropriate compensation and creating a conducive work environment and motivation.     Tegangan listrik merupakan salah satu faktor penentu dalam kualitas suatu sistem tenaga listrik. Tegangan lebih, tegangan kurang dan stabilitas tegangan, adalah masalah utama dalam masalah tegangan listrik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penurunan tegangan dalam sistem distribusi tegangan menengah 20 kV di PT.PLN Rayon Kuala Simpang. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan untuk melakukan perbaikan tegangan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan tenaga listrik yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jaringan radial sistem distribusi utama di mana jatuh tegangan diamati pada tiga keadaan dalam sistem yaitu pada saat Distributed Generation terhubung dengan sistem distribusi, pada saat Distributed Generation tidak terhubung dengan sistem distribusi dan pada saat sebelu dan setelah pergantian kabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan sesuai dengan data yang diperlukan dalam menganalisis penurunan tegangan dengan simulasi aliran beban menggunakan perangkat lunak ETAP 12.6, hasil yang diperoleh kemudian divalidasi dengan membandingkan hasil simulasi dengan perhitungan manual sesuai dengan rumus yang terkait dan berlaku untuk perhitungan jatuh tegangan, dari hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa penurunan tegangan terbesar dan terkecil pada saat tanpa Disributed Generation (DG) masing-masing pada bus 87 dan bus Marlempang yaitu 97,145% dan  97,926% , nilai tersebut masih dalam  batas standard untuk  under voltage  maksimum 10%. Pada saat Disributed Generation terhubung ke jaringan distribusi penurunan tegangan terbesar dan terkecil masing-masing pada bus 87 dan bus Marlempang yaitu 97,635% dan 98,42%. Perbaikan jatuh tegangan akibat pergantian kabel saluran distribusi dari ukuran 70 mm2 menjadi ukuran 150 mm2 sepanjang 2,746 km mulai dari bus 275 sampai dengan bus 207 menyebabkan jatuh tegangan maksimum dan minimum berkurang masing-masing pada bus 87 dan bus Marlempang menjadi 97,637% dan  98,422%. Pengaruh keberadaan pembangkit menyebabkan pembagian distribusi arus tidak terjadi pada satu sumber sehingga menyebabkan perhitungan nilai impedansi saluran terhadap keberadaan arus nominalnya  menjadi berubah dan menyebabkan jatuh tegangan yang berkurang pada hampir seluruh bus sistem. Sedangkan pergantin kabel saluran distribusi dengan diameter yang semakin besar menyebabkan nilai impedansi saluran semakin mengecil yang mengakibatkan jatuh tegangan di seluruh bus sistem mengalami perubahan menjadi lebih keci

    This research takes the title "Analysis of Efficiency and Added Value of Processed Agroindustry Products of  Cow Crackers (Case Study in Seganteng Mataram City). This research was conducted by taking 6 business units, namely the business of processing cow crackers in Seganteng, Sandubaya Subdistrict, Mataram City, which were determined intentionally. The purpose of this study is to analyze production costs and expenditure levels, cost efficiency and value added or Value Added Ratio (RNT).Overall, of the 6 agro-industry business units for making crackers, while the level of business ratio (R / C Ratio), the average value is above 1 or R / C. The ratio is&gt; 1, which is meant by both the business of processing skin crackers (R / C Ratio = 2.43) means that this business is profitable to be undertaken, with the average income obtained by the leather cracker industry in a single production process of Rp. 7,163,263.The added value of the business of processing leather crackers is IDR 7,663,263 and the added value per kg in the production process is (7,633,263: 141 kg) IDR 58,844.33 which means that every 1 kg of cow leather processed into cow skin crackers can be given an added value of 58,844 , 33. The value added ratio (RNT) of 63% means that the value added is high because the RNT is&gt; 50%. means the agro-industry business Making cowhide crackers has good prospects for development,To further increase the added value of the processing agro-industry business (the business of cowhide crackers) the need to further increase operational costs such as the use of fuel, the use of electricity, the purchase of auxiliary materials. In addition it needs new innovations in creating new products that are more attractive to consumers' purchasing power

    Abstract - The process of distributing scholarship funds often occurs education of in the world, one of which is the lack of targets in the admission process. There are several criteria that must be met by school students in determining scholarship recipients, including the condition of the house to live in, water and electricity facilities, parents' income and the vehicle used to go to school. Therefore, an effective method is needed in determining which students are eligible to receive underprivileged scholarships, namely Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio. This method has criteria and sub criteria as well as a weighted value that is given based on the importance of these criteria. Based on the calculation results, 6 data were obtained as scholarship recipients with a value range between 25 s / d 27 which is the highest value of each criteria.Keywords  -   Decision Support System, scholarship, Moora. Abstrak – Proses penyaluran dana beasiswa masih sering terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan salah satunya yaitu kurang tepat sasaran dalam proses penerimaannya. Terdapat beberapa kriteria yang harus dipenuhi oleh siswa sekolah dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa, antara lain keadaan rumah tempat tinggal, fasilitas air dan listrik, penghasilan orang tua serta kendaraan yang digunakan untuk berangkat ke sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu Dinas Sosial dalam menentukan siswa yang layak menerima beasiswa tidak mampu. Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan tersebut digunakan metode  Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio.     The rapid capital market development currently creates some opportunities and alternative for investor. On the other hand, the company should be compete to get fund from the investor. The company can get some fund by raising and selling some stock to investor in capital market. Related with the problem that is raised, the purpose of this research is provide empirical evidence concerning the effect of Current Ratio, Leverage Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Operating Profit Margin to the change in profit in automotive and components company. The object population of this research are automotive and components company listed on BEI and reported in Indonesian Capital Market Directory from 2011 to 2015, 5 company sample result by purposive sampling technique. Tools of data analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. Based on the result and study, it can generalized that : (1) Current Ratio has positive influence and significant to the changes in profit, (2) Leverage Ratio has positive influence and significant to the changes in profit, (3) Inventory Turnover hasn’t positive influence and significant to the changes in profit, and (4) Operating Profit Margin has positive influence and significant to the changes in profit.     The aims of this research are to know: level of productivity and income of cow farmers by artificial insemination, and natural farmer; in Tasikmalaya. Survey was the method used. There were 15 farmer as sampling unit of The Insemination Farmer and 17 the natural farmer. The result of the research can be concluded that: The produkductivity of artificial insemination farmer more than the productivity of natural farmer; both of the farmers were on equal fragnant productivity. It were one baby cow for one time of the fragnan. But the artificial insemination farmer have short interval. On 23 Th months the artificial insemination farmers have two times fragnant; the growth rate of the artificial insemination cow was faster then the growth rate of the natural cow. The baby cow by artificial insemination reach 105-110 kg on 4 Th months, but the natural were only 65-75 kg on 6-8 Th months. Net income of artificial insemination farmers were 5,65 percents on the total investments, while the natural farmer were 3,44 percent per month

    The purpose of this research was to determine the calculation of cost of goods sold of Wajik at Mrs. Sulasmi’s Cap Kuda Terbang Small and Medium Enterprise (UKM) in Kademangan, Blitar Regency. This research was carried out to figure out how to determine the selling price of Wajik, and to analyze whether the selling price was appropriate. The research method used in this research was qualitative approach so that it can develop and obtain in-depth findings. Data were obtained through interviews and observations. The data of interview and observation were subsequently analyzed to find out how to determine the selling price of Wajik at UKM Cap Kuda Terbang, and to analyze whether the prize has yet to be approriate. The technique used to check the validity of the data was the triangulation technique. Findings show that the cost of goods sold based on full costing method was higher than the cost of goods sold calculated by the company; it appears that there are differences in the calculation of cost of goods sold according to the company after being evaluated
