A study on a factor that influence job satisfaction among employees in Majlis Daerah Pontian / Muhammad Saufi Jamil

This research provides the factors that influence job satisfaction among employees at Majlis Daerah Pontian. The method that researcher used in collection data is primary and secondary data such as questionnaire, text books, journals, interview and others. The main objective in this research is to determine the most factors that influence job satisfaction and also the relationship between each factor with job satisfaction among employees to improve that employee’s performance. Job satisfaction is the important parts in organization where it helps the organization ensure their employees are comfortable and can perform their job as well. Job satisfaction will be dependent variable and the factors of job satisfaction will be the dependent variable. The factors that will tested in this research study on Majlis Daerah Pontian staff which are performance pay, motivation and work environment. The sample for this research study is consisting of 100 employees at Majlis Daerah Pontian. In addition, 84 complete questionnaires had been collected from respondents. To support the study, researcher used primary and secondary data such questionnaires, journals, book texts, interview, and article. In the questionnaire, it was be consist into five parts which are Part A, Part B, Part C, Part D, and Part E. As a conclusion, the researcher fined that performance pay, motivation and work environment have very good strength of the relationship in order to increase employee's job satisfaction at Majlis Daerah Pontian

Personal Document Management System

In definition, a document management system (DMS) is a computer system (or set of computer programs) used to track and store electronic documents and/or images of paper documents As people nowadays are constantly on the move and the wide spread availability of internet access, the usage of web based systems are increasing by leaps and bounds. And the amount of data and information that is being created and stored is getting bigger by the moment. Sometimes, people who are constantly on the move might forget to bring along their files and documents and there might be a situation when they will need those files and documents urgently. Most of the people might not even be aware of a system available online that would help them organize their files and documents. This might be caused by the fact that these systems are more oriented towards enterprises and businesses. Seeing this situation, the author has initiated a web based system project that is more oriented towards a more personal version of a document management system. This personal document management system will enable users to manage and organize their files easily .Files and documents will be stored centrally on a server and this centralization enables users to access them anytime anywhere through a web based portal. This personal management system is designed as an online system that is install on individual computers where it allows user to upload, retrieve, view, edit, delete, share and even send files to other users that uses the system. In the process of developing this system, the author has done online researches on similar systems and for information that are related to the development of the system. Along with a user intuitive interface with heavy emphasis on usage of icons and graphics, it makes it easier for users to understand the system and ultimately find it as a useful tool to make their everyday life easier

تحليل كتاب اللغة العربية لأستاذ لحم الدين لوبيس الماجستير "دراسة تحليلية مضمونية "=Analisis buku Bahasa Arab Karya Ustad Lahmuddin lubis,M.A (Studi Analisis Materi)”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui materi apa yang ada dalm buku Muhadastah Karya Drs. H.Lahmuddin, M.A, dan untuk mengetahui apakah materi ajar yang ada dala buku Muhadastah karya Drs. H.Lahmuddin, M.A sudah sesuai dengan materi yang sudah di tetapkan oleh kementerian agama berdasarkan (BSNP) Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan. Adapun metode penelitian yang dugunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian analisis deskripstif dengan pendekatan content analisys (analisis isi), dan adapun sumber utama adalah buku Muhadastah Drs. H.Lahmuddin, M.A, sedangkan metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan studi dokumen, Dan adapun hasil penelitian ini bahwa materi ajar dalam buku Muhadastah karya Drs. H.Lahmuddin, M.A terbagi menjadi tiga belas judul, adapun analisis materi pada buku tersebut peneliti menemukan bahwa materi yang disuguhkan dalam buku tersebut tidak sesuai dengan apa yang sudah di tetapkan oleh BNSP, dan pada setiap materi muhadastah tidak di temukan evaluasi

Experimental investigation of cf3i-co2 gas mixtures on the breakdown characteristics in uniform and nonuniform field configurations

This thesis is concerned with the investigation of trifluoroiodomethane (CF3I) gas mixtures as an alternative for an insulation medium in high voltage applications. The work has involved a broad review of literature, followed by developing a test rig for carrying out experimental investigations, extensive computational modelling and simulation studies as well as extensive laboratory tests on CF3I gas and its gas mixtures. The literature survey reviewed the current trend of efforts taken by researchers to find solutions for minimizing the usage of sulphur hexafluoride (SF6) as a gas insulator, focusing on CF3I and its mixtures. The physical properties of CF3I are investigated, along with thermal and electrical properties. A new test rig has been designed and constructed specifically to be used for gas insulation research. The test rig is integrated with wireless temperature and humidity sensors, as well as an electrode gap length control system. The test rig is completed with a gas recovery system to ensure proper gas handling is carried out after each test. Extensive laboratory experimental investigations on CF3I mixtures have been completed, focusing on the mixture of CF3I-CO2 gas with a ratio of 30%-70%. Standard lightning impulse of 1.2/50 has been used, with both positive and negative polarity. The effects of electrode configuration, impulse polarity, electrode gap length, gas pressure, and CF3I content have been investigated. Insulation properties such as 50% breakdown voltage (U50) and V-t characteristics for each test condition are investigated and presented, as well as the electric field behaviour. Finite element method (FEM) has been used to determine the electric field behaviour of a given test condition. This study revealed that CF3I gas mixtures perform better under more uniform field condition. It was also found that an increase in gas pressure will increase the insulation strength and an increase in CF3I content is more likely to give benefit in conditions with a more uniform field when compared to less uniform field conditions. Also, relation between liquefaction temperatures of a CF3I-CO2 mixture with varying CF3I content has been developed for various pressures based on literature. Observations on solid by-products of CF3I have also been carried out. It has been found that iodine particles are deposited on both high voltage and ground electrodes, which can affect the insulation properties of CF3I and its mixtures

The effectiveness of meditation techniques to overcome music performance anxiety among students of Faculty Music UiTM Shah Alam / Muhammad Saufi Nasyari

This study was carried out in January 2011 - January 2012 in the Faculty of Music, Universiti Teknologi Mara, Shah Alam. The scope of study focused on Degree music students during for this semester. This study was initiated based on problems and feedback from the students regarding feeling of nervous and anxious during their performance and poor performance in the forum and performance classes. The main objectives of this study were: 1) To gather the method to overcome performance anxiety 2) To understand how the method function 3) To identify whether the method works with the student. A survey questionnaire (Jun 2010) had been distributed directly to the music students in various places in the university to getting know the current situation of anxiety, then a meditation treatment were conducted which takes times of five weeks followed by interview on selective respondents in the faculty based on their belief in ability to change, responsibility, and attitude toward this technique since this can influence the treatment outcome (Smith, 1976: Benson, 1978: Franks, 1963). From the survey most of the students are facing their anxiety more during the performance rather than before and after a performance. Findings from the interview showed that meditation were beneficial in order to overcome anxiety problem for students in the Faculty of Music UiTM Shah Alam. Feeling calmer, relax, confidence and focus were reported which it was several effects of meditation. Unconsciously, it was also proved that by doing several methods that divided into two groups which was physical such as exercise, warm up, walking around, eat a banana or chocolate and non-physical such as scream out loud before the performance, talk to the person ones belief was not so effective to reduce anxiety compared to meditation

Mixture of CO2-N2 as a potential to SF6 insulation gas: an overview

Each equipment in the high voltage (HV) system must retain an appropriate electrical insulation for protection and to avoid any of leakage current [1]. Thus, the choice of insulation material is essential. There are three types of insulation medium which is gases, liquids, and solids. Previous research claims that at normal temperature and pressure, gas insulation was an excellent insulator. An excellent gaseous dielectric material, however, required a long list of demanding properties, for example, having an utmost dielectric strength, good heat transfer, environmental-friendly, high thermal constancy, and available at low cost

CURRICULUM REFERS TO KKNI AT THE PGMI STUDY PROGRAM AT UIN RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG

In accordance with PP No. 8 of 2012 and the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 73 of 2013 requires universities to implement a curriculum that refers to the IQF. In the PGMI study program, UIN Raden Fatah Palembang has implemented a curriculum system that refers to the KKNI. This study aims to determine the application of the curriculum referring to the KKNI in the PGMI study program of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. Where in this study, researchers look for sources of descriptive data in the form of words or opinions from research subjects. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The analysis technique of data collection, presentation and conclusion. Data analysis was carried out on data collection and after all were collected. The results show that in general the KKNI curriculum has been implemented in the PGMI UIN Raden Fatah Palembang study program which is decent and good.&nbsp
