Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Optimalisasi Laba (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Go Public Masuk Ke Dalam Daftar Jakarta Islamic Index Periode 2001-2005)

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Struktur Modal Terhadap Optimalisasi Laba (Studi Kasus PadaPerusahaan-Perusahaan Go Public masuk ke dalam daftar Jakarta Islamic Index periode 2001-2005). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peranan struktur modaldapat mempengaruhi optimalisasi (peningkatan) laba. Penelitian ini dilakukan denganmenggunakan analisis regresi dan analisis independent t test agar dapat diketahui ada atautidaknya pengaruh variabel struktur modal terhadap optimalisasi laba dan apakah ada perbedaanantara kondisi Perusahaan dengan struktur modal yang tinggi dan rendah dalam kaitannyadengan optimalisasi laba. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang masuk daftar JakartaIslamic Index. Alasan dipilihnya JII sebagai objek penelitian adalah pertama, karena selama inibelum banyak penelitian pada bidang keuangan meneliti pada indeks ini. Sehingga diharapkanpenelitian pada indeks ini dapat menambah wawasan akan objek penelitian yang selama ini diteliti.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal memiliki pengaruh terhadapoptimalisasi laba dengan nilai regresi -0,092 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,027 ( sig 5%). Sedangkanuji independent t test menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak, berarti tidak ada perbedaan terkait denganoptimalisasi laba baik pada Perusahaan dengan struktur modal tinggi dan rendah

Analisis Pembiasaan Perilaku Berliterasi dalam Upaya Peningkatan Karakter oleh Siswa Kelas VI SD

Beginning reading and writing are stages of the learning process for elementary school students. Various studies have shown that the habit of reading quality literature contributes to a person's level of intelligence. Reading helps someone to see problems from various perspectives and consider them as challenges that must be solved. It's the same with literacy. Has the meaning and implications of basic reading and writing skills to the acquisition and manipulation of knowledge through written texts, from the metalinguistic analysis of grammatical units to the structure of spoken and written texts. From the several survey institutions, Indonesia ranks bottom and this shows that literacy skills in Indonesia are still low. This research aims to determine the literacy skills of students at SMP St. Ignatius and know the right strategy to improve students' literacy skills. Exclusive data collection was carried out in class VI with a total of 22 students. This research starts from October to December 2022. The results of this mini research are that the class mini library is efficient for students' reading habits. Then, it can be seen that students basically have a desire to read even though there are those who read only at a glance and see the title first. This can be overcome if the teacher regularly pays attention to students' reading activities until finally they get used to reading activities. Pemberian Hak Nafkah Anak Pasca Perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Jambi

This thesis studies the Granting of Post-Divorce Children's Rights by using 2 decisions as a comparison. Based on Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Law Number 50 of 2009 concerning Religious Courts, Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 of 1975 Concerning the Implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Compilation of Islamic Law, and Judges' Courts Jambi religion. The research aims to find out and analyze how the implementation of judges' decisions on children's living rights after divorce in Jambi religious court. Formulation of the problem: (1) How is the granting of post divorce rights in the Jambi Religious Court? (2) What are the factors in the non-implementation of post divorce rights for child divorce in the Jambi Religious Court? Research using empirical juridical legal methods related to the provision of children's living rights after divorce, giving children the right to life is very often, parents ignore their responsibilities so that it does not run in accordance with the contents of the Judges' Decision because the implementation of this ruling lacks concern for the parties to get their rights in accordance with the contents of the Court's decision. The cause is economic factors and communication factors that have broken up after the divorce. While the efforts taken by the mother if the husband does not pay the cost of living then he can submit an execution to the Religious Court. Berlasndaskan Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, Undang-undang Nomor 50 Tahun 2009 Tentang Peradilan Agama, Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 1975 Tentang Pelaksanaan Undang-undang Nomor 1 Tahun 1974 Tentang Perkawinan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam, serta Putusan Hakim Pengadilan Agama Jambi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pelaksanaan putusan hakim terhadap hak nafkah anak pasca perceraian di pengadilan agama jambi. Rumusan masalah: (1) Bagaimana Pemberian Hak Nafkah Anak Pasca Perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Jambi? (2) Apa Faktor-faktor tidak terlaksananya Pemberian Hak Nafkah Anak Pasca Perceraian di Pengadilan Agama Jambi? Penelitian menggunakan metode hukum yuridis empiris terkait pemberian hak nafkah anak pasca perceraian, pemberian hak nafkah anak sering sekali, orang tua mengabaikan tanggung jawabnya sehingga tidak berjalan sesuai dengan isi Putusan Majelis Hakim dikarenakan Pelaksanaan putusan ini kurang adanya perhatian bagi para pihak untuk mendapatkan hak nya sesuai dengan isi putusan Pengadilan. Penyebabnya adalah faktor ekonomi dan faktor komunikasi yang telah putus setelah terjadinya perceraian. Sedangkan upaya yang ditempuh oleh ibu jika suami tidak membayar biaya nafkah maka ia dapat mengajukan eksekusi ke Pengadilan Agama. Kata Kunci : Nafkah; Anak; Perceraia

Perkawinan di Bawah Umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi

The purpose of the study in this writing is to find out and analyze whatfactors cause the people of Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, to carry out underage marriages and what efforts are made in preventing the occurrence of underage marriages in the community in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The formulation of the research problem is what factors cause the occurrence of underage marriages in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency, then what efforts are made in preventing the occurrence of underage marriages in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency. The results of this study that what causes underage marriages in Maro Sebo Kabuparen Muaro Jambi District are factors of facilities or facilities, community factors and cultural factors that cause underage marriages. The efforts made by law enforcement as a preventive measure are that the KUA itself has enforced a law that does not immediately grant marriage permits if both parties are minors except for those who have received a dispensation letter from the court providing socialization to the community in Maro Sebo District, Muaro Jambi Regency so that underage marriages can be controlled. In addition, the acting party provides socialization to parents, the community and the side of the prospective couple it self. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian pada penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan masyarakat Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi melakukan perkawinan di bawah umur serta upaya apa saja dalam pencegahan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Rumusan masalah penelitian adalah faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, kemudian upaya apa saja dalam pencegahan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut penulis menggunakan metode yuridis empiris. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa yang menyebabkan terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabuparen Muaro Jambi adalah faktor rendahnya pendidikan, faktor ekonomi, dan faktor hamil di luar nikah yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya perkawinan di bawah umur. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh penegak hukum sebagai upaya dalam mengatur  pencegahan perkawinan di bawah umur yaitu pihak KUA sendiri telah menegakkan hukum dalam hal secara tidak langsung memberikan izin menikah kepada kedua belah pihak yang masih berada di bawah umur kecuali bagi mereka yang sudah mendapatkan surat dispensasi dari pengadilan memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di Kecamatan Maro Sebo Kabupaten Muaro Jambi agar perkawinan di bawah umur bisa terkendali. Selain itu, darin pihak penjabat memberikan sosialisasi kepada orang tua, masyarakat dan sisi calon pasangan itu sendiri.

Sociopragmatics Competence in The Characteristics of Banyumas Community Blakasuta

Banyumas people have characteristics and personalities that can be observed through the use of language. This is seen in terms of lexical peculiarities, tone of speech, and grammar structure. Banyumas language is used as the identity of banyumas people who are blakasuta (cablaka, thokmelong, outspoken). With this identity, it can be described how the sociopragmatics competence of banyumas people. This sociopragmatics competency is related to the ability of banyumas people to use language in accordance with certain social contexts or certain social conditions. which are understood by speakers and identify models of communication competencies in banyumas people who are blakasuta. The purpose of this study was to uncover the characteristics of blakasuta used in banyumas community and identify the forms of speech resulting in daily communication. This research is qualitative descriptive research using a sociopragmatics approach. The method of data collection uses observation techniques by interviewing directly to the informant. The results of this study show that the characteristics of banyumas people who are blakasuta can show the sociopragmatics competence of banyumas people in speech. Banyumas community communication patterns can be identified from the form of speech acts, type of speech acts, and speech acts strategy in each communication process. This cannot be separated from the cultural characteristics of banyumas people. Pragmatics competence relates to the cultural principles underlying the way banyumas people communicate, namely the principle of respecting others and the principle of avoiding open conflict to maintain a harmonious relationship.Keywords: Sociopragmatics, Blakasuta, Banyuma

DAMPAK TATA KELOLA PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA (PKL) TERHADAP KINERJA USAHA (STUDI PADA PKL WILAYAHSEKITAR KAMPUS DI KOTA JAMBI)

The goal of this research is to identify factors that influence the street vendor’s governance (PKL) around some universities in Jambi city. It also intended to explain the impact of PKL governance on business performance by quantitative model. The data analysis is divided into two, namely descriptive and inferential statistics. The inferential statistics employs Partial Least Square (PLS).The samples are taken based on purposive sampling method;a judgement method with 7,5% assumption on street vendors around universities in Jambi city. The result indicates that human resource and operational management have effect on business performance, while finance and marketing have no effect on business performance. Hence, governance model on the future should be considered human resource as the primary asset of PKL

EFFECT OF FINANCIAL ACCESS ON MSME BUSINESS PERFORMANCE, THE MODERATING ROLE OF FINANCIAL LITERACY (STUDY ON YOUTH ENTREPRENEURIAL GROUP IN JAMBI CITY)

This study aims to determine the effect of financial access on business performance by testing the moderation effect of financial literacy on entrepreneurial youth groups in Jambi city. Using a survey research design, the questionnaire was distributed to 252 respondents. Hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM analysis tools with Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the entire hypothesis was accepted. This proves that financial access affects the business performance of MSMEs and financial literacy acts as a moderation variable
