Efektifitas Pembelajaran Fikome (Finger Painting, Kolase Dan Menganyam) Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Halus Anak
Motoric development is the development of body movement control that coordinated and is one of very important factor in a child's development as a whole. The aim of this research is to know the effectiveness of the learning method of FIKOME in improving child’s fine motor skills. The population of this research is B1 and B2 Grade of TK Pengayoman, amount of 57 pupils, with the samples number of 30 pupils. The technique used is random sampling, where the researcher limits the subject based on predetermined characteristics, and share them at random into two groups, namely the Group of experimental and control group. The data collection instrument uses of fine motor ability scale. B#ased on the research results, that occur of score differences of the research subject in experimental group. The difference can be seen from the difference of the mean score of follow up and posttest, pretest, measurement results. This means that the majority of the trainees are given preferential treatment in the form of FIKOME learning experiences increased of his/her fine motoric capability. Score sig p = 0.05 with a score of 0.024 < with mean scored on the control group is 13.67 and on experimental groups namely 25.40. The hypothesis testing is done by a non parametric tests, and can be drawn the conclusion that of the effectively FIKOME’s learning to improve fine motor ability of children who viewed from the post-test value
Hubungan Pola Asuh Permisif dan Konformitas dengan Perilaku Merokok
In Indonesia, the prevalence of smoking people aged 15 years and over is quite high, based
on Riskesdas 2018 that there is an increase in the smoking prevalence of people aged 18
years from 7.2% in 2013 to 9.1% in 2018 which is dominated by male smokers. This study
aims to determine the relationship between permissive parenting and conformity with
smoking behavior. The major hypothesis proposed is a significant positive relationship
between permissive parenting and conformity with smoking behavior. The minor hypothesis
proposed a significant positive relationship between permissive parenting and smoking
behavior and a significant positive relationship between conformity and smoking behavior.
The study population was male students who attended SMA Negeri 1 Banyudono 2020. The
sampling technique used multistage cluster random sampling, from 25 classes, 6 classes were
taken randomly so that 53 male students smoked. The study used three scales, namely the
permissive parenting scale, conformity scale, and smoking behavior scale. The data analysis
technique used multiple regression analysis using SPSS for Windows. The results of the data
analysis showed that there was a very significant positive relationship between permissive
parenting and conformity with smoking behavior, the F value was 8.259 and sig. (p) = 0.001
(p <0.01). Then there is a significant negative relationship between permissive parenting and
smoking behavior with a coefficient value (rx1y) -0.241 and (p) = 0.041 (p <0.05) and there
is a very significant negative relationship between conformity and smoking behavior with a
coefficient value (rx2y) of -0.485 and (p) = 0.000 (p <0.01). The categorization results

showed the level of permissive parenting, conformity, and smoking behavior in the moderate
category. The effective contribution of permissive parenting and conformity to smoking
behavior was 24.8%
Pelatihan Belajar Mandiri Untuk Meningkatkan Disiplin Belajar Siswa SMP DAN SMA LB D YPAC Surakarta
Learning discipline is needed by students to achieve their learning goals. Based on the the result of the pre-assesment, the learning discipline of YPAC students was low. This study examined the effectiveness of training on self directed learning in improving the learning discipline of the students of a junior high school and a senior high school with special education. This was an pre-post control experimental study, and the objects of the study were 26 students. The participants were divided into two groups by random assigment, 13 students for the experiment and the other 13 students for the control group. The Training on self directed learning was conducted in 8 sessions within 3 days. The sessions included the introduction, the setting of the purpose, the self evaluation, the self directing, the self consequences, the time management, and the strategy instructions. These sessions used discussion, games, and movies watching techniques. The data was measured using disicpline scale (α=0.939). The analysis of the study used the Mean Whitney and Wilcoxon test. The research finding shows that the training on self directed learning was not significantly effective enough in improving the student’s learning discipline. The increase of the student’s learning discipline did not last long. It decreased significantly in three weeks after the training period. In addition, the result of the study shows that there was not any significant difference between the students that were given the training and those that were not given the training. The factors that caused the low degree of effectiveness of the training were mortality, The result of distribution, sampling higher on the control group, age ranges too far and for improving learning discipline a continous program is needed. Although, the result not effective enough, Although, the result not effective enough, 5 students get benefit from the training. Kepercayaan Diri Generasi Milenial Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram
Social media is a medium for expressing themselves to each user, one of which is expressing the self-confidence of each user. The purpose of this study was to understand the level of self-confidence of Instagram social media users among the millennial generation. A qualitative phenomenological approach was used to achieve the research objectives with participants in the age range of 23-24 years, teenagers using Instagram actively and actively uploading photo feeds and stories. The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the millennial generation of Instagram users varies greatly in expressing themselves which is shown by displaying their hobbies and hobbies. such as going on vacation, putting on makeup, singing, or showing off their best-looking OOTD on Instagram. The goal is to build their self-image, gain recognition from the surrounding environment. Without realizing it, Instagram users spend hours accessing Instagram, so that time is wasted and becomes unproductive. Therefore the importance of awareness of Instagram users to be wise in accessing Instagram and doing more activities in the real world to be more productive
Hubungan Antara Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Minat Belajar Matematika Pada Siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Wonogiri
Matematika merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang kurang di minati kebanyakan siswa untuk menumbuhkan rasa minat selain guru yang berpengaruh di butuhkan dukungan keluarga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan minat belajar pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 4 wonogiri. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara dukungan keluarga dengan minat belajar pada siswa Smk Muhammadiyah 4 wonogiri. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa/siswi SMK Muhammadiyah 4 wonogiri dengan sampel yang berjumlah 88. pengukuran sampel menggunakan cluster random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala dukungan keluarga dan skala minat belajar. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dari Pearson. Hasil analisis diperoleh data koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,367 dengan Signifikansi p=0,000 ( p≤0,01). Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan minat belajar pada siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 4 wonogiri, yang berarti hipotesis diterima ada hubungan yang positif antara dukungan keluarga dengan minat belajar. Sumbangan efektif dari variabel dukungan keluarga dengan variabel minat belajar adalah 13,4% , hal ini berarti masih terdapat 86,6% variabel-variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat belajar. Variabel minat belajar mempunyai rerata empirik (RE) sebesar 79,23 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 67,5 yang berarti minat belajar pada siswa tergolong tinggi. Variabel dukungan keluarga diketahui rerata empirik (RE) sebesar 52,88 dan rerata hipotetik (RH) sebesar 62,5 yang berarti tergolong tinggi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungan keluarga dengan minat belajar. Semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga yang di miliki siswa, maka akan semakin tinggi minat belajar siswa, sebaliknya semakin rendahdukungan keluarga maka semakin rendah pula minta belajar
Hubungan Antara Kecerdasan Emosi Dengan Pembelian Impulsif Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence with impulsive buying. Subjects in this study were housewife at Kebonan Surakarta City with criteria women aged 18-40 years, marital status married, and work status as housewife. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection tool used in this study is the scale of emotional intelligence and impulsive buying. Data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation technique. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) = -0.288 with (sig.) = 0,021 (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant negative relationship between emotional intelligence and impulsive buying. Negative relationships in this study indicate that the higher emotional intelligence received, the lower impulsive buying. On the contrary, the more emotional intelligence is received, the higher impulsive buying. Effective contribution to emotional intelligence for impulsive buying of 8,3%.

Hubungan Antara Kematangan Emosi Dengan Perundungan Media Sosial Instagram Pada Remaja
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of emotional maturity with cyberbullying among adolescents instagram users. The hypothesis is there is a negative relationship between emotional maturity with cyberbullying among adolescents instagram users. Subjects in this study were 89 students drawn from3 class XI SMA N Colomadu of 9 classes contained in a class XI so this research using random cluster sampling technique. Data collection tool in this study using a scale of emotional maturity and cyberbullying. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation using SPSS 16.0. Based on the analysis results obtained from this study is the correlation (r) = -0.288 with sig (p) = 0.003, which means that there is a relationship / significant negative correlation between emotional maturity with cyberbullying.Variable emotional maturity has the empirical mean (RE) of 78.74 and the mean hypothetical (RH) of 55 which means that the level of emotional maturity class XI student of SMAN Colomadu classified as very tinggi.Variabel cyberbullying has the empirical mean (RE) of 32.52 and the mean hypothetical (RH) of 37.5, which means that the level of cyberbullying behavior class XI SMA N Colomadu low. Effective contribution towards cyberbullying emotional maturity of 8.3%, which means 91.7% are other factors that influence the behavior of adolescent cyberbullying

This study aims to understand the time management of married college students. This study uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection method in this study used the interview method. Respondents in this study consisted of 3 active married students at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The results showed that the problem of respondents being married students, one of which was the problem of time management. How to manage these problems by planning work, controlling emotions, making schedules and alarms, and setting priorities. One respondent is able to manage time, one respondent is less able to manage time and one is quite able to manage time. The time management aspect consists of setting goals and priorities, time management techniques or mechanics, and time control. Hubungan Efikasi Diri Dengan Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 1 Kedawung
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self-efficacy with work readiness in students. The hypothesis proposed is: there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness for students. The population in this study was 520 students of class XII SMK NEGERI 1 Kedawung with a sample of 194 people. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The method used is quantitative with a measuring instrument in the form of self-efficacy scale, and work readiness scale. Data analysis was performed by product moment correlation analysis. Based on data analysis between self-efficacy variables and work readiness obtained correlation coefficient (r) of 0.410 and (p) of 0.000 (p <0.05). This means that there is a very significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness for students. The self-efficacy variable affects work readiness by 16.8% then there are 83.2% other variables that affect work readiness beyond the self-efficacy variable
