    An Online Algorithm for 3D Signal Recognition Based on Ethesis Evaluation

    目前,各种传感器广泛应用于各种智能系统中,但对这些传感器信号的识别大多以传统的模式识别方法来完成,而这些方法一般都需要训练样本集进行学习或者需要一些先验知识。本文提出了一种新的基于感知评价的方法。该方法通过对加速传感器的三维信号进行提取、分割和识别来完成动作的识别。在信号识别阶段,我们把曲线转为一种加权图结构,我们称之为简单线形图。通过这个结构,构造了线性简单图之间相似性的一个评价函数,并用来对两个图结构进行相似性评价,最终完成动作的识别。该方法使用了三维信号的空间拓扑结构信息和极小样本,而不依赖于先验知识和大量训练样本。而且该方法是一个在线算法,能够满足很多应用的实时性要求。最后,给出了该方法的实验结果。Nowadays,there are so many kinds of sensors which have been widely used in intelligent systems.The signals of these sensors are recognized by the traditional pattern recognition methods,which need huge training sample sets or experts' knowledge.In the article,we propose a new method which is mostly based on ethesis evaluation.It obtains original signals,does segmentation and recognition of the signals and then recognizes the action what the signal means.In the stage of signal recognition,it uses comparison and similarity of two curves.We turn the curves to weight graphs which we call simple linear graphs.Using this structure,we construct an evaluation function for comparison.Our method uses the space topological information and very little samples instead of huge training sets or experts' knowledge.Moreover,it is an online algorithm,which benefits many real-time applications.Finally,we present the results of our experiment.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40627001

    在参阅相关文献的基础上,对PAl-kIng模糊算法进行了改进,提出了自适应阈值的图像模糊边缘检测算法,并将其应用于海洋浮游植物细胞图像识别中;此外图像的预处理中采用了自适应的相对模糊增强,其对边缘信息进行相对增强的同时,也有效地抑制了噪声,对边缘检测的效果有了很大的改善;最后将算法结果与CAnny算子,PAl-kIng算子所做的边缘检测结果进行比较,显示出较好的效果。Refer to the literature,improved Pal-King fuzzy algorithm and put forward the adaptive threshold of the images fuzzy edge detection algorithm,and applicated it on the recognition of marine phytoplankton cells image.Besides,the relative self-adaptive fuzzy enhancement also has been used before edge detection,it has increased the edge information and suppressed the noise simultaneously,which has greatly improved the effect of edge detection.At last,compared with the result of canny operator and showed great result.国家自然科学基金资助项目(40627001

    Effects of Moxibustion on Gastric Stress Ulcer Rats' Apoptosis Protein Phosphorylation

    目的:研究艾灸对应激性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜细胞凋亡蛋白质磷酸化的影响,探讨艾灸促进胃黏膜损伤修复的信号转导机制。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胃经穴组和对照点组,采用束缚冷应激法制作应激性胃溃疡大鼠模型,肉眼观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤程度,APOPTOSIS MICrOArrAy SlIdES芯片检测胃黏膜细胞凋亡蛋白质磷酸化水平。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组和对照点组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数值均显著降低(P<0.05);与对照点组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数显著降低(P<0.05);APOPTOSIS MICrOArrAy SlIdES芯片检测结果显示:与模型组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜细胞10种蛋白质磷酸化水平上调,其中bCl-Xl、MCl-1、bCl-2、IAPS 4种蛋白磷酸化水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);18种蛋白质磷酸化水平下调,其中Tnf、fAS、APAf-1、CASPASE-3、CASPASE-9、bAX 6种蛋白质磷酸化水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:艾灸可促进胃黏膜的损伤修复,调节多种凋亡相关信号蛋白质的磷酸化水平,并且存在一定的经脉脏腑相关性。Objective: To study the effects of moxibustion on apoptosis protein phosphorylation in rats with gastric stress ulcer and to explore the signal transduction mechanisms promoting gastric mucosal injury and repairing moxibustion.Methods: The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,stomach meridian group and the control point groups and each group had 10 rats.The stress ulcer rat model was established by using restraint cold stress method.We observed the rat gastric mucosa injury degree and Apoptosis Microarray Slides microarray was used to observe the gastric apoptosis protein phosphorylation levels.Results: Compared with the model group,the gastric mucosa injury index values of control point and meridian groups were significantly lower( P < 0.05).Compared with the control point group,a significant reduction in rat gastric mucosa injury index was in meridian group( P < 0.05).Apoptosis Microarray Slides microarray results showed that 10 kinds of protein phosphorylation levels increased,among which Bcl- XL,Mcl- 1,Bcl-2 and IAPs protein phosphorylation levels were statistically significant( P < 0.01,P < 0.05) and 18 kinds of protein phosphorylation levels decreased,among which TNF,Fas,Apaf- 1,Caspase- 3,Caspase- 9 and Bax protein phosphorylation levels were statistically significant( P < 0.01,P < 0.05).Conclusion: Moxibustion can promote gastric mucosal injury and repair and regulate phosphorylation of several proteins related to apoptotic signals and there is a certain correlation between the meridians organs.国家自然科学基金项目(30960484;81260556

    Y型聚乙二醇干扰素琢-2b注射液治疗HCV基因2/3型慢性丙型肝炎患者疗效和安全性的多中心随机对照试验研究

    目的以标准剂量的聚乙二醇干扰素(Peg IFN)α-2a联合利巴韦林作为阳性对照,评价新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b注射液联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者的疗效和安全性。方法采用多中心、随机开放、阳性药对照的Ⅲ期临床试验,筛选符合要求的2型/3型CHC患者,按照2:1的比例随机分配到Y型Peg IFNα-2b组和Peg IFNα-2a组,同时口服利巴韦林,疗程24 w,停药随访24 w。采用Abbott Real Time HCV Genotype II检测HCV基因型,采用Cobas Taq Man实时定量PCR法检测血清HCV RNA水平。详细记录不良事件。主要疗效指标为持续病毒学应答(SVR),并进行非劣效检验。结果本试验实际入组2型/3型CHC患者255例,实际治疗241例。全分析集(FAS)数据显示,158例试验组和83例对照组患者SVR分别为85.4%(95%CI 79.94%~90.94%)和79.5%(95%CI 70.84%~88.20%,P=0.2402);对符合方案分析集(PPS)人群分析显示,试验组和对照组患者SVR分别为87.9%(95%CI 82.45%~93.27%)和85.9%(95%CI 77.82%~94.01%,P=0.7060),率差的95%可置信区间均符合非劣效标准;对PPS人群分析显示,85.8%受试者获得了早期病毒学应答(RVR),RVR的阳性预测值为90.1%;试验组和对照组不良事件发生率相似,分别为95.6%和95.2%,严重不良事件发生率分别为3.8%和3.6%。结论应用Peg IFNα联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型CHC患者,新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b具有与对照药物Peg IFNα-2a相似的疗效和安全性。国家科技部“十二五”重大专项(编号:2012ZX10002-003);“重大新药创制”十二五科技重大专项(编号:2012ZX09303019)

    目的研究艾灸对胃黏膜损伤修复相关细胞信号蛋白质的影响,探讨艾灸促进胃黏膜损伤修复的分子机制。方法40只Sd大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胃经穴组和对照点组各10只,采用束缚冷应激法建立应激性胃溃疡大鼠模型,胃经穴组大鼠造模后鼠板束缚,艾灸胃经“梁门“、“足三里“穴位;对照点组鼠板束缚,艾灸对照点;空白组和模型组仅鼠板束缚,各组均每次20MIn,每日1次,持续12天。应用蛋白质指纹图谱技术和疏水芯片、亲水芯片、金属离子螯合芯片检测各组大鼠胃黏膜细胞蛋白质指纹图谱,对比分析各组的差异蛋白质质荷比峰。结果各组蛋白质指纹图谱比较,3个芯片共检测出10个标志蛋白质差异表达,其中疏水芯片有3个标志蛋白质表达差异,分子量分别是2736dA、6985dA、7324dA;亲水芯片有1个标志蛋白质表达差异,分子量是4561dA;金属离子螯合芯片有6个标志蛋白质表达差异,分子量分别是1034dA、2136dA、3261dA、4871dA、7586dA、8267dA。结论艾灸可调节胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠多种相关信号蛋白质的差异表达,这可能是其促进胃黏膜损伤修复的分子机制之一。Objective To study the effect of moxibustion on gastric mucosal injury repair related cell signaling proteins and its molecular mechanism.Methods Forty SD rats were randomized into the normal(blank)group,model group,stomach channel point group and control point group,with 10in each.The stress ulcer rat models were established with restraint cold stress method.The stomach channel point group was given moxibustion on Liangmen(ST21)and Zusanli(ST36).The control point group was given moxibustion on the control points.The rats in the blank and model groups were tied with mouse board only.Each group was given corresponding measures 20min each time and once daily for 12days.The mucosal cell protein fingerprint was detected with protein fingerprinting,hydrophobic chip,hydrophilic chip and metal ion chelating chip.The mass-to-charge ratio of differential protein in each group was compared and analyzed.Results Comparison of protein fingerprints in each group showed that 10signs of differentially expressed proteins were detected in 3chips.Three signs of differentially expressed proteins were detected in hydrophobic chip and their molecular weights were 2736Da,6985Da and7324Da.One sign of differentially expressed protein was detected in hydrophilic chip and its molecular weight was 4561Da.Six signs of differentially expressed proteins were detected in metal ion chelating chip and their molecular weights were 1034Da,2136Da,3261Da,4871Da,7586Da and 8267Da.Conclusion Moxibustion can regulate the differential expression in a variety of related signaling proteins and promote the repairation of gastric mucosal injury.国家自然科学基金资助项目(30960484;81260556); 江西省自然(青年)科学基金资助项目(2008GZY0022); 江西省教育厅2009年度科技计划资助项目(GJJ09280

    Regulation of moxibustion for expression of gastric mucosa cell-related marker protein in rats with acute gastric ulcer

    目的:探讨艾灸促进胃黏膜损伤修复的相关物质基础。方法:将45只Sd大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、胃经穴组和对照点组,其中模型组15只,另3组每组10只。除正常组外,其余各组采用束缚-冷应激法制作胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,胃经穴组和对照点组予以悬灸胃经穴“梁门““足三里“和对照点(“梁门“、“足三里“两穴外侧旁开1CM处),每日1次,连续治疗12d。12d后光镜下观察胃黏膜形态学变化,蛋白质指纹图谱技术和弱阳离子、弱阴离子芯片检测大鼠胃黏膜细胞蛋白质指纹图谱,对比分析各组的差异蛋白质质/荷比峰。结果:与模型组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数值降低(P<0.05),胃黏膜形态学明显改善,与对照点组比较,胃经穴组大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数变化和形态学改善明显(P<0.05);弱阳离子芯片检测结果显示有4个标志蛋白质表达差异,艾灸胃经穴可调节分子量为1354dA、5692dA和8432dA 3个标志蛋白质表达升高(均P<0.05),3287dA标志蛋白质表达下降(P<0.05);弱阴离子芯片检测结果有3个标志蛋白质表达差异,艾灸胃经穴可调节分子量为2412dA、3026dA和6475dA 3个标志蛋白质表达升高(均P<0.05)。结论:艾灸胃经穴可调节急性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜细胞相关标志蛋白质差异表达,促进胃黏膜损伤的修复,效果优于穴位旁开1CM处。Objective To explore relevant material basis of moxibustion for recovering gastric mucosal lesion.Methods Forty-five SD rats were randomly divided into a normal group,a model group,an acupoint group and a control group,15rats in the model group and 10rats in the rest three groups.Except the normal group,binding and cold stress method were used to establish gastric mucosa injury model.The suspended moxibustion was applied in the acupoint group and control group at acupoints of the stomach meridian("Liangmen"(ST 21)and"Zusanli"(ST 36))and control acupoints(laterally 1cm next to the"Liangmen"(ST 21)and"Zusanli"(ST 36)),once a day,consecutively for 12days.After 12days,morphology of gastric mucosal was observed under optical microscope;protein fingerprints of gastric mucosa cell in rats were detected by protein fingerprint technology,weak cation chip and weak anion chip.Also mass to charge ratio of differential proteins in groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the model group,index of gastric mucosal lesion in the acupoint group was reduced and its morphology was obviously improved(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,index and morphology of gastric mucosal lesion were significantly improved in the acupoint group(P<0.05).According to test of weak cation chip,there was four marker proteins that had expression differences,indicating moxibustion at acupoints of stomach meridian could increase expression of three marker protein whose molecular weight was 1354Da,5692Da and 8432Da(all P<0.05)while reduce expression of marker protein with molecular weight of 3287Da(P<0.05).According to test of weak anion chip,moxibustion at acupoints of stomach meridian could increase expression of three marker proteins whose molecular weight was 2412Da,3026Da and 6475Da(all P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at acupoints of the stomach meridian could regulate differential expression of gastric mucosa cell-related marker protein in rats with acute gastric ulcer and recover gastric mucosal lesion,it's effect is better than that of the points of laterally 1cm next to acupoint.国家自然科学基金项目:30960484;81260556; 江西省自然科学基金项目:2008GZY002
