Pre-Employment Training with Other Universities and Clinical Practice in Basic Nursing Education -Analysis of Celebrate Graduation Follow-up Training Questionnaire-
藍野大学では2020年度から4年生を対象に看護技術や,社会的スキルを復習する研修を3月に実施している.2023年度は私立看護系大学協議会 地区活動プロジェクトモデル事業へ採択され,摂南大学と合同で第1部「災害看護演習」と第2部「看護技術演習」の構成で行った.より一層の発展をしながら4年目を迎える本取り組みについて今後の課題を明らかにしたいと考え,自記式質問紙調査を行った.第一部では47名の参加者に対し40部回答が得られ,回収率は85.1%であった(有効回答率100%).第二部では51名の参加者に対し31部回答が得られ,回収率は60.8%であった(有効回答率100%).どちらも概ね満足度は高く,臨床を想定した項目や他大学の教員や学生,臨床の看護師を招いたことに対して好評を得た.学生は実践的な学びのニーズが高いため,臨床との関わりや体験型の演習を積極的に取り入れ更なる質の向上を図る必要がある.Since FY2020, Aino University has been conducting a training program in March for fourth-year students to review nursing skills and social skills. This year, the program was adopted by the Council of Private Nursing Colleges as a model project for district activities, and consisted of Part 1: “Disaster Nursing Exercise” and Part 2: “Nursing Skills Exercise”. A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted for each part of the exercise in order to further develop this project, which is now in its fourth year, and to clarify future issues. In the first part, 40 responses were obtained from 47 participants, for a collection rate of 85.1% (100% valid response rate). In the second session, 31 responses were received from 51 participants, for a response rate of 60.8% (100% valid response rate). In both cases, the level of satisfaction was generally high, with positive feedback received for items that were designed to be clinical and for inviting faculty, students, and clinical nurses from other universities. Since students have a high need for practical learning, it is necessary to further improve the quality of the program by actively incorporating clinical involvement and hands-on exercises.repor

大面积闪烁光纤阵列探测器的在束测试
利用70 AMeV26Mg初级束流及其产生的次级束流,在兰州重离子加速器放射性次级束流线(RIBLL)终端测试了大面积闪烁光纤阵列探测器(LASFA)探测单元的时间分辨和位置分辨能力。利用70 AMeV26Mg初级束流测试得到的时间分辨约为128 ps,对应的位置分辨约为10 mm;利用次级束流测试得到的时间分辨约为158 ps,对应的位置分辨约为13 mm,具有很好的时间分辨和空间角分辨能力。结合RIBLL的ΔESi探测器,给出了ΔESi-TOF二维谱,并将测试结果与RIBLL的粒子鉴别系统进行详细比较。结果表明,大面积闪烁光纤阵列作为轻带电粒子的飞行时间终止探测器,性能优于RIBLL上采用的时间拾取探测器,可更清楚地鉴别次级束流
