    能源问题一直是我国经济发展中的焦点和热点问题。在保证我国经济快速增长的前提下,尽可能降低我国经济增长对能源消费的依赖,节约能源,降低我国能源的消费量已经是我国经济发展面临的最迫切问题。然而通过提高我国能源使用效率的提高是否真的会降低我国能源消费量,也即著名的“杰文斯矛盾”(Jevons’Paradox)在我国是否成立,仍是有待进一步研究的问题。本文基于内生经济增长理论,从理论与实证的角度对上述问题进行深入研究,分析了能源使用效率提高对我国能源消费的影响效果,并计算了能源使用效率的提高对降低能源消费的影响效果,也即回弹效应(ReboundEffects)的大小,进而给出降低能源消费量的政策建议。...Energy issues has been the focus of economic development in china.     Nonlinear local stabilization control of flexible satellite attitude system

    本文针对挠性卫星姿态机动和振动抑制问题,给出一种基于多项式平方和(SuM Of SQuArES,SOS)的非线性局部镇定控制方法.根据姿态系统结构特征,在此基础上,采用SOS结合S-PrOCEdurE理论,得出相应的非线性局部可镇定条件.该条件可借助有效凸优化工具进行检验,当优化问题可解时,可构造非线性姿态控制器的解析解.最后,将文中方法应用于某型挠性卫星姿态控制.仿真结果表明,在实现大角度姿态快速机动的同时,有效抑制了挠性附件振动.Based on the polynomial sum of squares(SOS) techniques, a nonlinear local stabilization control approach is proposed for the problem of flexible satellite attitude maneuver and vibration suppression.According to the structural features of attitude system, a nonlinear local stabilization controller is developed and the complexity of attitude control design is reduced effectively by employing a separation principle for the reduced-order observer and state feedback.On this basis, the corresponding conditions of nonlinear local stabilization, which can be checked through convex optimization algorithms, are presented by using the SOS and S-procedure theory, and the analytical solution of nonlinear attitude controller can be constructed if the optimization problem is solvable.Finally, this method is applied to the attitude control of a flexible satellite and the simulation results show that both the fast large angle attitude maneuver and the vibration suppression are well realized.国家自然科学基金资助项目(61374037); 高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金资助项目(20110121110017

    目的研究索拉非尼联合塞来昔布在体外对胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1增殖的影响。方法体外培养人胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1,通过MTT法检测索拉非尼单用或与塞来昔布联用时对胆管癌细胞株增殖的抑制作用,WESTErn blOT分析索拉非尼单用或与塞来昔布联用时对胆管癌细胞株内多聚AdP核糖聚合酶(PArP)蛋白表达的影响。结果索拉非尼抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖并诱导细胞凋亡。索拉非尼联合塞来昔布协同抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖。塞来昔布使索拉非尼诱导的胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的凋亡增加。结论索拉非尼联合塞来昔布能协同抑制胆管癌细胞株Sk-CHA-1的增殖,这与塞来昔布使索拉非尼诱导的细胞凋亡增加有关。Objective To investigate the effect of sorafenib and celecoxib combination therapy on proliferation of human cholangiocarcinoma(CC) cells,using the cultured SK-ChA-1 cell line.Methods Inhibition of SK-ChA-1 cell proliferation by sorafenib alone and in combination with celecoxib was studied in vitro using the MTT assay.The anti-neoplastic mechanisms of sorafenib alone and in combination with celecoxib were assessed by Western blot detection of changes in the caspase cleavage substrate poly ADP-ribose polymerase(PARP).Results SK-ChA-1 cells treated with sorafenib alone showed a dose-dependent growth inhibition and degradation of PARP.Combination treatment with sorafenib and celecoxib synergistically increased the growth inhibition effects and enhanced the degradation of PARP.Conclusion Combination treatment with sorafenib and celecoxib results in a synergistic anti-proliferative effect in the human CC cell line SK-ChA-1;the addition of celecoxib enhances sorafenib-induced apoptosis.国家自然科学基金资助项目(81072014

    目的:基于中医传承辅助平台软件,分析王彦晖教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。方法:收集并筛选王教授于厦门燕来福国医堂治疗消化系统肿瘤病案,录入中医; 传承辅助平台软件,运用软件集成的数据分析方法,分析王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤的用药规律。结果:筛选出治疗消化系统肿瘤处方672首,分析得出其治疗消化; 系统肿瘤常用药物包括茯苓、陈皮、姜半夏、莪术、三棱、党参、白术、龙骨、牡蛎等,并演化出4首治疗消化系统肿瘤的新处方。结论:王教授治疗消化系统肿瘤; 以益气健脾、理气化痰、祛瘀散结为基本大法,扶正祛邪并重,同时根据闽南地区脾虚湿盛的致病特点重视健脾袪湿治法,并兼顾安神、止痛等治法以综合调理患者; 的机体状态。Objective: To study the medication rules in the treatment of digestive; system neoplasms of professor WANG Yan-hui using the traditional Chinese; medicine inheritance support system software (TCMISS, V2.5). Methods:; The prescriptions used by professor WANG Yan-hui in treating digestive; system neoplasms at the Yan-Lai-Fu Chinese Medicine Clinic were; collected as input data into TCMISS and were analyzed by software; integration method. Results: Totally of 672 prescriptions were selected; according to the collection standard in digestive system neoplasms; treatment. It was found that the most frequently used Chinese medicine; in these prescriptions including Tuckahoe, Pericarpium Citri; Reticulatae, Pinellia Tuber, Rhioxma Curcumae Aeruginosae, Rhizome of; Common Burreed, Root of Pilose Asiabell, Rhizome of Largehead; Atractylodes, Fossilizid, Oyster Shell, and so on. Furthermore, four new; prescriptions for treating digestive system neoplasms were created.; Conclusion: The core rules of professor WANG Yan-hui in treating; digestive system neoplasms were invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,; regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm and dispelling stasis and; resolving hard mass, which means that strengthening vital qi and; eliminating pathogenic factor are equally emphasized in his; prescriptions.
