    微囊藻毒素对沉水植物苦草生长发育的影响

    MC RR抑制大型沉水植物苦草 (Vallisnerianatans (Lour.)Hara .)的生长和发育。在 0 0 0 0 1— 10mg/L的浓度下 ,苦草种子的发芽、子叶生长、真叶的形成和生长、不定根的形成和生长以及根毛的生长都受到了一定的抑制作用。当MC RR浓度≥ 0 .1mg/L时 ,处理第 30d ,MC RR对苦草鲜重和第一片真叶的生长有极显著的抑制作用 ,当MC RR浓度为 10mg/L时 ,根的生长和叶片的发生也受到了极显著的抑制作

    Olgu sunumu materyalini Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Cerrahi Anabilim Dalına getirilen 40 günlük, 300 gram ağırlığında İskenderun Güvercini oluşturdu. Anamnezde; deformitenin yumurtadan çıkan sekiz yavrudan sadece birinde görüldüğü, diğerlerinin normal olduğu öğrenildi. Klinik muayenede; genel durumu iyi olmasına rağmen ayakta duramadığı, radyolojik muayenede; sol bacak normal iken sağ bacakta doğuştan tibial angulasyon deformitesi ile birlikte laterale 85 derece torsiyon, ayak ve bacağın laterale deviasyonu saptandı. Deforme bacaktaki kalça, diz ve tarsal eklemin aynı düzlemde bulunmadığı, genu ve coxa-femoral eklem oryantasyonunun bozulduğu belirlendi. Anestezi indüksiyonu intramusküler 60 mg/kg-1 ketamie HCl ile gerçekleştirildi. Trakea entübe edildi. Anestezinin devamlılığı %30 oksijen ve %2-5 end-tidal sevoflurane konsantrasyonda sürdürüldü. Deformasyon osteotomiyi takiben modifiye external fixation ile düzeltildi. Olgunun klinik, anestezi ve operatif aşamalarının sunulmasının pratiğe katkısı olacağı düşünüldü.The material of this case report has created a Iskenderun Pigeon with 40-day-old and 300-gram-weigh brought to the Department of Surgery, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mustafa Kemal University. In history; deformity is seen in only one hatched eight puppies, the others learned to be normal. In clinical examination; the general condition was good, although it was not standing. In radiological examination; the left leg was normal, but in the right leg, there was congenital angulation deformity characterized by the torsion (85) to lateral of the tibia, and also lateral deviation of the foot and the leg. The hip, knee and tarsal joints of the affected leg were not on the same plane, and also the orientation of the genu and the coxa-femoral joints were impaired. Anaesthesia induction was performed with intramuscularly 60 mg/kg-1 ketamine HCl. Trachea was intubated. Anaesthesia maintenance was continued at the in 30% oxygen and end-tidal sevoflurane concentration between 2% and 5%. Deformation corrected of the modified of external fixation with following the tibial osteotomy. We thought that the evaluation of the stages of clinical, anaesthesia and operative of the case report will be contributed to practice

    采用集成计算方法预测开式锻焊齿轮的焊接变形

    以直径为7 160 mm的大型开式锻焊齿轮为研究对象,采用集成计算方法预测了齿轮在焊接制造过程中产生的变形。基于MSC.Marc通用有限元软件平台,从齿轮结构中抽取了3个典型焊接接头,采用热-弹-塑性有限元方法计算了各个接头在多层多道焊接条件下的固有变形,即纵向收缩、横向收缩和角变形;将各个焊接接头的固有变形转化为固有应变,采用基于固有应变的弹性有限元方法计算了开式锻焊齿轮的整体焊接变形。数值模拟结果表明,大型锻焊齿轮在焊接制造后,直径方向收缩量约为11 mm,周向收缩量约为3 mm

    JUNO Sensitivity on Proton Decay pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ Searches

    The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO) is a large liquid scintillator detector designed to explore many topics in fundamental physics. In this paper, the potential on searching for proton decay in pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ mode with JUNO is investigated.The kaon and its decay particles feature a clear three-fold coincidence signature that results in a high efficiency for identification. Moreover, the excellent energy resolution of JUNO permits to suppress the sizable background caused by other delayed signals. Based on these advantages, the detection efficiency for the proton decay via pνˉK+p\to \bar\nu K^+ is 36.9% with a background level of 0.2 events after 10 years of data taking. The estimated sensitivity based on 200 kton-years exposure is 9.6×10339.6 \times 10^{33} years, competitive with the current best limits on the proton lifetime in this channel
