看護学生の普遍的セルフケアの実践度測定尺度を作成し，その信頼性・妥当性を検討した。対象は看護大学と看護専門学校の学生419名であった。因子分析の結果，看護学生の普遍的セルフケアの実践度測定尺度は4因子37項目からなり，信頼性・妥当性の高い尺度であることが確認できた

パーキンソン病患者の定位脳手術前後の主観的QOL評価

パーキンソン病の定位脳手術の目的は振戦,不随意運動,筋固縮を改善することである。本研究は,手術を受けることによる身体面,精神面の主観的QOLの変化を明らかにすることを目的とした。術後満足度が高かったものは更衣・整容動作・振戦や不随運動の軽減,自分なりの生活が出来ること,趣味や楽しみを持って生活していることであった。手術により振戦や不随運動が軽減し,更衣・整容動作が改善され,このような症状の改善が精神面にも影響を与えていると考えられる。Article信州大学医学部附属病院看護研究集録 31(1): 26-29(2003)departmental bulletin pape

Development of an Instrument to Measure Exercise of Self Care of Patient with Diabetes

糖尿病患者のセルフケアの実践度測定尺度の信頼性・妥当性について検討した.対象は7つの総合病院の糖尿病外来に通院加療する成人糖尿病患者150名とした.セルフケア度の実践度を測定する項目の原案は, オレムのセルフケアモデルを基盤にして糖尿病患者のセルフケアの概念枠組みを作成し, その概念枠組みに沿ってセルフケアの実践度をみるための質問項目を作成した.調査対象は, 本研究の主旨に同意した糖尿病外来で受診する成人糖尿病患者とした.これらの調査結果を, 回答分布の偏り, セルフケアの概念枠組みに添った質問項目が網羅されているかを確認するために内容妥当性を, さらに表面妥当性, 弁別的妥当性, 因子的妥当性, 基準関連妥当性等の検討を行うと同時に信頼性を確認した.その結果, 普遍的セルフケアの因子構造は5因子23項目よりなり, 健康逸脱時のセルフケアの因子構造は3因子14項目よりなり, 高い信頼性と妥当性のある尺度を確認した.The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to measure exercise of self-care of patients with diabetes. Reliability and Validity were established. Content validity was established through a rating of each item of the questionnaire by 5 nursing experts and a researchers under the self-care concept. Preventive Health Behavior Scale was used in establishing construct validity. Subjects consisted of 150 outpatients with diabetes. Results showed that 5 factors were found in universal self-care, and 3 factors were found in Health-deviation self-care. The reliability was 0.862 for the universal self-care, and was 0.857 for the health deviation self-care. Also, scores of their self-care were positively correlated with those of their preventive health behavior. These data expound that construct validity was established

本研究は、国際活動に参加する赤十字看護師に対する人材育成プログラム策定の基礎資料とするために、九州の赤十字医療施設で勤務する看護師に対し、赤十字国際活動に対する意識に関する実態調査である。結果、国際活動に対する看護師の意識の高さが明らかになった。特に、看護経験年数の少ない20代前半の看護師の存在や、30歳前後の中堅看護師が語学力を身につけ国際活動に対し高い参加意識があることも明らかになった。また、看護大学出身の看護師の意識の高さにも注目する点があった。この調査から国際活動に対する日本赤十字九州国際看護大学と、熊本赤十字病院および福岡赤十字病院の両施設の救援活動および卒後人材育成を連携した、「大学教育から就業後の継続教育としての国際救援活動キャリア開発ラダー」構築、および九州版「国際活動に携わる赤十字看護師のキャリア開発ラダー」活用に関して若干の示唆を得たので報告する。This research is on the actual conditions of consciousness of nurses working at the Red Cross Hospitals in Kyushu for the Red Cross international activities. The purpose is to get the basic data of personnel development program for the Red Cross nurses who will be engaged in the international activities. The results of the research showed that the nurses were highly motivated in international activities. Especially the nurses in twenties and early thirties with a little experience had high motivation and were learning foreign languages. It was remarkable that the nurses graduated from college had a high motivation and were learning foreign languages. This research also gave us some suggestions for development of "international rescue operation career development ladder as a continuous education of undergraduates and graduates" and application of "the Kyushu version of rescue activities in cooperation with The Japanese Red Cross Kyushu International College of Nursing, Kumamoto Red Cross Hospital, and Fukuoka Red Cross Hospital
