    Fabrication and Lithium-Storage Performances of Graphene-Wrapped Cu_(2+1)O/Cu Composites

    半导体的能级结构和金属-半导体异质结的结构及性质对金属-半导体复合材料的导电性能具有重要影响.优化半导体相的能级结构和金属-半导体接触界面的势垒是增强金属-半导体型复合电极材料导电能力,提高复合电极材料储锂性能的重要途径.采用水热反应-原位热还原法制备石墨烯包覆Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料.根据SEM和Xrd研究结果,Cu2+1O(金属过剩型Cu2O)和Cu复合体被均匀包裹在柔性石墨烯层中.充放电结果表明,石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料电极具有较高的充放电容量和优异的循环性能,50 MA g-1充放电的首周充电和放电比容量分别为773和438 MA H g-1,60周的容量保持率为84%;同时也具有很好的倍率性能,表明石墨烯包裹Cu2+1O/Cu复合材料具有良好的金属-半导体异质结界面的结构和优异的导电性能.Materials with hybrid metal-semiconductor nanostructures,such as graphene-metal oxides and carbon nanotube-metal oxides,have been intensively exploited as electrode material for lithium ion batteries in recent years.It was found that the structures and properties of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor are essential for the conductance of the metal-semiconductor composite.It is thence believed that the conductance,and thus the lithium-storage performance,of the metal-semiconductor composite can be improved by tuning the structures of the metal-semiconductor herterojunction and the energy level structures of the semiconductor.Metal excess defects can occured in metal oxide crystals due to the anions are absent from their lattice sites or the presence of extra cations at interstitial sites.In the metal excess type metal oxide,the electric transport is mainly by "excess" electrons which are present for maintaining the electrical neutrality,and thus possesses a higher conductance.In this work,graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composites were successfully fabricated by using a hydrothermal reaction followed by an in situ thermal reduction.The structures,surface morphologies and the lithium-storage performances of the obtained materials were characterized and investigated by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and galvanostatic discharge-charge techniques.In the obtained hybrid material,highly-crystallized Cu2+1O(Cu2O with metal excess defects) successfully formed during the heat treatment processes,Cu2+1O and Cu particles were homogeneously wrapped by flexible graphene sheets with a well defined core-shell structure.Constant current charge-discharge results showed that graphene-wrapped Cu2+1O/Cu composite had a higher reversible capacity and excellent cycling stability,delivered a higher initial charge-discharge capacity of 773 and 438 mA h g-1at 50 mA g-1and superb cycling performance of 368 mA h g-1after 60 cycles,as well as a favorable rate capabilities and high rate cycling performances,indicating the high conductance and the optimized herterojunctions were achieved by the simultaneously introduction of metal excess defects,metallic copper and graphene in graphene-wrapped Cu2+1 O/Cu composites.国家自然科学基金创新研究群体科学基金(No.51221462); 江苏省研究生培养创新工程(No.CXZZ12_0943); 江苏高校优势学科建设工程资助~

    改良非创伤性修复技术对部队龋病患者的防治效果评价

    目的:探讨适宜于部队官兵龋病防治可行性和实用性的方式。方法:应用非创伤性标准器械和Carisolv工具及凝胶以非创结合微创的方法对某部官兵206牙,进行去腐充填,并对修复体完好率进行1年的随访。结果:3、6、12个月后成功率分别为97.6%、95.2%、92.1%。结论:改良非创伤性修复技术适合于基层部队龋病防治,效果良好

    电诱导牙釉质表面羟基磷灰石涂层形成的研究

    以含Ca(NO3)2、NH4H2PO4和NaNO3组成的溶液作为电解液,在人牙釉质表面电诱导制备了羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层。应用X射线衍射(XRD)﹑扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)对形成涂层后的牙釉质样品进行分析和表征,研究了电解液初始pH值﹑电流密度和温度的变化对涂层的组成﹑结构和形貌的影响。研究结果表明这些因素对涂层的组分(HA)没有显著影响,而对涂层中HA晶体c轴的择优取向度的影响则较显著。当控制电解液的初始pH值为6﹑电流密度为0.5mA·cm-2﹑温度为55℃的时候,涂层中HA晶体沿c轴方向择优取向生长,且择优取向度和牙釉柱的HA较为接近

    氧化石墨烯/碱式硫酸铝掺杂聚醚砜/聚酰胺复合纳滤膜的制备及其性能

    先由氧化石墨烯(GO)、硫酸铝和尿素通过水热法制得氧化石墨烯/碱式硫酸铝(GO-BAS)复合物,继与哌嗪(PIP)溶液共混作为水相;均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)溶于正己烷作为有机相;采用界面聚合法使两相单体在聚醚砜(PES)基膜表面形成聚酰胺(PA)功能层,制得氧化石墨烯/碱式硫酸铝复合物掺杂的聚醚砜/聚酰胺(PES-PA-GO-BAS)复合纳滤平板膜,并在较低的工作压力(0.3 MPa)下对其进行性能研究。其对无机盐溶液的截留率依次为:Na——2SO4(91.08%)>MgSO4(83.42%)>MgCl——2(68.97%)>NaCl(17.62%);纯水通量可达24.19 L·m-2·h-1,较之聚酰胺纳滤膜提高了近60%,且具备良好的稳定性和耐碱性

    Effects of Sulfur and pH on Photohydrogen Production of the Green Alga Chlorella pyrenoidosa

    在有无硫及pH5.0-8.0下对蛋白核小球藻(Chlorella pyrenoidosa)光照产氢的影响进行了研究。结果表明,在持续光照(165μmolm-2s-1)条件下,从有硫培养液(TAP培养液)内叶绿素a含量、Fv/Fm值及ΦPSII值的变化表明蛋白核小球藻在pH6.0-7.0时生长最佳,生长旺盛易形成暂时的无氧环境而利于藻产氢。最高的产氢速率和总产氢量出现在pH7.0,分别是0.10mlmg-1chlh-1和1.39ml。从无硫培养液(TAP-S培养液)内叶绿素a含量、Fv/Fm值及ΦPSII值的变化表明蛋白核小球藻生长明显受抑制,形成的无氧环境持久,故产氢持久,总产氢量比有硫培养液内高。蛋白核小球藻在pH5.5培养液内的Fv/Fm值后期高于其他4种pH值的,表明潜在的PSII光化学效率高,在光照条件下产氢电子主要来源于PSII,故pH5.5的无硫培养液内藻的产氢速率和总产氢量最大,分别是0.58mlmg-1chlh-1和10.98ml。说明pH为5.5的无硫培养液是蛋白核小球藻产氢的最佳条件。The effects of sulfur and pH(5.0-8.0) on photohydrogen production was investigated in a unicellular green alga, Chlorella pyrenoidosa. Under continuous illumination of 165 μmol m-2s-1 conditions, in the TAP culture medium, changes of chlorophyll a content、Fv/Fm and ΦPSII indicated that growth of C. pyrenoidosa were very well at initialcultivation pH ranged from 6.0 to 7.0 and can form a temporary anoxic conditions in favor of H2 production. Maximum H2 production was obtained at initial cultivation pH 7.0 by C. pyrenoidosa. The maximum rate of H2 produced by C. pyrenoidosa was 0.10 ml mg-1 chl h-1 and the maximum total yield of H2 produced was 1.39 ml. In TAP-S culture medium, changes of chlorophyll a content、Fv/Fm and ΦPSII indicated that growth of C. pyrenoidosa were inhibited and can form a permanent anoxic conditions in favor of H2 production. The total yield of H2 production by C. pyrenoidosa in TAP-S culture was more than that in TAP culture. The Fv/Fm value of C. pyrenoidosa in pH 5.5 TAP-S culture was higher than the others culture. It indicated the residual PSII was more than the others. Under continuous illumination the electron of production H2 requirement mostly comes from PSII, so the maximum rate and total yield of H2 produced by C. pyrenoidosa appeared in pH 5.5 TAP-S cultures. The maximum rate of H2 produced by C. pyrenoidosa was 0.58 ml mg-1 chl h-1 and the total yield of H2 produced was 10.98 ml. The H2 production of C. pyrenoidosa was notable effected by sulfur and pH.     Matrine Induces Apoptosis of Hep G2 Cells via Mitochondrial Apoptotic Pathway

    目的探讨苦参碱通过线粒体通路诱导HEP g2发生凋亡的机制。方法分别采用MTT法、PI染色法、流式细胞术检测苦参碱对肝癌HEP g2细胞的增殖抑制、周期调控、诱导凋亡作用;采用WESTErn blOT检测苦参碱诱导肝癌HEP g2细胞抑凋亡蛋白bId、bCl-2的表达量。结果苦参碱可抑制HEP g2细胞的增殖作用和诱导凋亡,呈时间和剂量依赖性,并可将HEP g2细胞周期阻滞在g0/g1期。苦参碱可引起线粒体膜电位崩溃,同时诱导bId、bCl-2表达下调,bAX表达上调。结论苦参碱通过调节细胞内bId、bCl-2和bAX蛋白的表达,经线粒体信号转导途径诱导人肝癌细胞系HEP g2发生凋亡。Objective To explore the mechanism of matrine inducing apoptosis of Hep G2 cells via mitochondrial apoptotic pathway.Methods MTT assay,PI staining,flow cytometry were used to evaluate the anti-proliferation,cell cycle regulation,and inducing apoptosis effects of matrine on Hep G2 cells.Western Blot assay was used to detect the expression levels of anti-apoptotic protein Bid and Bcl-2 in Hep G2 cells.Results Matrine could inhibit the proliferation and induce the apoptosis of Hep G2 cells in a time- and dose-dependent manner,and the cell cycle of Hep G2 was arrested in G0 / G1 phase.Apoptosis of Hep G2 cells induced by matrine was associated with collapse of mitochondrial membrane potential,which made the Bid and Bcl-2 expression levels down-regulated but the Bax expression level up-regulated.Conclusion Matrine induces the apoptosis of human hepatoma cell line Hep G2 via the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway by regulating the expression levels of Bid,Bcl-2 and Bax proteins.国家自然科学基金资助项目(81172284); 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2010J0615

    Promotion of proliferation of luminal B breast cancer cells by mesenchymal stem cells and its underlying molecular mechanisms

    目的分析人脐带间充质干细胞(hUC-MSCs)对Luminal B型乳腺癌细胞生长增殖的影响,并初步探讨其可能的分子机理。方法绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)和荧光素酶共表达慢病毒感染人Luminal B型乳腺癌细胞BT474,并经嘌呤霉素筛选两周后,于荧光显微镜下观察GFP的表达情况,IVIS Kinetic成像系统拍照以观察和记录慢病毒感染后BT474细胞荧光素酶的表达情况;荧光显微镜下直接观察,结合MTS实验分析hUC-MSCs共培养或其浓缩上清处理对GFP和荧光素酶共表达BT474细胞生长增殖的影响;Western blot法检测hUC-MSCs浓缩上清处理对BT474细胞Akt和MAPK信号通路激活情况以及下游细胞周期调控蛋白Cyclin D1表达的影响;常规RT-PCR法检测hUC-MSCs中NRG-1、NRG-2、IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ和EGF等配体的表达。荧光素酶表达强度与细胞数量的相关性经由Excel软件行统计学分析,MTS实验数据则经由SPSS13.0统计软件行统计学分析。结果荧光显微镜和IVIS Kinetic成像系统的观察结果分别证实,GFP和荧光素酶经慢病毒载体系统的介导可在BT474细胞中成功地共表达,且荧光素酶的表达强度与细胞数量呈直线相关。MSCs共培养或其浓缩上清处理均可显著促进Luminal B型乳腺癌细胞BT474的生长增殖,其细胞存活比例分别为各自对照组的148.06%(P<0.005)和147.99%(P<0.001);MSCs浓缩上清处理同时激活BT474细胞内Akt和MAPK信号通路,并上调细胞周期调控蛋白Cyclin D1表达。此外,RT-PCR结果显示,hUC-MSCs中NRG-1和EGF的mRNAs水平呈高表达,而NRG-2、IGF-Ⅰ和IGF-Ⅱ等配体的mRNAs表达也可见。结论 MSCs可通过表达并分泌NRG-1等配体,从而激活Luminal B型乳腺癌细胞BT474的下游Akt和MAPK信号转导通路以上调细胞周期调控蛋白Cyclin D1的表达,进而促进其生长增殖。Objective To investigate the effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSCs) on proliferation of luminal B breast cancer cells and its underlying molecular mechanisms. Methods Human luminal B breast cancer cells BT474 were infected with GFP and luciferase co-expressing lentiviruses and then subjected for selection with Puromycin for 2 weeks. The expression of GFP and luciferase was detected by fluorescent microscopy and IVIS Kinetic image system, respectively. The effect of coculture or treatment with conditioned medium of hUCMSCs on proliferation of BT474 was analyzed with MTS assay. Western blot was carried out to detect the effect of treatment with conditioned medium of hUC-MSCs on the activation of both Akt and MAPK signalings in BT474, as well as the expression of downstream cell cycle regulator Cyclin D1. Regular RT-PCR was applied to analyze the mRNAs expression of ligands such as NRG-1, NRG-2, IGF-Ⅰ, IGF-Ⅱ, and EGF in hUC-MSCs. The correlation between relative luciferase activity and cell number was analyzed with Excel software, while MTS assay data was statistically analyzed with SPSS 13.0 software. Results The co-expression of GFP and luciferase in BT474 via lentiviral expression system was visualized by fluorescent microscopy and IVIS Kinetic image system. The linear correlation between relative luciferase activity and cell number was determined by curve fitting analysis. Coculture or treatment with conditioned medium of hUC-MSC significantly promoted the proliferation of BT474, with survival rates being 148.06 %(P < 0.005)and 147.99 %(P < 0.001)of control, respectively. In addition, treatment with conditioned medium of hUC-MSC was shown to induce activation of both Akt and MAPK signalings, which further upregulated the expression of Cyclin D1. Moreover, high mRNAs expression levels of both NRG-1 and EGF, as well as moderate mRNAs expression levels NRG-2, IGF-Ⅰ, and IGF-Ⅱ were showed by RT-PCR.
