Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Porous Zinc(Ⅱ) Coordination Polymer{[Zn(L)_2(H_2O)_2]·H_2O}_n Constructed by Isonicotinoylhydrazone Ligand
以邻甲酰基苯磺酸钠和异烟肼为原料在乙醇/水溶液中制备了一种酰腙类SCHIff碱配体(nAl),采用常规溶液挥发法合成了由该配体构筑的zn((Ⅱ)配位聚合物{[zn(l)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n。利用元素分析、Ir、TgA和X-射线单晶衍射分析对配合物进行了表征。配合物晶体属三斜晶系,P1空间群,晶胞参数A=0.786 98(4)nM,b=0.869 26(5)nM,C=1.180 44(7)nM,α=103.353(5)°,β=100.965(4)°,γ=93.123(4)°,z=1,V=0.767 24(7)nM3,dC=1.697 g·CM-3。每个zn(Ⅱ)离子被2个配体l-阴离子双重桥联形成二核环状结构单元,并通过共用锌离子形成一维链配位聚合物,链与链之间通过氢键扩展为具有一维开放孔道的三维超分子网络结构。An acylhydrazone-type Schiff base ligand(NaL) was synthesized by reaction of sodium 2-formylbenzene sulfonate with isoniazide in a mixture of ethanol and water.A Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Zn(L)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n have been synthesized by employing the solution preparation method at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TGA and X-ray diffraction structural analysis.Crystal data:triclinic system,space group P1,a=0.786 98(4) nm,b=0.869 26(5) nm,c=1.180 44(7) nm,α=103.353(5)°,β=100.965(4)°,γ=93.123(4)°,Z=1,V =0.767 24(7) nm3,Dc=1.697 g·cm-3.Each Zn (Ⅱ) ion is bridged by two L-ligands in the monodentatemonodentate mode to form a ring-like dimer units,and a one-dimensional chain is built by sharing a Zn (Ⅱ) ion between the units.The adjacent chains are linked into a 3D supramolecular network structure via hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions with a 1D open channel that are occupied by solvent molecules.CCDC:934292.泉州师范学院学科建设资金; 国家级大学生创新创业训练计划项目(No.201310399018)资

1985年Watanabe等报道:用去胸腺载瘤小鼠的脾细胞与小鼠骨髓瘤细胞SP 2/0融合获得抗结肠癌单克隆抗体之后,利用荷瘤裸鼠模型成功研制抗人肿瘤单抗的报道已相继出现:但所获单抗多为IgM,IgG类的单抗得率不高,本工作采用多次手术大部切除瘤块的方法延长荷瘤裸鼠的成活期,获得一株抗人肝癌IgG类单抗、其研制过程和结果报道如下
Development of a quantitative ELISA detection method for Coxsackievirus A group 16 strain(CA16) antigen
目的:建立柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)抗原的双抗体夹心ElISA定量检测方法,用于CA16灭活疫苗的研发和生产过程的抗原定量检测。方法:以CA16中和单抗T26H12为包被抗体、nA14b9为标酶抗体,构建定量检测CA16抗原的双抗体夹心ElISA方法,并对方法的特异性、灵敏度、精密度、准确性、线性和稳定性进行分析。结果:建立了双抗体夹心定量检测CA16抗原的ElISA方法。方法的线性相关系数r2=0.998,线性范围为8~128 ng/Ml,定量限度为8 ng/Ml;变异系数CV80%;与CA16以外的其他样本没有交叉反应。结论:构建的CA16抗原ElISA定量检测方法的各项性能符合定量检测需要,可用于CA16疫苗的研发和生产过程的抗原活性的定量检测。Objective:To develop an a quantitative enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Q-ELISA) to determine the concentration of Coxsackievirus A Group 16 Strain(CA16) antigen.This method was used to determine CA16 antigen content at each stage of CA16 vaccine developing and manufacturing process.Methods:A double antibody sandwich Q-ELISA was developed to determine concentration of CA16 antigen,which was based on the high-affinity neutralizing monoclonal antibodies T26H12 as capture antibodies,and NA14B9 as HRP-labeled antibody.The performance of reagent were evaluated.Results:The Q-ELISA for CA16 antigen content was successfully developed.The reagent had good performance.The quantitation scope was 8-128 ng/ml,the coefficient correlation was 0.998,the limit of detection was 8 ng/ml,the recovery was between 87% and 113.8%.The stability was up to 80% after reagent was heated for 6 days at 37℃.The variation coefficient was lower than 15%,and thereagent was no reaction with other sample except CA16 antigen.Conclusion:The Q-ELISA for CA16 antigen was developed with good specificity,accuracy,precision and stability.The method can be used to determine CA16 antigen content during development and production of CA16 vaccine
一种聚变反应堆装置的新概念
本文提出了一个聚变反应堆装置的新概念,它由两个轴对称的类似串联磁镜的部分和两个螺旋仿星器U形弯曲段组成,并综合了直管和环形、快过程和慢过程的优点。文中研究了起动、过渡和运行阶段,讨论了D-D反应堆参数和稳定性。射频和高能分量只在起动阶段才需要,在整个过程中只有瞬时的能量消耗。端塞也只须在起动阶段存在,这大大降低了工程技术要求
三叶因子1表达与胃黏膜损伤及胃癌的关系
目的 测定三叶因子 1(TFF1)在正常及病理条件下胃黏膜中的表达情况 ,探讨TFF1在胃黏膜损伤修复及胃癌抑制中的作用及意义。方法 应用免疫组化方法测定正常及不同病理条件下胃黏膜中TFF1的表达情况 ,通过图像分析软件分析阳性信号平均吸光度值以了解其表达情况。结果 胃炎、胃溃疡及十二指肠球部溃疡患者TFF1表达明显高于正常胃黏膜 (0 .5 1± 0 .0 5 ,0 .5 1± 0 .0 6 ,0 .5 0± 0 .0 6比 0 .4 4± 0 .0 6 ;P值均 0 .0 5 )。结论 TFF1表达随黏膜损伤程度的加重而表达增强 ,提示其在胃黏膜保护及促进上皮重建机制中具有一定的作用。TFF1在癌旁组织中表达增强提示其可能与肿瘤抑制及分化机制有关 ,而在癌组织中表达减弱可能与其分泌减少有关
Development of aquantitative ELISA detection method for Varicella Zoster Virus(VZV) antigen

Release kinetics and speciation of mercury in the intertidal sediments of Xiamen Harbor
所研究的沉积物样品采自福建省厦门市的港湾潮间带地区,选择了10μg/dM3的汞标准使用液对采集回来的沉积物样品进行了预污染处理,利用预污染后的沉积物样品,在实验室中进行了一系列的汞释放动力学实验.实验结果表明,汞的释放量较低,达到释放平衡时的释放量小于5μg/kg,释放过程可分为2个阶段:前8 H为快速释放阶段,之后为慢速释放阶段,大约在24 H达释放平衡.采用了TESSIEr五步提取法对未污染过的沉积物原样及进行过预污染处理的沉积物样品进行了汞的形态分析,结果表明通过污染实验吸附到沉积物上的汞的各形态含量大小顺序为:HgS为主的惰性汞>单质汞>盐酸溶无机汞及甲基汞>有机结合、螯合态汞>水溶态、交换态等活性汞.Sediment was sampled from the coastal intertidal sediment of Xiamen harbor,Fujian,China.According to the recent status of mercury pollution in China and other countries,and with reference to China's national standards for mercury emissions in industrial waste water(≤50 μg/dm3),we selected a 10 μg/dm3 mercury solution to spike the intertidal sediment.The dynamics of mercury release in intertidal sediment was investigated and revealed that mercury release waselemental mercury>HCl-soluble inorganic mercury and methyl mercury>organic bound and chelated mercury>reactive mercury-like water-soluble mercury and exchangeable mercury.国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目(海三科2009022
Active Control of Flexible Riser Vibration by Boundary Control Based on LQR Controller
The lateral displacement and the rotational angle of marine riser are likely to get larger as it is in stronger ocean current and, particularly, undergoes the consequences such as vortex-induced vibration or collisions between individual risers. The riser vibration with large amplitude value will lead to fatigue or coating damage of the structural body. In this study, the active vibration control, in terms of its angle and the displacement reductions, of a flexible riser under time-varying distributed load are considered using boundary control. The governing equations of the structural dynamics involving the control system of a flexible riser are built. The riser is modeled as an Euler-Bernoulli beam under the actions of ocean loads and the feedback controller. A torque actuator is introduced at the upper riser boundary, and the control law is employed to generate the required signal for riser angle control and displacement reduction. The feed-back control law is designed in state space, and the optimization of the control law is implemented based on the LQR approach. The linear quadratic regulator is used to determine the gain matrix, which can calculate the boundary control law by solving the Recatti equation. Based on the numerical simulations, the responses of the open-loop system and closed-loop system are presented and compared.
