    金融危机变革环境下(如失业潮),员工的组织承诺容易降低。文章在工作再设计、心理授权与组织承诺之间构建模型,通过工作再设计和心理授权来影响变革中员工的组织承诺。共有15家企业共292位员工有效参与了问卷调查,假设检验的通过证明了:工作再设计对员工的组织承诺有显著影响。心理授权在工作再设计与组织承诺之间起中介作用。调查也证明了:工作再设计对员工的组织承诺影响中,外控型员工比内控型员工所受影响更为显著。In a changing environment(just like unemployment in this global financial crisis),employee commitment to an organization is easily disrupted.This study built up a framework explaining the relationship among work redesign,psychological empowerment and organizational commitment in a changing environment.292 employees of 15 companies took part in the questionnaire survey.Most of hypotheses were supported,indicating that work redesign had significant influence on employees' commitment to their organizations.Psychological empowerment played an intermediating role between work redesign and organizational commitment.Employees who have an external locus of control had a more significant positive impact on their commitment to organizations than those who have internal locus of control.教育部人文社会科学一般项目(08JC630069

    Spatial sampling method for crop acreage based on remote sensing in hilly area in Minhou County,Fujian Province

    以福建闽侯县作为研究区,采用传统抽样(简单随机抽样、系统抽样、分层抽样); 、空间抽样(空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样、空间分层抽样)等方法对研究区农作物种植面积进行样本抽选、总体推算及误差估计,结果表明: 1 500; m*1 500; m格网为最优抽样单元尺寸,空间分层抽样方法的相对误差为3.86%,变异系数为6.03%,抽样成本为6.03,抽样效率高.与传统抽样方法相比,空间; 抽样方法显著减少样本容量,节约调查成本.Traditional sampling methods of simple random sampling,systematic; sampling,stratified sampling,and spatial sampling methods of spatial; random sampling,spatial system sampling and spatial stratified sampling; were applied to conduct sample extraction,population extrapolation and; error estimation in crop acreage in Minhou County. The results showed; that spatial stratified sampling had the highest sampling efficiency; with 1 500 m*1 500 m square grid as the optimal sampling unit size. And; relative error,variation coefficient and sampling cost was 3.86%,6.03%; and 6.03,respectively.     银染mRNA差异显示法的建立及其应用

    以银染 m RNA差异显示方法对原发及转移灶胃癌标本总 RNA为研究对象进行银染差示分析和回收差异条带 ,从中获得系列差异表达片段 .随机选取 5个从原发性胃癌样品回收的表达条带 ,以取自体外培养胃癌细胞株的 RNA进行点杂交验证 ,均被证实为真实带 .对 2个差异表达片段进行分析、测序和 Gen Bank同源比较结果表明 :MGD1片段与肿瘤转移相关基因 MTA1完全同源 ,属胃癌转移相关基因 ;PGD2与胃癌转移抑制相关 ,并与细胞周期抑制蛋白 p2 7/ Kip1具 99%的同源性 .结果表明 ,银染差异显示法具有快速、直观、假阳性率低等优点 ,同时也为进一步研究胃癌转移的相关基因提供了新线

    目的研究中药有效成分人参皂甙Rg1、肉桂酸CINN及丹参酮TanⅡA的组合(简称RCT),诱导人成骨肉瘤MG-63细胞分化过程中,细胞核基质构型与蛋白质组成的变化。方法应用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期变化,用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法绘制细胞生长曲线,以选择性抽提整装光镜与电镜技术及蛋白质组学技术分析观察处理前后MG-63细胞核基质构型与蛋白质组成的变化。结果生长曲线显示,RCT处理后MG-63细胞的增殖受到明显抑制,增殖抑制率在第7天达到72.37%,细胞周期出现明显的G0/G1期阻滞。MG-63细胞核基质为典型的肿瘤细胞恶性表型,在RCT处理后发生了向正常细胞转变的恢复性变化。RCT处理后的细胞中多种核基质功能蛋白的表达发生了变化。结论RCT能显著抑制体外培养MG-63细胞的增殖活动,将细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期,诱导核基质构型发生了显著的恢复性变化,并改变核基质蛋白的组成,对MG-63细胞具有显著的分化诱导作用。Objective To explore the alteration of nuclear matrix proteins and the configurational changes of nuclear matrix(NM) system during differentiation of the osteosarcoma MG-63 cells in vitro after being induced by the combination of ginsenoside Rg1,cinnamic acid and tanshinoneⅡA(RCT).Methods Cell cycle was investigated by flow cytometry and the growth curve was drawn with MTT method.The cells treated with or without RCT were subjected to selective extraction method and prepared for whole mount electron microscopy observation.The nuclear matrix-intermediate samples were examined under light and transmission electron microscopes respectively.The nuclear matrix proteins were subjected to analysis of proteomic technique.Results The proliferstion of the MG-63 cells treated with RCT were repressed markedly;the rate of repression was 72.37% on the seventh day,and the cell cycle was blocked at G_0/G_1 phase.The typical malignant phenotype of nuclear matrix of MG-63 tumor cell were reversed to normal cells.The expression of many functional proteins of nuclear matrix were changed in the MG-63 cells after the treatment with RCT.Conclusion RCT can repress markedly the proliferation of MG-63 cells,block cell cycle,induce a restorational change to the nuclear matrix architecture similar to that of normal cells,and change the constitutes of nuclear matrix proteins.Thereby RCT have a notable effect on MG-63 cells differentiation.国家自然科学基金资助项目(30470877);; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(2008J0302);; 中国博士后科学基金资助项目(20070420754

    Extraordinary strain hardening by gradient structure

    Gradient structures have evolved over millions of years through natural selection and optimization in many biological systems such as bones and plant stems, where the structures change gradually from the surface to interior. The advantage of gradient structures is their maximization of physical and mechanical performance while minimizing material cost. Here we report that the gradient structure in engineering materials such as metals renders a unique extra strain hardening, which leads to high ductility. The grain-size gradient under uniaxial tension induces a macroscopic strain gradient and converts the applied uniaxial stress to multiaxial stresses due to the evolution of incompatible deformation along the gradient depth. Thereby the accumulation and interaction of dislocations are promoted, resulting in an extra strain hardening and an obvious strain hardening rate up-turn. Such extraordinary strain hardening, which is inherent to gradient structures and does not exist in homogeneous materials, provides a hitherto unknown strategy to develop strong and ductile materials by architecting heterogeneous nanostructures.</p

    基于国产GF-1号卫星影像农作物空间分布数据,以正方形网格作为抽样单元形状,综合应用遥感技术、空间抽样方法、模拟退火算法及空间自相关理论,对福建省闽侯县农作物种植面积进行估算.结果表明:根据全局自相关指数Moran’s I及其显著性指标Z Score,选取1 500 m×1 500 m作为最优单元尺寸;对研究区进行剖分,构建抽样框,对比空间随机抽样、空间系统抽样及空间分层抽样的抽样结果,空间分层抽样方法的样本容量为37,相对误差为3.86%,抽样效率最高;运用模拟退火优化算法规划野外调查的最优路径,确定空间抽样调查方案.全国统计科学研究资助项目(2015LZ18

    和谐社会建设背景下的红十字会功能定位——基于X市红十字会调查的思考

    构建和谐社会为我国红十字会发展带来了前所未有的机遇与挑战。问题的关键在于红十字会能否根据和谐社会建设的需要进行角色调适,使功能定位更加准确合理。基于X市红十字会的调查,我们发现红十字会在服务功能上存在“大而全“、在传播功能上存在“散而浅“的问题,这淡化了红十字会的组织特色,并衍生出专业化水平不高以及社会认知度不够等问题。因此,在构建和谐社会背景下,红十字会需要进一步转变发展思路,从“大而全“走向“专而精“,充分发挥组织优势,打造核心竞争力,以获得可持续发展。厦门大学“211工程”三期建设项目“公共管理与公共政策”成果;得到X市红十字会资
